So I may have complained to corporate about this location before but they are redeeming themselves in my eyes, so I felt it only fair to write a current review. This location has a Chipotlane, BONUS. Especially since it's located on Hospital Drive so from 10:45-12:45 hospital staff have this place flooded. So use the Chipotlane. I went to this Chipotle on 10/31- If you came in costume you received a 6$ entree. I got a Barbacoa salad-it was loaded.Darn near sprained my wrist carrying it to the car. Hands down they have the best vinaigrette salad dressing, but it has 69000 calories. Finally tried the red chimichurri. This is definitely an item they need to keep in rotation. Not vegan/vegetarian friendly!! After ordering a vegan bowl with sofritas, I was eating my take out order and found real meat in it. The place is usually packed which most likely led the staff to have a hurried mess of ingredients. However, if a place promises vegan options, it has to be guaranteed. I do regret making a bad review as I did think the staff were pretty kind, however I don't have time to go back for a refund to know how they'd handle it. When I saw this restaurant had one star I thought surely it can't be that bad....but yes it is. We ordered a mobile order to pick up at 6pm. It took ever bit of 30 minutes to pick up. They were out of my requested fountain drink and didn't put utensils in the bag. My replacement fountain drink was covered in sticky soda. The food itself was bland and flavorless. If someone gave me this burrito and didn't tell me it was Chiptole I would of guessed it was from a high school cafeteria. I see the one star rating. read more

Last two visits. Cash register down, refused cash and online orders. Last night, out of chicken, fajita vegetables, beans and forks. Asked for brown rice, got none. When they were complete, I mentioned she forgot the rice. She huffed and puffed went over scooped a very small amount and flopped it on top of the bowl. This location is sadly a disaster. They are always out of items, even hours before closing time. There is always a 15-20 min wait only then to find out they don't have things. Often the items they do have are brown lettuce or they're scraping the burned, dry remains of meat or fajita veggies off the bottom of the pans. Tables and floors are not cleaned off. I was so excited to have this right by my house but it's worth driving out of the way to go to Eastgate. I've given it enough tries. read more

The blonde girl working there was so disrespectful towards us. We accidentally asked for hot salsa instead of mild, when we said it was wrong she gave us the nastiest look i've ever seen. We didn't see what the big deal was but she was rude to us the whole time and she needs to be fired. read more

I don't know why I keep trying the food here thinking it may be better the next time -- it never is. The brown rice is always hard so I tried the white, same outcome. My husband and I just ordered our food from here and for over $21 dollars you would think the steak would be hot, not ice cold. Food is too expensive as is and then having to heat up in the microwave. It's clear this food is not fresh if being served cold. Chipotle in general has gone downhill as more locations continue to be created. Do yourself a favor and stop going to chipotle all together. As going grocery shopping is already expensive, it's time to only start cooking from home. At least you know your food is hot and fresh. read more

I noticed all of the reviews were from around the time of opening so I thought I'd give an update after trying this location again today. The last three times the guacamole has been very old. Like, dark brown. Much of the time they are out of most items and to top it all off there is rarely good service. Only a few of the employees that we have had interactions with seem pleasant, the rest seem annoyed that we are even there at all. We were very excited to have this location closer to home but...we'll drive the extra bit to get to Eastgate from now on. read more

Regularly out of half the ingredients. They have two different assembly lines, one for in store purchases and one for the pickup drive thru. When I pointed out that the pickup line had many of the ingredients they claimed to be out of they said they could not use these foods on in store purchases... that was food for the pickup line ONLY. so if I had ordered online instead of walking in I would have had my whole order instead of half. read more

Placed a mobile order. Received the wrong order. Called to get it replaced. Cannot call this store. Transfers you to the automated line. They can give a reward for each meal ordered. Great!! Oh, you can only use one reward per order. Place a separate order for all 5 meals. Frustrating, but okay. Place the first order, reward works. Go to place an order for the next meal, online ordering has been turned off. Drive back to the store to order the meals inside. They're out of half the menu. They can't make a quesadilla in the store because the mobile order counter (10 feet away) is the only counter that can make that... It took us an hour and a half to get the wrong order twice! The rice from the inside counter wasn't cooked all the way. The rice from the mobile order counter was good. Inconsistent. They weren't ready to open yet. And, we had to pay for the replacement order and cross our fingers that the first will be refunded like they claim. read more

I used to be such a loyal customer to this business until recently it has been one of the worst Chipotle's and service is terrible

Horrible experience at this Chipotle. I ordered on the mobile app for pick up and it said it would be ready around 6:20pm. So I get there a little early and when I walk in to get my order, there's also 10-15 people waiting too. This is because there are only 3 people running the entire chipotle. One was working the drive through line (which was out of the street), one cooking the food & one doing the line in store (which was also out the door). I was understanding so I waited - and waited - and waited. Until about 7:20 pm, an HOUR, after my order said it would be ready. Many other people had yelled at the closest employee, the drive thru window woman, but I didn't feel like that was right since it really wasn't her fault. I just cut my losses and accepted the fact that I had just lost $12 on a burrito bowl I'd ordered and went around the corner somewhere else because at this point I was starved. I tried to get a refund but there was no where to do that. Very disappointing from Chipotle. read more
