Now that over two years have passed since my procedure, I have developed deep irregularities (uneven and lumpy texture) across my cheeks and under my eyes. Instead of a smooth transition, the texture is uneven and looks unnatural. The lip lift left a very prominent and obvious scar underneath my nose. It is not the hidden or discreet result I was led to believe. Despite the facelift, I have an excessive amount of wrinkles around my neck, chin, and mouth area. As time goes on, the hollows and unevenness are becoming more pronounced rather than settling. The cost of these procedures was incredibly high. I feel that the premium prices patients pay are for his massive marketing and social media production, not for superior surgical skill. For the amount of money spent, one expects precision and personalized care, neither of which I received. When I met with Dr. Karam via Zoom four months post-op to express my dissatisfaction, he was dismissive. He refused to guarantee any revision work to correct these clear issues. It is now clear that this is a mass production practice where the focus is on bringing in new clients through polished social media photos rather than ensuring the long-term quality of the work. I decided to go for it, believing it would improve my confidence. On the day of surgery, I was told I'd be unconscious and wouldn't feel a thing. That couldn't have been further from the truth. Although they gave me anesthesia, I was definitely awake. I felt out of it but aware enough to feel the pain during the surgery. When I told Dr. Tigari I could feel it, his response was, "I thought you were stronger than this." I was horrified, but there was no turning back. I spent the entire surgery squeezing the nurse's hand for comfort (bless her for being so kind). To make matters worse, I could hear Dr. Tigari and the nurses casually chatting during the procedure, asking me questions like who my favorite singer was and why I didn't attend their concert. I was conscious enough to have a conversation while they were performing liposuction. The whole experience was traumatizing, and I would never go through it again. The recovery was extremely painful, but even after healing, I noticed lumps, indents, and no real improvement in the size of my thighs. Six months post-op, I reached out to Dr. Tigari about my concerns, and his response was that results were "never guaranteed" and that my thighs "looked fine." They did offer some follow-up services to address the lumps, which helped slightly, but my scars are still visible despite two separate scar-removal treatments. To make matters worse, I discovered that the Care Credit plan wasn't interest-free as promised. My boyfriend realized the interest rate had skyrocketed, and I would have been paying off this procedure for the rest of my life if he hadn't stepped in and paid the remaining $4,000. Go to a plastic surgeon with good reviews or recommended by a friend. My experience was the worst. During the lipo on abs and back you are wide awake and the pain was excruciating. It felt like a hot poker. Afterwards they cover the huge 18" scar with Kotex pads and send you home. My scar became infected and I had many painful treatments afterwards. The lipo on upper back was a huge mistake. They take the fat out and leave you with two saggy folds of skin up top. Obviously if they had been honest about the huge, jagged, scar, the saggy back skin, the torturous pain during the procedure I would never have signed up. It took two months to recover from this, the first month dealt with painful, scary infection. I would give them a - score if Yelp allowed it.

When I've been to other places are just like OK here's your injection this is the standard amount, See you in x amount of months for the same amount. I now have a clear goal and plan where she will assess how I'm going after each treatment and see how to adjust for the next. after just a few days I already see positive changes. On another note when coming here it is in the medical center so come 15 minutes before your appointment to give you time to park and find the place since it is an area with a lot of medical offices. In my consult where they went over the procedure, the meds, and the cost I was led to believe that this would be a positive experience. It was not. Upon arriving 15 minutes early like they asked, I had to wait an hour to be seen. When they finally brought me back into the area where they administer the anesthesia it felt like everyone was rushing. They kept talking about how many more appointments were left and clearly couldn't wait to be off. Not great for my anxiety to start. I mentioned to the consult specialist about my family history of addiction and she walked me through what i'd be given. Clearly I was shocked when the nurses say that they're injecting fentanyl and ketamine (2 drugs the consult never mentioned) and then Dr. Qaqish says "it might burn where the sun don't shine" to refer to the sensation the drugs create around the vulva. DISGUSTING. Procedure went fine but I had let everyone know I wanted to keep my wisdom teeth, shocker they threw them away. Fast forward 6 months later and I get another bill even though I was told that I had paid everything in full. This place is atrocious. avoid if you can. The one star is strictly for the cleanliness of the facility, i'll give them that.
