This town has a Chipotle! What a relief when dinnertime comes. It's new, it's stocked and parking is easy. 7:30 PM on a weeknight, the line was just a few people, but I imagine it can get busy at lunch. Good portions, friendly service and quick turnaround. Hit it up! read more

I never like to give places a bad review, I always try to give places a second chance...but this place is the worst chipotle I have ever been to. Staff is rude and no one greets you or offers to help when you walk in the door. I came in and there was no one in line and there were three employees standing there talking to each other and didn't acknowledge me even when I made eye contact with the one multiple times. When I was finally acknowledged, the guy didn't even talk to me, he just stared. To make matters worse, he barely put any food into my bowl even when I specifically asked for extras of things. I've never seen that little of rice and protein in a bowl. The place is dirty as well. $11 bucks for basically an empty bowl and rude staff? No thanks. read more

The staff is super friendly every time I go in. The store, including the bathrooms, is very clean. I love to get the softitas bowl. Always have leftovers. read more

Overpriced. Service horrible. Talking shit about the customers. Dude you have a job because of the customers. I really hope they fire this person and the business close their doors. Oli for one will report this to corporate. Discrimination talking about your customers wow. Food overpriced not good. Salty stale chips. Horrible experience read more

No improvements, it is May 2025. Went in for dinner hour, and as usual they were out of the cheese sauce, none of the meat looked fresh, no veggies, and waiting on white and brown rice. What is the problem here? Also curious my review is the only one that has not been responded to. read more

This is the absolute worst Chipotle I have ever had. The Sofritas obviously have been on the warming table since they opened today and maybe before that. Somehow even the brown rice and pinto beans were terrible. The guacamole is inedible and tastes like it's probably going to make me throw up in a bit. Luckily I only had about a tablespoon. read more

We ordered on the app for takeout. Food was ready earlier than promised. We asked for extra veggies and beans. It was a sofrita salads. There wasn't much lettuce. The beans seemed over cooked and the rice was crunchy. The seasonings were good as usual. read more

Absolutely terrible. We asked for a bowl and THIS is what I got. So disappointed. It was terrible. I am appalled by this service. They being skimpy out here, givin me nothing read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - A BOWL FROM CHIPOTLE - Mexican Near Me - Janesville, Wisconsin

This worker who was cutting meat and preparing the food WIPED HER NOSE and then proceeded to touch food in which 3 other guests were handled. This location is not up to health codes in the kitchen, service was disgusting. read more

Staff was at least friendly... Went in around 5 pm. The food line looked dirty, not like grimy dirty but scraps of food everywhere dirty, half full food tins with dried food rings on the inside. But, people rave about Chipotle and I'd never been, so o gave it a go. Ended up picking a protein based on least driest looking item. Everything on the line just looked like it had been there awhile, beans had a dried skin on the top, proteins looked dried out, etc. Took it home, didn't eat half of it. Just wasn't my bag I guess. read more

This was the dirtiest Chipotle I've ever been to. The kitchen was filthy, the floors haven't been swept, there was almost no ice in the machine, and the bathroom had no towels. I've been in cleaner gas stations. read more

Spent 40$ on two burrito bowls to get door dashed that barely had any ingredients in them but was FULL of rice. Counted 4 pieces of chicken.. grrr That's ridiculous. Hard to continue to justify buying fast food if it's majority fillers Very disappointed read more

Overrated in my opinion, good but not somewhere I would want to continue visiting. This was my first time here and the service was fast but rude in a way a little. Prices are high for the amount of meat you get inside of the burritos. The lettuce was very crispy and the rice was good, chips were okay. There keylime chips and some bites had a lot of lime flavor and others were super plain. read more

The food was really tasty- but I'm super upset. The burritos are HALF the size they used to be. WHat the heck Chipotle?! They got more expensive for less food. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Mini burrito. - Mexican Near Me - Janesville, Wisconsin

I placed an app order for a 5 pm pickup. I arrived right at 5 and saw through the window that nothing was sitting on the app order shelf and there were a few people waiting inside. At 5:10 I went in and waited. Still nothing. It got to be 5:25 and I finally asked if they were running behind. They asked who I was and then said they didn't have carnitas. Seriously? You couldn't have said something sooner to the guy that's been standing there waiting? read more

very good food and I will definetly be coming back to enjoy more food and try all the things on the menu. I would recommend the chicken.

Slow workers. Don't keep fresh meat till close. Small serving sizes. Poor customer service.

Extremely disappointed in this Chipotle. Ordered food at noon on a Saturday, so they should have had ample time to cook hot fresh food. Got my food and all 4 dishes had cold meat, as if they had been sitting out for hours. The burrito was half the size I'm used to at other Chipotles, the fajita veggies were just 2 onions, the taste of everyone's dish was off, and chips were comically stale. Just very confused how they got everything so wrong... read more

I've never had a problem with this location. They're always friendly and quick when I go there. I ordered online for pickup today and I went to grab my bag and left. I just got home and took my burrito and guac out of the bag and on the burrito a sweet little message reading "Have a great day! ENJOY!" on it with an avocado and smiley face drawn on and a smiley face on the guac. I've never had messages written on the foil or container before so seeing this made me smile. I was having a bad day so I really enjoyed seeing that message. Thank you to whoever wrote it! EDIT: I just started eating the guac and picked up the container and on the side it says "you're awesome!" so if I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would. And as always the food was delicious. read more

When on the road we are always happy to see a Chipotle close to the highway. Unfortunately this Chipotle does not meet expectations. For being the first in the door at 10:45; the place was not clean, most of the meats looked like they were from the day before, and the steak was not even ready. The workers seemed frazzled and unprepared. I asked if the chips were fresh today and she said yes, but they were stale. Big disappointment! read more

I am so glad that Janesville joined the 21st century and got a Chipotle! The ingredients are fresh and the helpings are huge. Its a nice break from the other choices in Janesville like, oh, McDonald's and Taco Bell. This Chipotle is located next to the new Diamond Center on front of Menards. The building is brand new and super modern looking. They offer a sit down area that could be a little bigger. However, they have outdoor seating as well. The staff seem to enjoy their jobs. I will be eating here quite a bit! read more

They really need to train their employees at this location. I've been there twice now and both times disappointed. My burrito had the left over burnt chicken that had clearly been sitting there all day. Wrapped very loose and not full like they should be. All the rice and sour cream on one end. Chicken on the other. All the employees seem young and untrained. I've never had a bad bad experience at a chipotle and now two at this location.... Probably won't be back.. read more

I stop by this Chipotle often when I am in Janesville and the service is always fast and friendly. I love Chipotle because it meets so many dietary needs and it's delicious. Yesterday we ordered catering for our party of 20. I ordered in online (easy peasy) two days ahead. In the day of catering, I called two hours before my scheduled pick up and asked if we could get it an hour early. They were happy to do it! We set everything up at home... it was easy, hot, and fresh. It stayed hot for hours! It was perfect for everyone in our group. And then to top it off, today I got a call from Caleb at Chipotle "just to follow up that everything went well". I will definitely use Chipotle for catering again -- and recommend it to others! read more

This location sucks! It took 15 minutes to get through the line, the workers were moving pretty slow. My fiancé and I rudely got intersected with an online order, causing us to wait even longer. I got the last of the veggie scrapings and wasn't offered fresh ones. My fiancé didn't even ask for veggies because the remains looked so gross. The bathroom was nasty and it looked like the toilet bowl hasn't been cleaned in months. Will not be back here. read more

During this lockdown, we ordered through the app. Of course this gives them the free reign to get the order wrong, not put any salsa at all, and give only a few onions when you asked for fajitas. Unless you were standing there right in front of them they're going to cheat you on every order. read more

Probably the friendliest I have been to, love patronizing such a positive environment!

This location knows me very well and goes out of there way to make everything just right. Been going to Chipotle for years and this particular restaurant is one of my favorites. Some of my favorite employees work here as well. Good Job guys keep it up. IG - BigHeavyK or 7_feet_of_reef read more

Loved this place! Really new and clean looking, and the guys working on Wednesday around 1 pm were so fun. Not only was it super fast and my lunch made exactly how I wanted it, they drew me a doodle on my container too. It was cute! read more

Ordered take out and my burrito had basically fallen apart when I opened it up. Ended up falling all over my couch. Too many options for poor efficiencies. read more

I just ate a burrito full of chicken fat!! I'm so unimpressed. And they have the nerve to charge so much for a damn burrito

Stopped by earlier this week for a couple burritos and the staff were very friendly and engaging! The burritos were top notch as well.

Was visiting from out of town. Went here at 2pm... Chicken was warm not hot... Likely not up to health code for temperature. Chips were stale and super salty. Didn't seem up to par with other chipotles. Staff was very friendly. read more

Food is good and what you expect from Chipotle but I am not in love with the atmosphere at this location. Industrial as always but extremely loud and uncomfortable. It's as if they are going the old McD route - using garish colors to make people uncomfortable and not want to spend a lot of time - except Chipotle uses hard metal and wood furnishings and loud music. We could barely hold a conversation. Would only go back if ordering to-go. read more

Food has always been excellent here. Super fresh, fast, and friendly. I expect a clean place, but this is super clean. I have eaten here 5 different times & it has always been excellent. read more

Seriously awesome customer service tonight. Huge shout out to the staff and owners! Thank you for being a part of the community!

Cj and Cheeks made my one time experience in chipotle the best chipotle experience I've ever had. It was magical. We're from Minnesota, and it was the friendliest chipotle I've ever visited. Can't wait to come back! Thanks Cheeks and Cj!!! read more

I have given this restaurant a few honest tries. It continues to fail me in taste (my personal opinion), but the worst part for me is the carelessness with which your food is packed to go. It's always a leaking mess whenever I sit down to eat. I definitely will not eat here again. Their competitors do a WAY better job. read more

Ordered online for 5 people. Arrived (on time, not early) to find they hadn't even STARTED my order. Please don't offer the service if you can't effectively deliver on it. read more
