Called twice to schedule an appointment. Each time, the person that answered the phone -- who may have been the receptionist, and may have been "Dr. Greg" himself -- hung up on me after seconds of speaking. Upon calling a third time -- and keep in mind I'm actively trying to schedule my first appointment -- I finally got the guy to keep me on the line for more than a couple seconds. I asked him if he hung up on me twice, and he snidely told me he "didn't appreciate my accusations" and pointedly asked me what I wanted. What I want is to let people know what a rude jerk you are. So now I am. No need to thank me, I'll be posting these reviews all over the web. Good luck with your business.
EDIT: Dr. Greg sees fit to reply to this more than TWO YEARS after I put up this review. Very timely customer service there, doc. Weird how you clearly remembered my phone call after that length of time, though. Your memory of the events is a little spacey and (surprise) intended to make me look like the aggressor, but the better question is... why answer the phone at all if you're with a client and have no receptionist? Let me know and I'll drop by Goodwill and pick you up a janky old answering-machine if you're not hip to the whole "let it go to voicemail" concept. And no need to get in touch. I ended up going to Accident Chiropractic in Chandler, and I highly recommend everyone else do the same. Very friendly staff and they took care of my long-time issues in a few short months. read more
