After dropping off paperwork and requesting to schedule wellness physicals, I went to my appointment and was told it was scheduled as a problem visit for a diagnosis I have (never requested an appt like this) I was told my insurance couldn't be billed for a physical because it hadn't been a calendar year (untrue for my policy, if they had checked) the PA continued to try to treat me for a problem visit, and I ultimately just had to get up and leave. Imagine my surprise when I am billed for the service that never took place, and when calling to dispute the charges for services that never occurred I was yelled at, spoken to like I was a child, and hung up on by Dr. Pielyck himself. Save yourself some time and avoid an office who clearly just wants to provide a billable service, not healthcare nor customer service. Worst experience ever with a medical provider! RUN!

I left shamed and suicidal. Actually thoughts of driving my car T-bone style into a line of traffic at a busy stop light T intersection. "Pause when Agitated" came to mind from my 12-Step program training of 46+ years. They had not encouraged me over the years to get a 3rd colonoscopy after I had postponed it to help a friend with his recovery from addiction. Of course it's my responsibility ... But please ... We were also given a personal tour of the offices with a friendly staff member with a quick video about Chiropractic service! We met with their new Chiropractor, Dr. Ariel Troxel! Wow she was excellent & very detailed with everything! We noticed immediately she was very sincere & natural with kids... Which would win any parent's heart!!
