Wow, I had a very different experience than what most of these people are reviewing here. I had an above and beyond experience I'd say. Stopped here for lunch and placed 2 orders via the Chipotle app. I did two orders because I had two different rewards I wanted to claim, but could not claim in one order. When I got to the counter, I had a to wait a couple mins because I literally placed my orders in the app while in the store. Anyways, one of the team members (they had some pink in their hair) saw I was waiting and they checked on me pretty quickly. Immediately started working on my order even though we were still pretty ahead of the promised time. They gave me a nice serving of everything. The bowl was flowing and I was very pleased. Also because I had two orders they asked if I wanted it in one bag and said it was totally cool too. I appreciated that. I later asked if I could get a side of hot salsa which I forgot to indicate in my app order. Not a problem, they served. Honestly, give that team member a gold star because they were awesome and served with such a big smile. 5 stars for that awesome team member. Also side note, if anyone is wonder if they should choose carne asada vs steak, I'd go steak. I enjoyed the carne asada, but it's a little more grainy texture wise then I'd prefer. read more

This is the worst location we have been to. We didn't even get to eat. They were out of the smoked meat. Also had no chicken. We wondered why they were open when main ingredients were unavailable and the topping bar was sparse and missing ingredients too. No corn for example. The staff were rude about it. I get they were stressed and the line was long, but you're mainly stressed from being unorganized and unprepared. The second lady who was trying to get chicken out was moving with absolutely zero urgency or cutting skills. It was frustrating to watch. I wanted to hop back there and chop up some chicken. Still had another 2 hours to go until closing so I wonder how they made it. There is another Chipotle on our way home so we always opt for that one...or literally anywhere else...or I'll even suck it up and cook dinner at home or grab a bowl of cereal lol Parking: large private lot, but who cares. read more

I don't live in the area, but travel to the Silverdale area about once every 10 months. Where I live we don't have a Chipotle, so I stop at this location on my drive to the hotel from the airport. During my previous visits to this location the dining area was very dirty, much like other reviewers have stated. My most recent visit was on 2/16/26, and I will say the dining area was much improved and its cleanliness was at an acceptable level. A re-occurring issue I have had is that the white rice is undercooked. It was still crunchy in the middle (crunchy like when you severely under cook spaghetti noodles). The first time this happened I assumed it was just a one off and went on my way, but my rice on 2/16/26 was also undercooked to the same degree. I'm not sure how that happens as I assume they use a giant rice cooker with a pre-determined amount of rice and water, but here we are. read more

I've arrested and taken people to jail that are friendlier than these employees. The service counter is filthy as is the eating area. This isn't a one off; it's like this every time we visit this location. Do yourself a favor and go to the Bremerton location where the employees are friendly and the location is clean. read more

Needs improvement all the way around. The facility was a mess. We decided to eat outside. Tables were dirty. Definitely needed a wipe down. Trash cans were overflowing and needed a good sweep. The drink machine broken, utensil area needed cleaning and refilled. It was dirty. As for the food, some meat ingredients were out. But the most part that bothered me was when I was eating I found a strand of hair in my food and I noticed no one was wearing a hair net. I lost my appetite. Staff were pretty busy. I get that. I went there a couple of days ago, I was with my family. I ordered a chicken burrito with queso and a chicken kids meal. That was it. Somehow I got charged 32 dollars which isn't correct. Oh boy. Ran straight to yelp after picking up my online order, and I'm the least bit surprised this location's reviews are in the shi**er. First off, filthy counters and tables - like beyond unappetizing. Two, everyone working there looks like they want to k*ll themselves. I work food service, I get it... but every time I've been to this particular location it's like doomsday. I got there, wasn't greeted, and was obviously waiting for my pick up order which said it would be ready at 9:40. The pickup shelf was empty, but three people rotating on the online pickup station clearly had bags that were ready to go. After waiting for 7 minutes, I say "I think that bag is for me" and she hands it to me -doesn't even ask me for my name or the code- and says thanks... I leave - but that's not even the worst part. My bowl, is heavier than a newborn child. With NO protein that I paid extra for. Maybe three pieces of chicken max. Overdosed me on every f**king ingredient? There were some big backs making my meal. The burrito for my boyfriend is freezing cold. Like the only warm thing is the meat, kinda makes sense with the sour cream and guac... but touching it felt like it'd been in the fridge. I placed an online order and oh my gosh will never make THAT mistake again! At least not at this location. Over $15 for a double steak bowl and I had maybe half of one serving! It was like that for everything... I'm not sure if they were running out of the portions but it was over two hours till close so it just didn't make sense. This has got to be the worst chipotle I have ever been too. The cook today 7/5 was terrible. my friend wanted fajita vegetables and they said that it was going to be a few minutes. We ended up waiting almost 20 minutes for it and that was so ridiculous. They were done making my food and I was almost done eating and her food still wasn't done (the veggies). I went and I told them hey next time if it's gonna be a couple minutes then you should be honest instead of waiting 20 minutes for vegetables then either we could've went somewhere else or I would've waited to order to eat with my friend. Highly recommend AVOID this location! This chain is normally a great experience and I've had great, very predictable meals virtually everywhere except this specific location in Silverdale, WA. Since January this year I've made two takeout orders which were both made incorrect. Highly recommend looking closely at your order before leaving the restaurant. Also, don't bother to pay for extra proteins like chicken or steak... you won't get it. Had this happen twice and was a complete waste of money. So why the one star review? It's simple, the food prep area is absolutely disgusting! I stood in line last night and watched the young man make a burrito for the guy in front of me, however once his order was complete, he simply wiped the counter with a dirty rag and actually threw the lettuce and veggies back into the serving containers which my meal was about to be made from. I realize this is fast food and scraps of other people's meals can make it accidentally onto your meal, however to wipe those used food scraps back into a common serving container and with a dirty rag was absolutely disgusting to watch! I was repulsed to witness this and after watching this happen and not even phase the clerk I just walked out. Additionally I couldn't believe the guy behind me wasn't at all disturbed his meal was about to be prepared with the same reused/wiped down food scraps as I witnessed. Folks, if you don't care about a sanitary food experience and don't care your food is being handled in an unhealthy disgusting manner, then this place is perfect for you. If you'd prefer to look at your phone while someone makes your meal and just bite into a mystery surprise then this place is perfect for you, because that's exactly what happened last night. What is going on at this location?! Usually we don't have an issue coming here, but there was a completely different staff tonight (8/7 at 550pm). We had to walk out. It wasn't busy yet they were completely out of the regular chicken and veggies. The hot honey chicken looked like it was from this morning. The guy wrapping the burritos didn't even realize until I said something - he wasn't doing his job at all. All he had to do was communicate with his chef (who is usually working and busting his butt) what items needed to be on the grill. When I realized there was no veggies on the line, I decided to wait for more to be cut and cooked. I proceeded to watch the front line staff pour the rice from the burrito back into the same container he scooped it from - let's hope no one has a gluten allergy! Seriously, tonight was pitiful. Chipotle come to Hawaii!!! During my last trip to Seattle, we chose to visit Chick-Fil-A because it was closer than going to Chipotle. Now I've realized that I completely missed out on this! We've all heard of how delicious Chipotle is so this was a definite on our itinerary. The line was crazy long! Like out the door standing in 37 degree cold weather! But so worth the wait! I got the chicken bowl and a kids meal cheese quesadilla. I had no idea how to order. I thought by saying chicken bowl they would put what goes inside but you get to choose aside from the chicken. Duh! Lol After telling the lady it was my first time she explained what options I could choose from to add in the bowl. The queso and guac were an extra added charge. I had no idea what I chose but that was the best combo ever! I'm down to try the burrito next trip. There was more than enough in my bowl left for someone else. We decided to enjoy our meal under those heat poles outside. This location is located near Homegoods and Ulta at a shopping center in Silverdale. Parking can get pretty crowded with the businesses around. Prepare to wait in line for a super long while during lunch and dinner hours. read more

Yummy, but shrink-flation is at work. This is a popular spot in Silverdale, so we plan ahead or go at off-peak times. For dinner rush on weekends, the line is to the door. The food is good, so I get it. I'm willing to adjust. What I don't get is the fact that I can't order my QUESELADILLA at the restaurant. They claim they are only available by ordering on the APP. (What?!!) All the ingredients are lined up in front of them, but they refuse to make it until I download the app, create an account, and order it there. I'm annoyed. The quesadilla in question was good, with tender, flavorful chicken. But there's less inside, overall, so less filling. Their smoked Tabasco sauce is the BEST! I've been eating at Chipotle consistently for almost 10 years, this location is the first one to make me sick. I am in the military and was starving, got a double steak bowl with brown rice and after a bite or two I tasted something off. It was like someone had dumped an entire salt shaker into either the steak or the brown rice. It was so intensely salty I could barely eat it, the only reason I did is because I was so hungry and when I told the employee she completely ignored me and walked away from me. Every single table was also filthy on this particular Thursday, this location also consistently serves the smallest portions I've seen of any location. read more

Aside from the salad/bowl which is always good, I want to mention what o order when I'm out and about and need a healthy lunch, that's not too much to weigh me down...I really like the kids meal quesadilla. It's a tiny soft taco size cheesy quesadilla, beans (and I ask for both whole pintos and black beans), brown rice, and I add very fresh "and"chunky guacamole. It comes with a soda, too. The portions of rice and beans look tiny, but I feel substantially full when dine. All that for under $5:) Please be kind to the employees l. Never in my life have I been in a fast food restaurant with so many issues. Expect to wait between 30-45 if you stand in line and an extra 15-20 minutes if you order online. Expect a dirty floor and dirty tables. Expect there to be no management and absolutely no one responsible for the mismanaged staff and dirty restaurant. I used to really be a fan of Chipotle but I won't set foot in another Chipotle after my last few experiences in Silverdale. I have even contacted their corporate headquarters twice! I walked in and wow ! There was a line of 15 people to the left and about ten people waiting for their pickup order . Atmosphere: clean and tidy . Service was the best it could be since they were slammed and working well as a team ! They were calling out what they needed for pickups, togos and it was working well. Lots of great communication. The food was well presented and cleaned for how many orders they were accomplishing. I felt bad that they ran out of chicken . But they definitely did a great job. My order was 100% correct since I went through the line I am keto ! So I just got a bowl with no rice or beans but I added extra steak and Carnitas with sour cream, pico de gallo, guacamole, cheese, and queso. The bowls were nicely filled and weren't thrown together. I love Chipotle in W Seattle, but this one has the worst service. Today we waited until 6:20 for our 5:40 pick up (ordered at 5:25). We checked at 5:55 and they said, we are backed up. They then came and took the names of everyone waiting at 6:00, and at 6:15 I asked again. The same guy who took our name said, your name is not in our system. He asked for our order info which I showed him. The 2 people next to me said that they also had 5:40 pick up times. That's when the guy double checked and said, none of these orders are showing. Now he figures that out? I said, we would like to get our order now, and he pointed to the 10 person long line and said, no, you'll have to go to the back of the line. Um, no. I generally like Chipotle but my visit at this location was disappointing. The que line had 25 people due to there was only one server behind the counter, there should have been two. The food was average, it needed to be warmer. They kept running out of items and we had to wait. After I got my food I stopped by the beverage bar only to find no ice available for the fountain drinks. So we all had warm drinks. All four of the lemonade dispensers were empty and needed to be cleaned. The counter was dirty with food, napkins and drinks lids all over it. Terrible quality of ingredients. I used to eat at this location 1-2 times every week. The last 9 months I have been eating here maybe once a month because how badly things have gotten. I gave them a try once again and received spoiled guacamole for a quesadilla and a bowl. I even tried it to check and it was sour and inedible. This has happened to me several times at this location. We took some students to The Trail after a field trip yesterday, and the students came with cash. But apparently THIS store requires exact change? So if a student didn't have the exact amount, the store was literally going to steal the remainder (or at least the coin part of it!) What???!!! How do you even balance the til at the end of the day??? "Oh look, we're $17 over today because we short-changed all of our cash-paying customers! Pocket the difference!" How is this even legal?! We no longer have a coin shortage, people. This is just irresponsible business practice. It's dishonest. And it's thievery. Even corner lemonade stands tend to have this figured out. I ended up paying for my students, and they will pay me back. You DID make MY chaperoning responsibility easier, though, so thank you-- the vast majority of our students and other chaperones saw this note and chose to eat at other establishments. With 70+ students eating, you got 4. And one adult--me. And I had no choice. Trust me, even though I was paying via card, on principle alone i would have visited another establishment. I will not likely return. Put on your big kid pants and go to the bank and fill your register with the appropriate amount of change! It's not that difficult to ask for a roll of quarters, dimes, nickels, or pennies, or a stack of ones--You have to go to the bank anyway! Every other business seems to manage it; figure out how to use your words and run your business appropriately! I'll be reporting this the the BBB as well. These notes didn't seem like they were posted yesterday. And, judging from the long lists of posts about similar Chipotle practices all over the country online, this seems like a top-down business policy. How tacky. This is one of the worst Chipotle locations I've been too. Consistently, time and time again, during peak meal service, they are without 3-4 of their main course meat items, rice, or beans. One of these times, they literally didn't have all of them available. Items being prepared were prioritized for online order table when the in-person line was extended past the entrance. This isn't a single occurrence either, but has happened 10-15 times over the past year. This is the only Chipotle in my area and is sad because when food is available, it's good. I do not order online as the proportions of food is a lot less (40-50%) than in-person. The manager who was on-site also did not want to take accountability or responsibility for poor planning and execution. They would not come forward to talk to me when I wanted to discuss the problem but one of the younger employees just laughed. Sad state of affairs for this location, but I won't be coming back. read more

In the last 15 years my wife and I have been to dozens on Chipotle locations across a handful of states. We love Chipotle and have frequented the local ones hundreds of times. Since moving to Kitsap county we've been to this one many times as well. I have NEVER seen any restaurant or fast food location, especially not a Chipotle, so poorly managed. I have left feedback 20+ times and spoken directly to the manager. You can reliably expect that this location will screw something up with your order. They are always out of something. This is NOT due to Covid shortages and existed at this location since I started coming here in 2017. They don't purchase or train teams to prepare ahead and are always out. If am going to drive 20 minutes, wait in a 10 minute line, and then be let down that they don't have chicken, guac, or something else, I'm no longer going to bother. If rather not eat something my wife and I both love than come back here... And we've tried so much and been very patient. I like the fact that I can get a somewhat healthy meal here and the price is right. Online ordering also is a huge plus so that I don't have to stand in line. My last three pickup orders have all had some sort of issue with the items received. Most recently, the veggie bowl came WITHOUT the veggies, just rice, beans and salsas. Frustrating. Maybe the kids don't care, maybe the are too busy, but I really need to start checking my order right inside the restaurant before I leave to start making sure it's correct. Or stand in line. I find the food a little heavy handed on the salt, but I feel that way about most restaurants. What used to be a place I'd visit several times a month has turned into several times a year sadly. The app time is incorrect according to the employees. I was told to wait an additional 10 minutes for two burritos. I asked for a refund to go elsewhere. I was told it would take up to three days. Would give a negative 5 star if I could. This is the only chipotle in my area so I have given it numerous chances at varying times of day and week for the past year. My experience has been the same each time. They are out of at least 3-4 things every single time I've been whether that be add ons or proteins. Do not even try to get lettuce. You will get 5 shreds. The rest of the meal is out of proportion as well, if you order online you could inventory the stock in their fridge just based on your bowl or burrito contents and the vastly different ratios, skimping on what they clearly are running low on. And again I would like to emphasize they will always be out and/or low on product. If you dare to order online, expect to wait double the time to receive your order if you receive it at all. Their system is in disarray and you may stand at the online order pick up without being addressed by any staff member until you decide to give up. If you attempt at a refund, good luck and have fun with the automated system that's only available during business hours, not dinner hours. If you're lucky, they have been known to place incorrect items in your pick up bag with your sticker on it so you could get someone else's order completely, at least you're eating. The employees have clearly given up. In a bad situation and probably tired of being harassed by disgruntled guests, they have no sense of hospitality or urgency. This is confirmed when you are being held captive waiting for your order and you end up overhearing their conversations. And let me tell you, those conversations don't bode well for getting your order. However you make your attempt, online or in store in line, just don't. It's not worth it. It will make you question how a chain operation with a simple concept for putting food together could go so wrong. Lack of employees? Lack of product? Poor planning or ingredient ordering? Management? It's probably all the above. This store is clearly neglected and needs to be resuscitated, don't get involved stay clear. If this review makes it to corporate I would not like a link to make another review. You are aware of the problem, this has been going on for at least a year if not longer. Get in there and fix this chipotle that desperately needs support. read more
