Every doctor and staff member that I've encountered here have been exceedingly pleasant. I've felt taken care of since day one; they are very patient-centric and up-to-date. I got in quickly, my insurance coverage was explained well, it was easy to get to, and they accepted me despite me being late and behind. Dr. Ryan Schrock is my Wizard Healer, Lvl 99. He has worked with me to manage my back pain and scoliosis and has made quite the difference in just a few sessions already. He went over much with me during my initial appointment and has sent me some great follow-up resources alongside my adjustments to aid me in my quest of pain mitigation. I certainly feel I'm in capable hands, and another plus is that Dr. Schrock really seems to enjoy what he does and possesses a genuine desire to help. Dr. Schrock is an amazing chiropractor and mentor. As an intern, he taught me how to interact with clients, the skills of the profession, and how to have confidence in myself. From a patient perspective, Dr. Schrock is as professional as it gets. He is not someone to pop your back and send you on your way, he genuinely cares about helping people. Dr. Schrock first adjusted me because I was having tightness in my neck. As an athletic training student at UGA, I had my preceptors work on my neck tightness, but nothing helped. After a few adjustments with Dr. Schrock, my neck pain was gone. He explained what he was doing in to my neck so I could understand my problem better. Now I am walking with better posture and am pain free! I have no doubt that Dr. Schrock can help anyone that comes into his office. I have been going to Dr Cook for over 3 years and I can't say enough wonderful things about him or his great staff. I moved to Atlanta over 18 months ago and after trying to find another Chiropractor in the Atlanta area, I never found anyone that lived up to Dr. Cook so I am driving the hour plus to see Dr. Cook. I have had an array of services from general adjustments and therapy but I also have done decompression therapy to relieve severe pain from a bulging disc. Positive, wonderful experience from the moment I called for an appointment. Front desk staff very efficient, friendly and my insurance coverage was reviewed with me before I saw the doctor. The office was super clean and I loved that he had a physical therapy suite. Dr. Cook is absolutely the best chiropractor I've have ever used - I will never go to anyone else!!! I had first seen Dr Cook in August and there upon meeting him, i felt assured that i was in good hands. His staff was quite friendly and made you feel quite at home. Very thankful for the few toys and books they had provided for the customer's children since we did bring ours a few times. After my second visit, I suffered from one of my most severe vertigo episodes at that time. I had informed Dr Ken of this experience and he tried to refer to my xrays but there weren't any to consult with. And so he continued therapy. My sixth visit to their office which was the first week of September, right after Dr Cook adjusted me, i got off of the table and was walking down the hallway and this is when the vertigo set in. The floor was tilting to the side which made for an interesting walk to the front desk. Everything was strange, the color and the space and the objects within that space (furniture ect) I told the lady at the desk what was going on and they had me sit with some water. I started to get nauseated around my eyes were getting numb and tingly, fingertips were becoming tingly and the symptoms continued to cycle on. When Dr Cook could make a moment between patients he saw me again. After speaking with him, he tried to consult my non existent x rays again for guidance. You see, he would have continued to work on me, even though it was quite obvious that he needed to see what was going on specifically within my spine but would continue to make me appointments and do the same techniques that would seem to be causing some quite negative responses within me. When i look around the office, i see a lot of very expensive equipment that needs to be paid for and a staff that overbooks Dr Cook to where he is so busy that he can hardly think straight some days. When i left the office that day to load me and my family up in the car, i accidentally tripped in the parking lots due to being off balanced with the vertigo and twisted my right ankle. I have never returned. I just cannot trust someone with my spine that doesnt take the time to get some x rays in front of their face to see why maybe the techniques they are using are causing more harm than good rather than continuing blindly and perhaps causing permanent damage. I have found someone else that spent almost an hour with me to explain my xrays with me and then was given a working knowledge as to why my neck was having an adverse reaction to Dr Cook's techniques. Now, i never have vertigo after a visit to the chiropractor. read more

I injured my back while serving in the military and it has never been right since. I was still having issues when I got rear ended and the accident re-aggravated my back. He has worked with me to get my back right and not only helped with my pain from the car accident, but Dr. Schrock also has made my back feel so much relief from the injuries in the Army.
