This was my second and final visit to this Chipotle. Service is horrible, the work staff is very "rough", it took 5 minutes to waited on even though no one was in front of me in line and there 8 people working, the tables and windows were filthy, and I could have gotten "high" from breathing in the marijuana-filled air in the restroom. I had the only semi-clean table, and a college kid asked if he could sit with because the other tables were dirty. It deserves a zero rating but it's not an option. There's a reason why this area has such bad ratings. Let me begin with the manager tonight, His name is Tim. Tim has no leadership skills, and his staff has no respect for him. When I come into chipotle to pick up my order it has never been ready and when I show up and show my order and I wait for it, they will help new entering customers with their order having me wait 15 minutes or longer and I have to remind them about my order to begin my order and of course once they finish my order. When I professionally and kindly explain the rudeness behind that his staff makes side comments and jokes around and mentions how he doesn't know what he's doing-of course I cancel my order once it's ready and I walk out. This is happened 5/5 times never have I ever had my food in that chipotle. The place is always dirty & odorous as well. read more

This place is horrible, it is a disaster. I have given them second chances over and over, ever since their opening, thinking things would improve, but they continue to disappoint, and possibly have gotten even worse. Several times when I have been there they are out of things, carnitas, sour cream, black beans.... the soda machine was broken and flooded the floor, no napkins, no plastic ware, plus the tables and floor are filthy! I have asked them to place a note or something alerting customers to the fact they are out of items (one time it was chips, a few times it was carnitas and I ordered a different meat but they would not price match for barbacoa) I have stopped ordering ahead, as they don't let you know they are out of things. I went there a few days ago at 805 pm and they were closed, spoke with another customer in the parking lot and he had looked on his phone and it said they were OPEN. The hours on the door say they are open until 10pm, apparently not. When I asked why they are always running out food, the teenage mgr told me they oversell, and they are a "very busy" location. I am fully aware of how busy they are, but I do not understand why they cannot look at the fact they over sell and make adjustments accordingly to accommodate the patrons. They are losing sales, losing business and losing customers. Lack of food, lack of customer service, the bulk of employees are young kids "working" there. I have seen staff eating restaurant food while working, boys with long hair working over food, a few of them sneak off to the side, take selfies and eat and laugh. It's a great chain, but this location is terrible, I dont know if I will go back. read more

I went there to get my mother and I a rice bowl. I walked through the door, which needed cleaning and I was blown away how dirty the floors and tables were. I reluctantly ordered and the containers were pretty much empty and everyone was just standing around. I go get plastic wear and there was a lot of liquid on the floor with food on top of the liquid. It seems like no one cares that work there. I have been to a lot of restaurants in my lifetime, but never seen one this dirty. read more

OMG THIS PLACE IS SO DIRTY! I don't understand why the board of health hasn't closed them! This place is disgusting. I have tried to go here 2 times but it's just so dirty I can't even order. They need to fire the manager. When I saw the scrap the pan with the beans I nearly puck. For a newer restaurant the should be embarrassed at the appearance. TERRIBLE service. Manager appears to be hired off the street and this place is being run to the ground quick because of it. Always out of ingredients and can't track online orders. We've placed multiple online orders now, only to get there and have the manager rudely say they don't have it on their system so "oh well". Absolute worst Chipotle we've seen. Skip the hassle and check out Taqueria 207 down the street... better food, portions, price, AND friendly staff. If Chipotle manages their locations like this, they'll soon be overrun by these local independent restaurants that truly care about their customers. Saco deserves better. read more

Portions are immaculate. I don't know why everyone's so disappointed, i've had only good experiences here. Maybe they've never worked in the food service industry and doesn't understand that they aren't going to be 100% within their first week of opening. The Saco location was long anticipated but I've got nothing good to say, for instance, the rice has been dry and crunchy on multiple visits and they've been out of guacamole, sour cream, and/or cheese most times. I've stopped going to this location. It's disappointing as I waited for this location to open with great anticipation. read more

Sadly , this Chipotle should close ! I've made several visits in the last few months . All were disappointing ! They r usually out of several items and the new place is dirty and run down . Today they were out of beans ,and veggies . The place looked like a tornado had gone thru . It was filthy and the soda fountain had out of order spigots . There does not appear to b any leadership there . Sorry to say that if they don't change the place will lose lots of revenue and close ! read more

One of the worst places to ever go eat and I have been to a lot of chipotles but this one is the worst. Out of white rice, tortillas and other ingredients, people who work there have no idea what's going on the trash looks to have been overflowing for hours. Chips were very stale as well. I have ordered a couple times from the app to pick up in the Chipotlane. Every time I've gotten there 10-15mins after the pick up time, and am told that it's going to be another 20 mins. I have also had several orders missing items. Not recommended whatsoever. Find another location. read more

Only takes exact change out of sour cream, long story short place sucks service sucks and smells like farm animals.

I ordered online for delivery. The food was exactly as ordered, delivered quickly and professionally and with a smile. Good quality to-go quick Mexican food. I enjoyed the online tracker, and it was delivered in 20 minutes. Will be ordering from Chipotle in Saco with delivery again! read more

Dirty, dirty, dirty. We were excited to see a Chipotle move into our hometown. What a letdown. The first time we went, we figured it was so disorganized and dirty because they were so busy. As soon as the kid put the rice and beans in our bowls he went around the corner and sat down. Second time, doors were locked and sign on door saying online orders only. Inside a bunch of kids sitting on the tables laughing and hollering loud enough to be heard outside the back entrance. We left. Third time... and the last time. Food all over the counters. The customer in front of us asked them to clean the counter before preparing his food. They quickly wiped some of the counter and some of the old dried- up food that was wiped up went into the rice and beans. We did not order. If what we are seeing is okay to them, it scares me to think about what we are not seeing! read more

I swear...if this chipotle spot doesn't get their shit together.... why are you out of everything and still serving food to the public And when I am already mid process in ordering, you tell me that you ain't got white rice, chicken, guacamole, queso, corn, lettuce, salsa. now I am standing out here looking stupid with brown rice and tiny pieces of steak in my bowl. The freaking attitude also is beyond me. if you don't want to work, there are two exits.... find one. look, I am a huge chipotle fan. I live in Biddeford and the nearest chipotle before this wretched chipotle opened was south Portland and even with gas prizes soaring like a fucking eagle, I still made the haul to get me some.
