The worst experience I have ever had at any chipotle.Very poor service.Even with only one other customer in the store.Six employees doing absolutely nothing with one person doing the orders .Waited in the drive up for over 25 minutes even though I ordered on line and was on time.Igave up and went inside to find my food get cold waiting to be bagged while he was still putting the food together for the one car in the drive up.They got both orders completely wrong.The 5 other employees were literally standing there rather then helping the drive up server.The food was wrong,not fresh ,not hot,and 30 minutes late for no reason.[[HIGHLIGHT]]The cleanlines was also very poor considering they had no interest in doing anything![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I will drive an hour to Portland the next time I want chipotle.shamefull!!!!Not even worth I star. read more

I don't know what the problem is with this chipotle but every single time we go to this restaurant, they never have vegetables. I don't know what the deal is. There is a friggin grocery store right across the street that could grab onions, peppers and tomatoes, and at least cut them up. People are starting to get really tired of going to this restaurant multiple times and still having the same attitude of the staff and not having orders. We actually ordered a takeout order and an In store order at the same time. The takeout order had the vegetables on them and when asked when they were told us, they didn't have any vegetables. We said they have them on the other side and they said they couldn't take them from the other side. This is a bunch of crap last time I checked this was one restaurant obviously they don't work together because if you're running out of vegetables on the in-store side it's not that far of a walk to go over and grab some tomatoes off of the other side or some onions. they're constantly running out of peppers and onions, and the service is getting worse. I walked in at 5:30pm and they were out of the following: Sour cream Guacamole Cheese Drinks (they had 2 sparkling waters left) The food I ordered was good but lacking due to their out of stock ingredients. Arrived at approximately 4pm to order 3 bowls (1 chicken, 2 steak) and 1 burrito (chicken). Most of the food in the serving area was empty (meats, veggie and queso). I thought they would be working on it so my partner ordered a chicken burrito and while they were getting that together, he stated we would be ordering 3 bowls with steak and chicken. That's when the employee making the food stated they had no steak. I was confused, started to look around and see the cashier leaning on the counter, phone in hand - not even offering assistance or support. So I ask the original employee why they don't have any steak (there surely must be a surplus in the store to make it???) Then the cashier states "Sometimes we run out of stuff" Okay??? I understand that but at 4pm you have NO steak and barely any other ingredients to serve? We won't be going back. Parking is tough but you can always use the drive thru. The staff were nice but it was a bit disorganized. We ordered online, they forgot our drinks and when asking for hot sauce I was directed to the condiment station which was missing almost everything. I really wanted to leave a good review & have gone numerous times, even waited for months after location opened so they could get it together, but not a lot has improved. I enjoy their burritos, and though most people may like this, I hate that they make the burritos so full that they fall apart & make a huge mess when eating. I've ask for 1/2 the rice, but that doesn't help, they put more of everything else on. This location also seems to be out of so many items, especially fajita veggies...they rarely have any, time of day doesn't matter. Along with being out of items, the beans have been dried out & nasty on more than one occasion. Of the 8-10 times I've gone since this location opened, I think I was happy w/the food and service once. A pit of hunger sat heavily in my stomach as the lunch hour approached. A cold sweat broke out over my skin as the realization hit: nothing at home for lunch. I looked inward, searching for what craving it was that was gnawing away at me. What was it for? It hit me. A classic. A chipotle burrito. The perfect thing to satisfy a Saturday hunger. Already excited at the thought of the burrito, the image of a cold Mexican Coke flashed across my mind, nearly bringing me tears of joy. I rushed to the car with the my father. Chipotle had never been closer since the addition of the Saco location, a store neither of us had ventured to as of yet. Cruising along I-95 we checked the reviews on Yelp. They were grim. But we had hope. Redemption may yet be in the cards for this Chipotle. Oh how wrong we were. We entered the store through the rear door and made our way down the hall, and turned the corner to see it. The Chipotle order line. Unease began to creep into my mind. The stainless steel counters, the sneeze guards, the workers who never look like they want to be there, this very sight signaled the beginning of a journey. Often that journey ended in a full belly, and satisfied tastebuds. But other times. Other times that journey had brought a wrath upon my insides the likes of which were unknown to man prior to the genesis of this beloved restaurant chain. However, I pressed on. The craving must be satisfied. I stepped up to the counter and was greeted by... a cold stare. I waited. Nothing. I swallowed hard, and the unease intensified. "It looks like I'll be steering this horse," I thought to myself. "Giddy up." I leaned on my years of Chipotle-ordering experience. "I'll have a burrito please," I said with a smile. No turning back now. It was all going smoothly. The checkout register was in sight. And then... it happened. This world is full of atrocities. King amongst these is the sour cream portioning at chipotle. All I could do was watch in horror as the landslide of sour cream slid off of the serving spoon and onto my burrito. The height of my burrito had suddenly been at least doubled by the mountain of dairy which now sat atop the humble pile of other ingredients. All the blood drain from my face. I felt as though I had just watched a massacre. I looked away in anguish, choking out the final instructions for my burrito while trying to hide my horror. I watched as they finished my burrito, now much too large to be rolled without peril. Sour cream squirted out the sides and ends. Seams bursted along the tortilla and the innards of my burrito hung out. It was the perfect representation of my Chipotle dreams: massacred. Once finished we took our food and sat. Doing my best to scoop out the lakes of sour cream, I ate my burrito. The meat tasted burnt, nothing seemed fresh. I salvaged what I could, and when I finished I hung my head in shame. There, on its tin foil bed with grains of rice scattered amongst it, were the piles of discarded sour cream, staring back at me. Mocking me. read more

So sorry to have to rate this so low. Was really looking forward to having a Chipotle nearby as I've enjoyed other Chipotles elsewhere. But there are ALOT of kinks to work out. I understand it's hard to get help these days. But they had at least 6 people working and it was not busy but took much longer than other Chipotle's. One person was obviously brand new and being taught in the fly and extraordinarily slow. But I'll give him a pass if the place had not taken the time to train him properly. The layout is odd. Don't know where to find utensils without asking and it's around an odd corner and when you get there it's a mess! The kids working there are playing the music so loud you have to shout to cashier to hear. I hope they get things straightened out or it's not going to last long. read more
