Pretty nice layout inside and a decently big outside sitting area. I'm visiting so I'm not sure if the restaurant and employees are new, but even though there were only 3-4 people ahead of us the line took quite some time. Once we got our food and sat down, a huge line formed and it looked like it took forever for people to get to order. Move a little quicker and it would be a 5 star. read more

We stopped here on the way home from a retreat. We ordered online and ate in the store. Seating was limited and the facility was not the cleanest. The food itself was good, but they messed up most of our orders. read more

Food was normal, although they completely ran out of rice on the line which added a lot of wait time. There were also no garbages so guests were just left to pile stuff on top. Not my worst chipotle experience though. read more

1. Worst customer service ever. 2. Portions are the worst thing I've seen. 3. Attitude from employees was pathetic. Very rude. Don't waste your time here. Will not be back read more

The portion size was laughably bad. It was half the size of when I would order in a store. For paying $25 for the burrito and delivery. I expect much better. Extremely disappointed, I would not recommend this chipotle at all and shame on the worker who made this burrito. Stay away and save your money. read more

Walked out. The food prep area and grill were filthy, couldn't believe my eyes. In addition to that, there were no clean tables.

I am honestly extremely disappointed in chipotles' workers. I came here expecting friendly faces and my needs to be met, as a customer. But when I ordered, they said they didn't have it, even as I watched someone else order the same thing. I watched as man licked his fingers while he was making my order. They also said I was too fat to order it and made me get a smaller size. I know it sounds crazy but its true. I can honestly say I will never come back. Do better chipotle. read more

Ordered two burritos and chips with salsa for delivery, they forgot the chips and salsa, this was the forth time they forgot the chips. The delivery person had to return and get the chips and delivery those, felt bad for him. Upon starting to eat the burritos the only item that was correct on either one was the rice. Had to drive to the store and showed the manager on duty, she looked in the bag and said that we ate them. I guess we are supposed to disassemble the burritos to ensure that we received the order. Manager refused to do anything. read more

Yikes this location is in rough shape, I've never seen a chipotle this messy. Food, trash and smears everywhere- the counters are gross. In other locations I watch them wild and clean as they go - not here man. Cherry on top was a hair in my burrito bowl. Run. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - "Salad" with one piece of lettuce. - Mexican Near Me - Saint Cloud, Minnesota

I've given this location too many chances... What a sh*t hole. I'm quite astonished this place is still in business. They are always out of ingredients, have piss poor service, absolute mess everywhere inside, and have incompetent and unfriendly staff that are too busy grab-assing each other to get anything done. It has really gone downhill the past several years. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. The Chipotle in the Rivertown Village Mall is a better bet. read more

got there at 9:20 was told it would be 5 minutes for a wait, not helping no customers due to them doing a online order, 1 person was in front of me and had been waiting for a hour already, no cheese, no lettuce. no customer service at all! lots of people came in and right back out, because of the wait and the staff just yelling talking bout no cheese, no lettuc!! all I wanted was chips and cheese dip, and a bowl for my husband.Brown rice was watery, this store is horrible!it has been a hour wait for me now and still no help or anything! They said they was doing a big online order but at the end of the day they still could have helped the people in there store! NEVER AGAIN! read more

Update 8/3/20 - I WANT TO LOVE YOU, BUT YOU MAKE IT SO HARD! I keep giving you chances and you keep SCREWING THE POOCH! My fajita veggies were left off AGAIN. How hard it is!?!?!? ‍ Update 6/8/20 - I got Bravo Burrito. It was delicious! Again, I'd give a 0 if I could. Didn't get extra corn on my order, but did get a quarter inch of liquid in the bottom of the bowl. Ordered chicken, got a strange mixture of steak, pork, and a little chicken. Ordered fajita veggies, didn't get them either. Legit, I'm out. Never eating here again. And I'm not driving across town to the other one either, so I'll live my life without the failure of Chipotle. think they need new management! Last week I stopped in, only one person making the orders, one person on the till. The line was backed up to and out the door.Several employees standing around chatting, should have been helping the front out! The cook in the back should wear one of those beard nets and either a hairnet or cap. I counted at least 15 people stop.......look in then leave. Today I stopped again, I figured being it was around supper time they would be prepared . I was wrong ! I ordered the bowl"................. I got 1/2 scoop of steak, no fajita (they where out) and about 1/2 the amount of guacamole.......however I was charged full price ! But on a positive note the rice was good. The place was a mess, food area was a mess too. This was the Chipotle in that little strip mall by Subaru. I'm going to try down town and see if that one's better read more

I write this review today after partially consuming an unsatisfactory order from Chipotle Mexican Grill in Sartell MN. My first experience with the Chipotle Mexican Grill dates back two decades when the first Chipotle opened in St. Cloud MN. Then I considered the food at best, average and uninspired. After having patronized Chipotle more than a dozen times my opinion has not changed, Today, for the third time I ordered from the Chipotle Mexican Grill I Sartell MN and received cold and uninspired food. I am not interested in Chipotle corporate reaching out to me their standard URL wanting to resolve this issue with their pompous indidifference offering me compensatory silence to remove this review. I can only suggest local restaurants. read more

Really disappointed with my bowl this time around. I placed an order online because I misread the sign. I placed the order in my car, and walked in. There was no place to put comments for the order. So I asked the girl working if I could get half the amount of rice. She said sure, and told the others assembling food. They aren't doing dine in currently, so I got home and my bowl was primarily rice. I asked for extra cheese in my online order and there was almost no cheese in the bowl. Also wanted taco shells, but they gave me a tortilla shell. Will never do online ordering again. read more

I went in yesterday after coming back from the hospital and when to this chipotle for some comfort food. I haven't eaten all day due to being in the hospital. The employees went heavily skimpy on the serving sizes. between my bfs bowl and mine it made one bowl. I paid for two only to get the portions of one. It was heavily disorganized and the chicken was all burnt. Don't even bother going here read more

I've attempted to give this store many opportunities to be my go to location for chipotle as it's nearest to my home. Last night around 9:10 I walked in and attempted to get a burrito bowl. The proteins on the line were all dried out and at that point had lost a lot of volume. Upon ordering I was told "we're out of the fajita blend for the night" then when I got to the cold ingredients I was told "we're out of cheese for the night too unfortunately". My confusion is that cheese isnt an item that gets cooked so I was wondering how it's possible that they couldn't get a pan of cheese on the line being they were open for another 45 minutes. I then substituted for the queso because cheese is kind of a big thing in this country. Upon reviewing my receipt for the veggie bowl (guac on the side) and my chicken bowl. I was charged for Guac? It also appears my bowl was marked as a Chicken and queso? The only reason I got queso is because they "ran out" of the cheese I wanted. Not to mention the portion sizes around that last hour at this location ALWAYS seem skimpy and now having visited in person I see why and it's because they don't seem to make anymore food once closing hour start approaching. read more

Took over a half an hour to get thru about 15 people in line. In total it was a 47 minute wait in line with only two online pickups in the process. Slowest and worst chipotle I've ever been too. read more

Love this chipotle, I go to St. Cloud state university and the customer service is phenomenal. Very patient and well spoken individual Miguel was kind to serve me one day, and made the rest of the day great for me! Thank you Chipotle read more

It's really sad when a favorite place isn't worth stopping for. I was disappointed by Chipotle again tonight. The people are really unmotivated and just seem as if they must have better things to do. My burrito just sucked. It's because the chicken was burnt and that ruined it. Also the ice was empty and no straws. How long does it take for someone in charge to have these things restocked? At this location they regularly run out of food and have to wait for more to be cooked. How much does it take for someone in charge to care? I know I don't anymore and won't be back in this store ever. read more

I'd have given the store 5 stars if the customer service wouldn't have been so mixed. The store was clean, the service counter was clean, the food was great, no problems with that. We had one employee who was awesome, friendly, engaging, and very customer centric. There was another employee that avoided eye contact, was cold, rude and rolled her eyes, which made us feel very unwelcomed and as if we had inconvenienced her. read more

I like chipotle but not enough for 5 stars. The tables have been dirty the couple times I've been here, and I hate the stools attached to the floor so that you can't even pull yourself up to the table. I also hate the little plastic basket they give you instead of a plate. Why would you want to eat out of a basket? I do like their natural and sustainable policies, and their food is pretty good. Pretty hard to go wrong with meat cheese salsa and sour cream in a tortilla lol read more

Not all that long ago most people around here had never heard or used the word "Chipotle" now the smoked jalapeno pepper that gives this place its name seems to be popping up everywhere. I can only hope that the use of sustainable, natural, fresh, quality ingredients also catches on as fast. Chipotle has set a new standard for quick serve restaurants and it is now the yardstick I use to measure all other burritos against. Please do yourself a favor and look beyond the chicken and steak options as the carnitas and barbacoa will bring your burrito or bowl to a whole new level. Both locations in St. Cloud are stellar and provide a great atmosphere both indoors and out. read more

I love Chipolte Mexican Grill. I love eating here because it's so good. My complaint is that every time I came here with my fiance in his military uniform, the cashier refused to give him any sort of discount. Other Chipolte restaurants offer a percentage off if you show a military, first responder, etc. ID. And if you show up in uniform, the price goes to $3. The first time I came with my fiance in uniform, they did not give him a discount, but we did not ask. The second time I came with my fiance in uniform, they verbally refused to give him a discount, and this time I specifically asked for one. On this day before Veteran's Day, I have gone out of my way to write up this review of Chipolte, the un-American Mexican Grill. read more
