Britos Burrito is a few minutes from this chipotle. Handmade tortillas and Spanish beverages.

I normally go to this chipotle after work but today was definitely my last time going. To start, I don't care for spicy chicken or beans and both were in my bowl. When I opened it I thought I was seeing things so I did a little mixing and they definitely messed up. I attached a photo showing how bad they messed up my order. The cherry on top was when I tried to call to resolve this problem no one answered. So I am now leaving a review... read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Very disgusting bowl that I did not order - Mexican Near Me - Minnetonka, Minnesota

The way I was treated today I won't forget. Thank you! Also the two young men and the young lady with the pink hair working at chipotle were very nice to me despite my situation and treated me with respect, kindness and dignity. Like I said previously I won't forget it and more people should learn from these people because you never know who's day your going to make. read more

Unacceptable. Rude workers, cold food, pop tastes like sparkling water, hair in food, workers smoking, and stinking up the whole outdoor seating area. I'm sure many others will agree with me. The smoking is a real issue when you're trying to enjoy your food. Additionally, the workers were being very aggressive and rude towards me and my friend. I'm not sure what the expectations are for employees here read more

Ok, i was looking forward all day to get some chipotle, but when we ordered, the girl scooped nothing in our bowls she literally put nothing. It was so empty. Then, we asked her politely to put a little bit more in and she aggressively added a whole heaping scoop of cheese on top of my kind of in a rude way. Then, as I was paying, I walked to fill my drink, and some worker came to get me because he told me that my Apple Pay had declined so I left my drink there to go and pay and as I paid, I came back, but my friend was still sitting at the drinks another worker was refilling the drinks . Then the worker said to my friend she forgot her drink so my friend told the worker that I would be back that my friend could hold it for me and then the worker told my friend that I was disrespectful. I thought that was very rude. Then my friend got some sprite and when she drank it, it was Lacroix. It was like sparkling water it was not Sprite. Then all my chips fell on the ground. When I got the food, it was cold and bad quality and the meat was stretchy. Then some worker came out and started smoking next to us and we couldn't eat without smelling his disgusting smoke. This is seriously a problem because every time I come to this chipotle specifically there are always outside Smoking. and I don't want them touching my food after smoking. Then all my chips dumped on the floor and lastly, my friend found hair in her food, which is completely unacceptable and utterly disgusting. I am clearly walking on eggshells in this chipotle, and I'm afraid to walk in without a worker coming to say something rude to me. I will not be back ever. Please fire these people. The smoker some guy with a beard and the girl that called me disrespectful had fake lashes and brown hair and the girl that filled up the bowls with nothing had dark brown hair. I don't normally leave bad reviews, but this experience just felt the need. read more

The quality of the items is good however, the whole American Mexican concept I don't like it. I only ate a chipotle four times in my life the more you mix the non- tasty it gets. I go authentic Mexican when I get a chance. read more

Terrible customer service from the moment I ordered. The young girl working there clearly does not want to be there. Horrible attitude, did not even address me or the lady before me and did not say one word. She really should not be in customer service industry. Won't be visiting this location again. read more

How much do you spend on getting chubby or staying chubby each year? That's your Chub-outlay. This food isn't good for you, and will contribute to your chub. This Chipotle is built into a pretty large and not too busy mall way out in the west suburbs of Minneapolis - in Minnetonka to be exact. It's a nice location and the girl serving me was friendly. My Minneapolis BFF said it was much better than she thought it would be because she usually doesn't come to this mall and seems to think that Chipotles in malls are the worst. I'm like - how can anything be worse than the regular Chipotle? I didn't like it. She did. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Spot the chipotle - Mexican Near Me - Minnetonka, Minnesota

my guac was cold and frozen, had too mych salt therefore making my bowl unjustly, not enjoyable, day ruining, fart out my butt, sad.........

This chipotle is consistently terrible. I have never once been to a chipotle that has not disappointed me in one way or another. My theory about chipotle is that every time you get food it will dissatisfy you in a new way. This location is no different. They give out meat like they are in the midst of the great depression and the building has an off putting aura every time I am there. This chipotle is like an abusive husband- I keep going back hoping that this time it will be better than the last, thinking about all the good times i've had and how even though my order may be wrong it is always delicious. It will never be better. Maybe I have some sort of battered woman syndrome, or maybe chipotle has something special that forces me to come back. I don't know. Either way, I know I will come back home to the ridgedale mall chipotle. read more

My boyfriend tried to order queso not pico, he didn't realize they put pico until he went to take a bite. Still got charged for queso but no queso was on it. I tried to go in and get his order fixed and Tyrone created a huge scene raising his voice at me so I walked out. Very rude and disrespectful customer service. read more

This location is absolutely horrible. I have ordered twice from them in the last couple of weeks as I am located near them short term. The 1st order for pickup they couldn't locate, until I pointed out the order to them, mind you the whole staff maybe 5 people were all standing in circle talking as customers were looking for help. Today I ordered DoorDash. I ordered a burrito bowl with chicken, extra white rice, extra pico, corn salsa, extra sour cream and cheese xtra cheese. The picture is what was made by this location. Not worth it. read more

Keeps getting worse. First thing I see on the door "Masks required". Currently required in Minnetonka. But manager and two employees not wearing masks. Counters were dirty and spread with food all over. Sauces in sour cream. Soda counter was a mess with garbage and soda spilled all over. Cabinet was open at the bottom. No one ever says Thank you for coming. Just herding people through. And the manager was loudly saying "this is why I don't like being the manager here"..... wow, great example for others. read more

First off we are typically big fans of Chipotle. However this was the worst experience. Everyone behind the counter was extremely rude to us. And the guy ringing up our purchase was hi off his ass. He spent more time screwing around then just finishing us. And the garbage was overloaded and they lacked utensils. If they were busy I could understand. But it was just us three and 5-6 other people. Now we know where not go! read more

Generally have good experiences here but recently their quality of service has gone down a lot. They are often out of items on their prep line and the workers seem very disorganized. THIS CHIPOTLE SERIOUSLY NEEDS TO BE CLOSED IMMEDIATELY!! Staff is always a bunch of teens goofing off or yelling at each other. If there's an adult manager somewhere they clearly don't know how to run the place. My burrito was burnt and made horribly wrong. The music is so loud the employees can't hear the customers and yell at them from over the glass counter. All over the place and an embarrassing mess. read more

Just can't win with Chipotle in Minnesota I guess. I don't understand how such a good company has such bad food at every location in this state. read more

NO STARS I've never had such consistent bad service. Every single time they screw up easy food. Today a woman decided my tacos needed sour cream for no reason. When I saw her reach for it, I said NO SOUR CREAM, she did it anyway, while looking right at me. When I had them remake the whole thing, she refused to listen to her boss tell her to wrap the tacos up so he had to go get gloves and do it himself. She was rude to not only her boss but also all customers in line. The manger did what he could for us, which we were grateful for, but still definitely fucked up our lunch read more

I decided to try this location again after some months of staying away. Still not impressed. The young people working there don't act like they want to be there. I order a bowl and as I was saying toppings the young man out the cover on before I was dont and missed two options I requested. I asked for a bag of chips and was giving something that tastes like it's been sitting for days. Small, broken, stale chips. Sorry I came back. Won't return. Also, one of my coworkers just returned with his order and same things. Chips are stale and all broken up.... read more

I'm never going here again. The attitude of the guys working is really off putting. The meat is flavorless. The lettuce is horrid every time. I tried these guys a few times same results each time. I've been to this location multiple times and it seems to always be understaffed. One person should not be taking orders and trying to run the cash register. Last time I went, I ordered online. It was targeted to be done in 15 minutes, I showed up in 20. They hadn't even looked at the online order yet. Waited another 25 minutes because it was busy and to top it all off, my order was completely wrong. I love Chipotle don't get me wrong but this location needs work. read more

I would think twice before ordering from this Chipotle location. The delivery driver was 10 minutes late. They forgot all of the bowls, forks, napkins and utensils for our catered event for 40 people. They also forgot one of our meat options and the chips (the best part). I thought the delivery driver left to bring up the rest of the order but after 10 minutes I called Chipotle to ask if they could contact the driver, maybe he forgot a box in his car. No luck, they sent someone to bring the chips and utensils an hour later but they didn't even bring the items to our suite to apologize, they left them at the security desk. Nobody notified me that they were delivered. I have never been so disappointed. Plus we never recieved our second meat option for our buffet! read more

Easily the worst Chipotle burrito bowl I've ever eaten. Frankly, this is my first ever Yelp review because it was so distasteful that I felt I should give out a warning to others. The fajita veggies were way over cooked and gave off a strong burnt taste. Carnitas wasn't cooked right. The taste was just so off compared to all other burrito bowls I have gotten with the same ingredients. Train your food preparers better! This was far from it's universal original taste from all the other Chipotles I've been to in my lifetime!! read more

Walked in, and everything was sad. From the employees to the food. You all need some upbeat music or something. You can try smiling every once in while too. Disgusting, unsafe food handling. Lack of training and compliance. Employee, wearing the plastic gloves, handled money and an unknown payment method/coupon - then returned to putting meat into burrito bowls with the now contaminated plastic gloves. Clearly lack of training and compliance because two (2) other front line employees looked at the same payment method/coupon and didn't stop her. They didn't ring up the order either. Gave free guacamole because the girl pouted. Chipotle is going down the tubes because their food handling practices cannot keep up with the exaggerated marketing stories. That's why customers are getting sick. It's the food safety, silly! read more

Bland guacamole. Extremely slow line workers. Nobody can roll burritos. Don't go at lunch time unless you have a spare 45 minutes.

Something has been going on here the last couple weeks. Last week my black beans were sour and almost unbearable to eat. Tonight they are so dry and bland. Fairly inconsistent at this location but it's close to home for me and generally have a good experience tonight, however, i just bit into a chicken bone. Bone. My tooth is now aching and obviously only 3 bites in, I am not eating any more. Really bummed about this. Ouch! read more
