I said yes and confidently left, expecting consistency with the previous groom. Unfortunately, that was not the case at all. They cut my dog's hair extremely low and completely ignored the previous grooming guidelines. When I expressed my concerns, the groomer responded by saying When I expressed my concerns, the groomer responded by saying she had "shaved his nails for free," which she said is normally a $10 add-on. I explained that it still didn't address the issue at hand and that it should have either been communicated or charged properly as an add-on if that was the case, because it didn't resolve my concern about the haircut. I was told there was "nothing they could do" and that "for future reference" I should bring a photo. I didn't think a photo was necessary for a repeat appointment when the staff made it seem like they already understood what was expected based on his last service. The manager called the next day, listened to everything that happened, and ultimately only reiterated that they do not offer refunds or discounts. No apology, no empathy, and no accountability for the poor experience. The only response I kept hearing was "for future reference." To make matters worse, my dog's ears were cut so short that he barely even looks like he has ears anymore. The haircut looks nothing like the previous groom, and it's honestly upsetting to look at. Since the appointment, he hasn't even seemed like his usual energetic self. I trusted this salon to care for him properly, and instead I left feeling dismissed and deeply disappointed. I called and they were able to take my dog, Bean, right away. His haircut came out exactly how I wanted it to. The groomer even told me Bean was a sweet boy and was super relaxed during his haircut. :) It took me a little while to find it (its located behind the barber shop on the corner) If I walked around I would've found it. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be taking Bean back when we visit again.

Getting an appointment was easy and I received a text saying that Ames had an opening that day if I wanted to move up my appointment, which was nice. I got a text from Ames letting me know when he was around the corner and I met him at the truck. Ames was super patient with Henry and gave him plenty of time to check out the truck. I felt very comfortable leaving Henry for his spa day. The turn around was quick. I got a picture of Henry to make sure I liked his look and then was able to pick him up. He was super soft, smelled great, and the best part was that his nails were trimmed! Talk about a Christmas miracle. Normally, Henry resists nail trims with everything he has. Even at the vet when they have the whole team involved, we usually leave without being able to trim his nails. Ames gave Henry a full mani-pedi without any issue or trauma. Ames is magic! Pricing is on the high side ($100), but you are really paying for the convenience of not having to leave home and one-on-one attention. I would happily book Henry in for another spa day with Ames.

He was a little nervous when I dropped him off, but he was warmed up and happy when I picked him up. I liked that the dogs could roam and were not confined to cages. The pricing was reasonable and I was able to get everything checked off his hygiene list from ears and nails to teeth and glands. The deshedding treatment has really made a difference in the amount of hair that comes off of him too! They did a great job with his nails and bath too. He smells so good and is silky smooth! I appreciate the care that Sydnee's showed my dog while he was at the spa. I felt good knowing that he was well taken care of while he was there.

I love how John takes time not only get to know your dog but also he wants to help you to understand your dog. He shares very insightful tips on how to train your dog. Everyone at Sandy's has made him feel so comfortable and have been very dedicated to his grooming appointments for the last few years. What we particularly like about this location is that they don't use crates when they're drying the dogs. Your dog has open play and Mason loves socializing with the other dogs while he's there. They always show him so much love when he arrives for his appointments and when we pick him up. I don't think he's been happier (or handsomer) at any other grooming place before.

Lauren has changed our lives and now Maui doesn't need to do his lion cuts. She came right to our house and was so good with Maui. She clearly knows how to care for cats with anxiety. First time cat dad here…read more Ever since adopting from the shelter, I don't think my cat has been properly groomed beforehand and I was nervous to do it myself so I reached out to Purrvana and Lauren was able to help and exceed any expectations! Lauren kept me updated regarding arrival time and she did such an amazing job on Autumn. I was surprised the grooming was done in under an hour and now Autumn is looking fresher than ever.
