Unfortunately, I am deeply unhappy with the results and the total lack of accountability regarding my concerns. My cheeks are noticeably uneven; one side remains significantly larger than the other. Now that over two years have passed since my procedure, I have developed deep irregularities (uneven and lumpy texture) across my cheeks and under my eyes. Instead of a smooth transition, the texture is uneven and looks unnatural. The lip lift left a very prominent and obvious scar underneath my nose. It is not the hidden or discreet result I was led to believe. Despite the facelift, I have an excessive amount of wrinkles around my neck, chin, and mouth area. As time goes on, the hollows and unevenness are becoming more pronounced rather than settling. The cost of these procedures was incredibly high. I feel that the premium prices patients pay are for his massive marketing and social media production, not for superior surgical skill. For the amount of money spent, one expects precision and personalized care, neither of which I received. When I met with Dr. Karam via Zoom four months post-op to express my dissatisfaction, he was dismissive. He refused to guarantee any revision work to correct these clear issues. It is now clear that this is a mass production practice where the focus is on bringing in new clients through polished social media photos rather than ensuring the long-term quality of the work. Go to a plastic surgeon with good reviews or recommended by a friend. My experience was the worst. During the lipo on abs and back you are wide awake and the pain was excruciating. It felt like a hot poker. Afterwards they cover the huge 18" scar with Kotex pads and send you home. My scar became infected and I had many painful treatments afterwards. The lipo on upper back was a huge mistake. They take the fat out and leave you with two saggy folds of skin up top. Obviously if they had been honest about the huge, jagged, scar, the saggy back skin, the torturous pain during the procedure I would never have signed up. It took two months to recover from this, the first month dealt with painful, scary infection. I would give them a - score if Yelp allowed it.

In my consult where they went over the procedure, the meds, and the cost I was led to believe that this would be a positive experience. It was not. Upon arriving 15 minutes early like they asked, I had to wait an hour to be seen. When they finally brought me back into the area where they administer the anesthesia it felt like everyone was rushing. They kept talking about how many more appointments were left and clearly couldn't wait to be off. Not great for my anxiety to start. I mentioned to the consult specialist about my family history of addiction and she walked me through what i'd be given. Clearly I was shocked when the nurses say that they're injecting fentanyl and ketamine (2 drugs the consult never mentioned) and then Dr. Qaqish says "it might burn where the sun don't shine" to refer to the sensation the drugs create around the vulva. DISGUSTING. Procedure went fine but I had let everyone know I wanted to keep my wisdom teeth, shocker they threw them away. Fast forward 6 months later and I get another bill even though I was told that I had paid everything in full. This place is atrocious. avoid if you can.
