Been here twice, can confirm this chipotle is trash, just go to a different one. Usually I give the smile and the hey how are you to the worker who starts up my bowl so that they would bless me but both times I went they patched the glitch read more

If I could give zero stars I would. And shame on me for going to this location again. I should have learned my lesson by now. I wouldn't be so annoyed if the meal didn't cost over $50 for four people to have the crappiest half assed tacos we have ever had the displeasure of eating. From my "taco" with three cubes of chicken, served ice cold and looking as if it was thrown against a wall, to my room temperature congealed "queso" that wouldn't even liquify when reheated in the microwave. If this meal was $15 bucks, I would shake it off, but quite frankly I feel like someone picked the wallet out of my back pocket. I could have spent the same at Sophia's and actually gotten a real meal. Shame on me I guess. The worst part of it all? There was a line out the door for this slop! Ok, I'm done. read more

We were going strong - my last review was 4 stars. Back to being atrocious again. While staffing seems better these days, they're extremely messy with throwing food around. The foil that wraps my tacos is covered in sour cream because it was on the counter and the foil touched it. Some employees have long hair and it's very close to the food. The guy who was wrapping my burrito needed to do it 3 times and the burrito is hanging out of the foil. There is no sense of anyone wanting to be here. Everything is messy and handled without care. read more

Ordered Uber Eats from this location this evening. My bowl arrived neatly packaged with no leaks and utensils included. The portions were generous, and the chips I got with it were crunchy and appropriately salted. It tasted fresh. I was wary with the 1.5 star rating this place has on Yelp, but for takeout during the evening shift, they delivered! read more

I wish I could give this location 0 stars. I love chipotle, it makes me very happy. The girls working were in such a bad mood. They gave such small portions, other people were complaining and they forgot my salad dressing I asked for about 5 times. What an awful experience. Get it together chipotle. 0 stars for this location. read more

Sorry to say but AVOID at ALL costs! Came around 6PM and while there was no line and two people working the front waited a few minutes to be served (not a huge rush but not great service) the regular chicken serving was probably the saddest I've ever gotten at any Chipotle(forgot a photo)and the sever tossed the side queso which nearly fell over and didn't care...a little shocking. Used points for meal and sides since I frequent them so much but seemed it was a bother for them to do both so gave up using my free chips. Told I had to buy something else to get the free chips which I've never had to dozen of other times. Not one to argue but will use at a more competent location. Good reason this place has such poor reviews. Rockaway, Bridgewater and so many other locations are much better and will only be where I go from now on. read more

Date of incident 5/5/26: The worst service ever, the woman on the line gave me 3 cubes of chicken and when I asked for the full scoop she said I'd get charged triple. She also made nasty comments about firefighters due to the fact I was wearing my departments shirt. This chipotle has the worst employees and is always extremely rude/ dirty. I will be reporting them to corporate read more

Ugh, I won't be returning to this Chipotle. I wish I thought to check Yelp first, but I didn't think I needed to because well, it's Chipotle. Unfortunately not all Chipotle's are created equal, and this seems to be one of the more unfavorable locations. Everything is poorly assembled and all of my food looked like a total mess. The kids meal quesadilla was just this teeny tiny tortilla with a few melted pieces of cheese. The 'soft' taco shells were rock hard. They also forgot my kids meal drink. Obviously it's fast food and you can't expect top quality, but for the price ($12-$14 for an entree) it's just not acceptable. I won't be ordering again. read more

This has gotta be the saddest excuse for a bowl I've seen yet. This is not a full bowl, this is an excuse of two thirds. I've never had an issue with this restaurant before but it's a horrible feeling to come home, open the food, and see this mess inside. No utensils in the bag either despite what is labeled on the receipt, and what appears to be shredded cheese residue inside the bag despite never shredded putting cheese in my order. I will now be checking my orders from OTHER Chipotles from now on because this is awful. read more

I never leave reviews but we ordered a chicken quesadilla and they did not put any cheese in it . Got chips which had about 10 chips in the bag and they were all burnt. The food tasted extremely bland like it was not seasoned or done correctly. Been here many other times and it was good but this time was shockingly bad read more

If I could give this location no stars, I would. Honestly the worst experience you can ever have going to a chipotle restaurant near you. The staff that works here, look miserable and annoyed every time I come into this location. They don't understand how to handle the register since I'm up charged every time I come into this establishment. I have been to many chipotles around NJ and have never been charged the amount for a burrito and a coke from this location. I'm always up charged 2-3 dollars every time I eat here. This location is unpleasant and the staff are all the same. The managers have really bad attitude and don't really care for your experience when coming to this restaurant. My burrito is never the same looking, as I could have an understanding with that because you can't make the same food the same every time but you make this up. This is how I received my burrito a couple months ago, from this restaurant. I spent 14 dollars on this, I could eat this with one bite because that how small it was. I'm fed up with going to this restaurant and this is why I just wrote this review. I will never go back here.. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Burrito and chipotle bag - Mexican Near Me - Morris Plains, New Jersey

I order from this chipotle for lunch due to its proximity to my job but each time, they somehow get my order wrong. Theyve given me wrong sides, missed chips with my guac, and given me little to no meat in my quesadillas. Its unfortunate i cant order quesadillas in the store so I can ask for more, but ive had to consistently reach out to support for refunds. Additionally, the facilities is always dirty and has crumbs, leftover trash and food on tables. Do not come here if you have other options. read more

I normally dont leave reviews, but they gave me the wrong order. I understand the mistake, but they just had to mess up and give me the most DIABOLICAL bowl. So chipotle dont mess up next time and whoever orderd that bowl your welcome for the extra steak and quac that i had to pay for. I went hungry last night. read more

It's all about the service. The staff just do not seem to care one bit. This store needs to have a real manager there to keep the employees focused on the quality and customer service. There never seems to be anyone in charge! read more

My buddy Tommy ten toes aka Tommy tuff knuckles came in this chipotle around 7pm about 4 days ago he said this place smelled like the underside of a hookers's butt, he was given some mad disrespect over the guac situation, he also said the soda was flatter than your mother's chest, he also mentioned to me that this wasn't the first time he's been let down by this chipotle, as a chipotle connoisseur, I'm very disappointed to hear this and will no longer come to chipotle again, I will only be getting the finest realist Mexican cuisine from Taco Bell for now on read more

Sigh, you people and your negative Chipotle reviews. This place has served me quite a few times and let me tell you, while I've heard some places are starting to skimp on fillings, you won't find that here. So for my latest visit (should have reviewed sooner), I was ordering for both me and a friend. Friend wanted barbacoa tacos, I wanted barbacoa burrito. I started with the tacos and they started asking questions, and I said "no just the default, my friend just said to get those", but they said there is no such thing as a default. So I showed him my screengrab and they ran with it, assembling tacos exactly the way my friend wanted. Meanwhile, my burrito came just how I wanted it, double shot of spicy sauce, with enough meat added that the register questioned whether I had a double portion. No, but they barely got the burrito closed (the usual for a good Chipotle). I love my Chipotle burritos - it's not Mexican food, but it's Mexican-inspired awesomeness - and this is absolutely a place to serve you. And yes, the staff does turn over often. That's fairly typical in the food industry, and they certainly seem well trained every time I visit. Especially that time I was ordering a $250 box of "stuff" and they spent time assembling it while I waited. I was patient, they were happy to talk to me the whole time, it came through gangbuster. Short answer: This place DOES have great customer service, and if you have problem with service or portion size once, talk to the manager, because so far that hasn't happened to me and I feel like they're willing to get things right. read more

By far the worst excuse for a Chipotle I've ever had. The Morris Plains storefront never ceases to disappoint. Frequently out of items upon request, who's working behind the kitchen? Seems like a lot of bodies, just no production. I received HALF a spoon of rice and chicken, as if we're in a post-apocalyptic world where chicken and rice are low in supply and we need to ration for the masses. Don't worry though, if you love cheese and sour cream, this is your spot. Morris Plains Chipotle smothers its laughable portion of chicken and rice in its dairy products so that you can't notice they are charging you $11 for 4 cubes of chicken. read more

This place gives me the ICK!!! Yuk!!!! Horrible service, place is always a mess. Food is hit or miss & somehow they never have salad dressing...which makes the meal in my opinion. The place looks like a tornado happened at all times. Food on the floor, tables filthy and garbage overflowing. The food station is disgustingly dirty as well. From now on we will go to the East Hanover or Rockaway location. read more

Not sure these guys know how to make a burrito. I wasn't too concerned about the dirty tables as I wasn't eating there and the tables people were eating in were clean. They didn't seem bothered at all and the Kay out was nice. But when I ordered and saw my burrito put together I had to hold back laughter and asked for a bowl to be put in my bag. The gentleman walked away w my burrito- I thought to grab another tortilla to reroll it. But no, he didn't. It will still taste great I'm sure but I did notice the guy preparing it was really selfish on the helpings, more so in my sons burrito than mine. But his burrito looked more like a burrito than mine. Still a total mess though. This was more funny than anything else. But I would expect them to know how to make a burrito. I do hope they figure it out. At least my son thought it was delicious. read more

You think that every Chipotle is pretty standard, right? But no. This location is wildly inconsistent with a lot of attitude. Went today at opening. I was standing outside close to 11:00 and still not open. The sign on the door says 10:45. The woman inside banged on the door at us and pointed to the sign that says 10:45. I don't think that SHE knows what the sign says.... Edit- Received the canned "contact us through our website" comment within minutes of posting. The sincerity of the (presumably) automated response, and the direction that I need to contact them further via a form speaks volumes. read more

I asked for queso. I could see it in front of me. The woman serving me said they didn't have any. I pointed to it and asked again. I was told again, they didn't have any. There was plenty. Then the servers had a nice laugh when I walked away. How is this place in business? read more

The woman that works at this Chipotle named Simayah (apparently a supervisor, which was a huge mistake) has the absolute WORST attitude and lacks basic customer service skills. I feel terrible for her co-workers, as she outspokenly mocks and curses at customers, and gives attitude to whoever is in her space. It's sad really. Her eyes roll to the back of her head with the smallest question as to if they had anymore lettuce since their container was empty. Instead of a simple "yes", I got mocked at, scoffed at, and insulted because I asked a question... how pathetic of her to act like that at her job. I also have worked in food service, there is absolutely not a single valid reason to be such a negative, disgusting, poorly mannered person to those customers and co-workers around you that don't deserve it, and did nothing to you. read more

Dear owner. You clearly are not staffing enough people here. You do not open at the time listed and the staff told me there's not enough people. I waited 40 minutes today to get a burrito. Not the employees fault. Clearly a management problem. Half ingredients always running out. Please staff your location appropriately. Pay people more. Get more staff. read more

Quality of this location is low. Steak is dry, service is slow, rice lacks flavor, etc.

Worst chipotle I've ever been too. What's taking you forever to assist your customers with their orders?
