Good prices. Excellent food service! Ball return machinery sometimes failed though. ;)

no oil on lanes, 14 dollar pitcher and 4 dollar games , kids running up and down the isle. far below average, would not recommend if your an avid bowler, I would rather stay home then bowl there! read more

Awesome place to bowl! Good prices on beer and good pizza, pizza is actually pretty good! Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of one of the employees that is usually at the counter is the absolute worst employee I have ever seen. When coming up to the counter she can be heard under her breath "Jesus Christ what do you want" everyone else is friendly and ready to help. If you come here just hope and pray the blonde with bangs isn't here. read more

Things sure have changed since I used to come here 30 years ago. Kids still off school for Xmas break so brought them here with Papa for some pizza, pop & pins. I'd suggest the counter person could use a class in customer service. Rude on check-in. Seemed like I was interrupting her day. Had to switch lanes because the first assigned lane did not have bumpers. She didn't seem to enthusiastic about having to switch lanes ( what is it - pressing a few buttons in the computer?) Then she switched us to lane right next to a lane with six people. I asked for a lane between us - some Covid distance plus everyone knows you end up waiting for other lane to bowl when you're right next to another lane. C'mon man. 70 lanes and only 10 in use and she gives me attitude for asking for a little space. She gave out a great sigh! I told her that was a rude response. Spoke to manager. She had observed and was aware. Manager was nice. Lane looked in poor shape. Lanes 50-60 looked like floor coming up first several feet. So about half hour after we start and girl places family of five right next to us. No lane between. I wondered if it was Spite for talking to manager? Has she never bowled before? Everyone knows you should give bowlers space if it's available. Can't say I felt welcomed or appreciated as a customer. Got treated much better north of town at Strike & spares in Mishawaka, IN. read more

Me, my mom, and my sister went there to bowl after checking yelp it said it was open, we went at 1:30. We walked in and there was a school field trip there and we went to the register and a very rude lady came up to us saying they don't open till 3:00. When my mom asked why yelp says they open at 11:00, she got became very defensive saying "we'll it shouldn't say that" then she ordered us out. overall very rude and don't recommend. read more

Too much south bend in one building. Reeks of weed and poor decisions. The quality of people is a mood killer every time we go. Eh, I'm good. read more

They take care of their kind... I was in South Bend for work and brought along my new bowling ball. I have never bowled 13 games in one stretch before, until now. They gave me their 'league' discount and it only came to $33.75!@:) Its a huge bowling alley with 70 lanes, gigantic $3.25 beers and very nice lanes. I have one more reason to like coming to South Bend now. Woo Hoo Bowling read more

The bowling is great. We love bowling. Theres problems though. The scoring system gives us a strike every time we bowl a 7+. But to be completely honest, I think we need to go back to Strikes n ' Spares. The bartender is so rude. If a bucket of asphalt is a personality, it would be her. If she's not fired, we're not coming back any time soon. PS: Pizza is cold. read more

For years we were old bowl the new year in then a few years ago they made it so it would be 80$ for me and my wife to do so because instead of a pet person charge they now charge per lane, I kept thinking that it would change, surely people would complain but obviously it's here to stay, basically the new pay structure has ruined our New Year's Eve tradition of bowling in the new year, I tried to ask if we can pay per game, but they won't let us make reservations so while they would there isn't any lanes available. I basically haven't been there in almost 3 years because of this change...maybe you make more money on New Years but you've lost two loyal customers Still haven't been back, man of my word (2-15-19) read more

This is my 1st and last time here. A few of us friends from work decided to come here and bowl. We paid for 4 games and was bored after 2 games so we tried to get a refund and they refused to give it to us, so we decided to stay and play since it was already paid for. So on the 3rd game they shut down our game in mid play, not once, not twice but three times. After arguing with them they turned it back on and what do you know 15 minutes later they shut it down again and refused to let us play the last game. read more

Great to go for league night, open bowling, or rock-n-bowl Great beer prices....and they usually have something going on in the bar Huge lack in TV's on the concourse for watching the game Main bar area was very modern and enjoyable when they first remodeled it.....which was 20 years ago. Very 90's. Good bartenders though. Like the ND theme. Lanes on league nights are fair and challenging at the same time. Nice having a full service pro shop on site I think this is the best alleys in St. Joe county read more

They have great deals here during the weeks. There are plenty of lanes and they are good for big groups. The staff are all pretty good. If you enjoy bowling or even if you don't really like bowling all that much, I highly recommend coming here to bowl. read more

The prices were good but everything else was bad. We got a deal that came with bowling and pizza. We ordered an extra pizza and when we didn't get any pizzas after an hour we asked about them and were told we received one of our pizzas when we hadn't. After arguing back and forth they said they would check the cameras. On top of being accused of stealing the lanes kept resetting when they shouldn't. There were many times where a person had to bowl a third time to get the system to finish out their frame. It was a very frustrating outing. read more

This place is a real institution, and an echt Midwestern experience. A majestic 70-lanes, and super cheap during off peak hours.

First time there with a group of kids for a birthday today. I went up to the concession stand to ask a question. The women with pink hair was extremely rude. As if I had been a frequent guest. Even rolled her eyes as she walked away. I will definitely not return. But I will say the young lady where we paid for our shoes was super nice and helpful. read more

Never had a problem here, its the new spot for my family and I to go out on the weekends and enjoy some cosmic bowling from 10-1 with the low price of $9.95 per person. A couple times they had house ball shortages, but if you find a ball quick enough you'll have a good time under blacklights during the championship rounds with your family. read more

We were there for a high school tournament on Sunday. The smoke from the kitchen was horrible. It was like they never cleaned their hood system. There were numerous complaints of burning eyes and having a hard time breathing because the smoke was so thick. It was a very bad experience there on Sunday. Won't be going back. read more

Started coming here after we moved to the area. Pizza is good. The bowling is also good. There is a blonde girl with bangs that we have encountered a few times that has been rude every single time we come. Ignores us at the counter and occasionally yells, "Jesus Christ!" When we come up to purchase games. Other than that- fun bowling alley. read more

Throughout the years, there have been issues with the staff treating those that participate at Chippewa Bowl for Friday's bowling hosted by Logan Center in a terrible way. I have complained about this in 2016 -and I see it never improved. The lady who worked in the kitchen was known for being deplorable to the bowlers and I even witnessed her literally throwing food at one of the disabled Clients. Now I hear Logan has ended their relationship with this place and I couldn't be happier. read more
