Mexican food in the U.K.? Actually surprised by the menu and the choices offered.
Started with Chips and Dips, what we would call Chips and salsa in SoCal.
However, I think the salsa could use some spice (that's my opinion).
Also had 'the world's best margarita', at least that's what they call it.
Had better, actually I make better.
For a main course, I had the Chimichanga with Chicken and chose the hottest spice, "Volcano". Pretty good, but again, not as Spicy as it could be.
All in all, the food was well presented, and had good taste. The service was prompt and the servers were friendly. The atmosphere was pleasant, the decor, interesting.
I would recommend this place to others, but I'd have to say. If you make it to California, be ready for some 'real' Mexican food. read more
