Dr Z seemed hopeful & honestly I was not fully disappointed in her work on me. The part that left a huge bad taste in my mouth was the $$$ scamming! I was almost in shock. We had my 2nd appointment for "determination of findings" & my insurance info was given to them at the previous appointment. She must have not known I was aware of my plan with her approach. My insurance is expensive but it's a good plan with fixed co pays of $25. Her package was an attempt to collect for 24 which I have done packages in the past with previous Chiros but she was trying to tell me $900 for 24 sessions saying 1200 was the norm. I was puzzled & paused for a moment then asked if she had received my insurance? She had & she flipped to the next page where it said my $25 co pay fixed rate! Which would be $600 not $900! Um hello!? That is $300 more that you were just trying to get me to agree to! & I don't need to do any package if I truly wanted to just pay as I went at $25 a session! If you don't want to accept insurance please just do a favor for everyone & dont. There is no need to be so unprofessional. I tried to get over it but I could not bring myself to return. Luckily I found a new & honest Chiro that I am very happy with. He didn't even handle the $, his assistant did & right away the assistant knew my policy, no package talk & said "Wonderful $25 a visit!" Honesty is the best policy!
