This place calls itself "Chiringuito", a beach bar, but it is a full restaurant. It's a brand new place in Portocolom and when we visited it had only been open for three days. The staff is very friendly, but the procedures still need a bit of adjustment. The food, however, is wonderful. We had pulpo en tempura (delicious), pasta con trufa (with a show of making the sauce in a big Italian cheese), fish and chips (for our minor) and carpaccio de vieiras (not much, but also delicious). Quality has its price, but it is worth it. However, a lunch menu would be an advantage for people who just want to eat something small quickly. We will definitely visit the Bocoi again, next time in the evening for a sumptuous dinner. read more
