Service wasn't that great, wasn't greeted, just kinda stared at me until I ordered. I walked in at 5:30pm and they were out of the following: Sour cream Guacamole Cheese Drinks (they had 2 sparkling waters left) The food I ordered was good but lacking due to their out of stock ingredients. Highly recommend the Chicken Al Pastor, I'll give them another chance as they are clearly going through grand opening pains. Also all the trash cans in the place hadn't been emptied in a long time; trash was stacked above and around the cans. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - a view of the outside of the restaurant - Mexican Near Me - Saco, Maine

The most filthy Chipotle I have ever seen. Walked in walked out not a friendly atmosphere; place was a mess!

Every single time I go here I'm so disappointed. It's not a hit or miss thing. It seems like it's just a miss every time. Tonight I spent $12 on two kids meals and the guacamole I got instead of meat was super brown, and the side of fruit were very sad wrinkled up old Clementines. Kind of feels like I just threw $10 in the trash. Honestly feel like it's not acceptable for them to be taking peoples money at this point. The adult burrito bowls were pretty darn sad too. Think I finally weren't my lesson after like five times trying it in the last six months and being super disappointed every single time. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Watch out for it... - Mexican Near Me - Saco, Maine

Stood there for 10 minutes while waiting for somebody to acknowledge us. Four employees roaming around avoiding eye contact, but not really working on other things. When we were acknowledged half of the items were empty and it was 6:45 in the evening. No apologies. Charged extra and again no apologies paid and left my receipt in the tip jar. For some reason, we keep coming back here and I question why every time. read more

The worst experience I have ever had at any chipotle.Very poor service.Even with only one other customer in the store.Six employees doing absolutely nothing with one person doing the orders .Waited in the drive up for over 25 minutes even though I ordered on line and was on time.Igave up and went inside to find my food get cold waiting to be bagged while he was still putting the food together for the one car in the drive up.They got both orders completely wrong. The 5 other employees were literally standing there rather then helping the drive up server. The food was wrong, not fresh ,not hot,and 30 minutes late for no reason. The cleanlines was also very poor considering they had no interest in doing anything! I will drive an hour to Portland the next time I want chipotle.shamefull!!!!Not even worth I star. read more

It was just before closing. Service was very good. Wasn't very sanitary. Food was a little more spicy than I like.

If i could leave negative stars I would right now. I just ordered a burrito bowl and there was a cockroach in my food and I was chewing on it!!! I'm beyond disgusted. I will never eat there again. I tried to contact the store and I wasn't able to reach someone at all. Complete nonsense. read more

I don't know what the problem is with this chipotle but every single time we go to this restaurant, they never have vegetables. I don't know what the deal is. There is a friggin grocery store right across the street that could grab onions, peppers and tomatoes, and at least cut them up. People are starting to get really tired of going to this restaurant multiple times and still having the same attitude of the staff and not having orders. We actually ordered a takeout order and an In store order at the same time. The takeout order had the vegetables on them and when asked when they were told us, they didn't have any vegetables. We said they have them on the other side and they said they couldn't take them from the other side. This is a bunch of crap last time I checked this was one restaurant obviously they don't work together because if you're running out of vegetables on the in-store side it's not that far of a walk to go over and grab some tomatoes off of the other side or some onions. they're constantly running out of peppers and onions, and the service is getting worse. This is one of the filthiest restaurants I've been in. I would suggest picking a different chipotle . read more

I bet most of their customers are takeout or delivery. Because what it looks like when you walk in front door is terrible. There are things all over the floor. The windows haven't been cleaned in two years walk inside is napkins everywhere the tables are dirty. read more

Asked for double steak and got nothing, such a scam for 18 dollars. this place sucks so much

What's going on with this chipotle location in Saco? A rock has more personality than any of the people working there. No hello, no eye contact, I felt like I was a burden. The tables and fountain soda area were a mess..I almost left if I hadn't been so darn hungry. Thank goodness the food is edible. It's too bad, I'd hate to see it close.. but the customer service is non-existent, and the cleanliness is questionable. We all have things going on in life, but if you're in the customer service business, at least fake it? read more

Parking is tough but you can always use the drive thru. The staff were nice but it was a bit disorganized. We ordered online, they forgot our drinks and when asking for hot sauce I was directed to the condiment station which was missing almost everything. We ordered a kids chicken combo and they provided very spicy chicken. Stay away from the sour cream.... Trust me!!! read more

Arrived at approximately 4pm to order 3 bowls (1 chicken, 2 steak) and 1 burrito (chicken). Most of the food in the serving area was empty (meats, veggie and queso). I thought they would be working on it so my partner ordered a chicken burrito and while they were getting that together, he stated we would be ordering 3 bowls with steak and chicken. That's when the employee making the food stated they had no steak. I was confused, started to look around and see the cashier leaning on the counter, phone in hand - not even offering assistance or support. So I ask the original employee why they don't have any steak (there surely must be a surplus in the store to make it???) Then the cashier states "Sometimes we run out of stuff" Okay??? I understand that but at 4pm you have NO steak and barely any other ingredients to serve? We won't be going back. Get your employees trained well, stock your stores and pick up a broom not your phone! read more

Awful. Don't use the app to order. They have been open for months and are routinely out of half the toppings. I used the app, my food was somehow cold- barely any meat. I paid for guacamole and they didn't put it on. When I called to let them know my order was totally wrong I was given a 800 number to call or I could drive back to get a side of guacamole. Never again read more

I really wanted to leave a good review & have gone numerous times, even waited for months after location opened so they could get it together, but not a lot has improved. I enjoy their burritos, and though most people may like this, I hate that they make the burritos so full that they fall apart & make a huge mess when eating. I've ask for 1/2 the rice, but that doesn't help, they put more of everything else on. This location also seems to be out of so many items, especially fajita veggies...they rarely have any, time of day doesn't matter. Along with being out of items, the beans have been dried out & nasty on more than one occasion. Of the 8-10 times I've gone since this location opened, I think I was happy w/the food and service once. It's disappointing, especially with as much time & as many chances I gave them before writing this. read more

by far the most disgusting restaurant I've ever been in. not a clean table in the place, trash cans overflowing. No napkins, straws,or utensils. nothing had been cleaned for what looked like days. didn't have any sour cream. would have been nice if they put a sign up saying what they're out instead of letting me get all the way to the end of making my burrito. The two commercial size rat traps at the entrance to the store was a nice touch! but I guess that should tell you just how dirty this newly built restaurant is!!! unfortunatel this will be the last time I ever step foot inside a chipotle read more

Consistently out of multiple items. Soda fountain usually out of service. And undertrained staff. This location suffers from non existant leadership and management. A pit of hunger sat heavily in my stomach as the lunch hour approached. A cold sweat broke out over my skin as the realization hit: nothing at home for lunch. I looked inward, searching for what craving it was that was gnawing away at me. What was it for? It hit me. A classic. A chipotle burrito. The perfect thing to satisfy a Saturday hunger. Already excited at the thought of the burrito, the image of a cold Mexican Coke flashed across my mind, nearly bringing me tears of joy. I rushed to the car with the my father. Chipotle had never been closer since the addition of the Saco location, a store neither of us had ventured to as of yet. Cruising along I-95 we checked the reviews on Yelp. They were grim. But we had hope. Redemption may yet be in the cards for this Chipotle. Oh how wrong we were. We entered the store through the rear door and made our way down the hall, and turned the corner to see it. The Chipotle order line. Unease began to creep into my mind. The stainless steel counters, the sneeze guards, the workers who never look like they want to be there, this very sight signaled the beginning of a journey. Often that journey ended in a full belly, and satisfied tastebuds. But other times. Other times that journey had brought a wrath upon my insides the likes of which were unknown to man prior to the genesis of this beloved restaurant chain. However, I pressed on. The craving must be satisfied. I stepped up to the counter and was greeted by... a cold stare. I waited. Nothing. I swallowed hard, and the unease intensified. "It looks like I'll be steering this horse," I thought to myself. "Giddy up." I leaned on my years of Chipotle-ordering experience. "I'll have a burrito please," I said with a smile. No turning back now. It was all going smoothly. The checkout register was in sight. And then... it happened. This world is full of atrocities. King amongst these is the sour cream portioning at chipotle. All I could do was watch in horror as the landslide of sour cream slid off of the serving spoon and onto my burrito. The height of my burrito had suddenly been at least doubled by the mountain of dairy which now sat atop the humble pile of other ingredients. All the blood drain from my face. I felt as though I had just watched a massacre. I looked away in anguish, choking out the final instructions for my burrito while trying to hide my horror. I watched as they finished my burrito, now much too large to be rolled without peril. Sour cream squirted out the sides and ends. Seams bursted along the tortilla and the innards of my burrito hung out. It was the perfect representation of my Chipotle dreams: massacred. Once finished we took our food and sat. Doing my best to scoop out the lakes of sour cream, I ate my burrito. The meat tasted burnt, nothing seemed fresh. I salvaged what I could, and when I finished I hung my head in shame. There, on its tin foil bed with grains of rice scattered amongst it, were the piles of discarded sour cream, staring back at me. Mocking me. read more

So sorry to have to rate this so low. Was really looking forward to having a Chipotle nearby as I've enjoyed other Chipotles elsewhere. But there are ALOT of kinks to work out. I understand it's hard to get help these days. But they had at least 6 people working and it was not busy but took much longer than other Chipotle's. One person was obviously brand new and being taught in the fly and extraordinarily slow. But I'll give him a pass if the place had not taken the time to train him properly. The layout is odd. Don't know where to find utensils without asking and it's around an odd corner and when you get there it's a mess! The kids working there are playing the music so loud you have to shout to cashier to hear. I hope they get things straightened out or it's not going to last long. read more
