Scheduling was simple, communication was excellent, and he handled everything from start to finish. All I had to do was explain my situation and tell him I needed help disputing my charges. He took it from there. He was thorough, professional, and left no detail out when presenting my case. Throughout the process, he kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I always knew what was happening and why- that's huge! Most importantly, he delivered results and won my case. What could have been an incredibly stressful experience turned into one where I felt supported and confident because I knew he was handling it. If you're looking for an attorney who is responsive, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and genuinely takes the burden off your shoulders, Alan Cheung is the person to call.

He is incredibly kind and knowledgeable and was able to put my nerves at ease the entire time. Despite our tight timeline and some confusions and possible problems, he was able to help with our case, quickly, efficiently and reliably. He guided us through the entire process, was always super responsive to emails and phone calls, and just months after we started working with him we received positive news from USCIS. His prices are super competitive and I highly recommend working with him if you are looking for an honest attorney who will deliver results!

Hopefully I won't ever need another personal injury lawyer, but if I do, I'll call you first. If anyone else that I know needs a recommendation, I'll send them to you without hesitation. The quality of their work and writing is superior. Even in the last 5 minutes of the negotiation, Aaron saved me an additional $10,000. They are worth every penny. You won't get a better outcome on your personal injury settlement than you will with Pines Salomon. I highly recommend them, and I am thankful every day for their intervention and expertise on my case.

During my…read moreinitial consultation, I was told that cases like mine could take around a year to resolve, which I understood and was prepared for. However, we are now entering year three and I still do not have a clear understanding of the current status of my case. Since the case was filed, communication has been very limited. I have rarely received updates from the attorney or their team unless I reached out first. Most of the time I have had to call or text just to try to get basic information about what is happening with my case. I completely understand that legal cases can take time, but consistent communication with clients is important. Even occasional updates would go a long way in helping clients feel informed and supported during what can already be a stressful process. Unfortunately, the lack of communication has been disappointing. At this point, I would really appreciate clearer updates and transparency about the progress of my case.

Unprofessional, dismissive, and completely disconnected from the complex toxic tort claims he…read moreadvertises. Intake is handled by an untrained third-party answering service with zero understanding of bio-toxicology. When I declined to share sensitive personal details with a call center and requested to speak directly with counsel, Anthony sent a condescending email criticizing me for prioritizing privacy. He refused a brief phone call and summarily dismissed a high-liability claim based on surface-level assumptions--without reviewing a single line of objective diagnostic data. Despite marketing himself as an "environmental trial attorney," his practice lacks demonstrable depth; his site relies on boilerplate copy rather than specialized domain expertise. Other public reviews (such as Dan's from March 4) reflect a clear pattern: a volume-driven approach where client communication is outsourced and fee collection takes priority over client advocacy. If you have a serious bodily injury or complex CIRS claim, bypass this firm for true trial counsel.

And all said in done thats probably another $150,000 to the doctors so I get $300,000 the attorney takes $100,000 off the top which is wrong the medical bills should be paid of first plan and simple . Then me getting money for being out of work should go to me. The lawyer shouldnt get to stick his hand in that . But after the doctors and therapy is all paid for and my missed work . Then thats where he should be able to get his 33% and not before it . Because that makes me getting injured and walking away with the least amount of money out of everyone. And by the time you get caught up on your bills you have nothing left for all the pain and suffering you went through shit if it keeps going like this im going to be homeless and being in more debt the its worth getting an attorney. Need a lawyer to create your living trust? Then hire this man…read more I hope what follows will help you, the reader, to make a timely and smart decision followed up by action. The short version of this review has two points. One, setting up a living trust and all that goes along with it (e.g., a pour of will, power of attorney, advance care directive) is one of the kindest things you can do for yourself and the people you care about. Everyone who I've talked to who has set one up talks about the feeling of relief it brings knowing they've set up a legally binding system to manage their affairs when they're gone or incapacitated. Not a fun topic, I know, and that is one of the reasons it took me so long to get my trust completed. I first heard of Mr. Padilla in September of 2018, having been referred to him by a close colleague of mine that I had known for nearly thirty years. She raved about Mr. Padilla and about the sense of relief she felt, knowing that all of her affairs were in order. After our talk, I promised that I'd contact Mr. Padilla right away. Flash forward to July of 2019, and another close colleague of mine had finished her trust with Mr. Padilla. She also expressed her gratitude for his work and the feeling of relief and peace of mind she now felt, knowing that her estate would transfer smoothly to her son in the future. This time I did contact Mr. Padilla. He was warm and professional and followed up immediately with the initial paperwork to move the process forward. And what happened next? I became overwhelmed and perfectionistic about my approach to completing the intake form. Flash forward to 2020. By then, both of my parents had passed away. They had a will, not a living trust, and it took nearly two years to resolve the details of their estate completely. Thank God I have a sister with an MBA who took on the project, and it was a project to deal with all of the legal and bureaucratic details of probate. I realized that I would never put the people I loved through that mess. So I on November 1 of 2020, I contacted Mr. Padilla again. I apologized for my on-again-off-again process and stated that I wanted to be done with my living will before the end of the year. He once again graciously took me on as a client, and by December 12, I had my living trust completed and notarized. What a relief. I feel so much better!! I now feel at peace knowing that the people I love and care about will be taken care of properly when I'm no longer in a position to do it myself. I still have to complete the process of moving my asset into the trust, but I plan to be finished with that in the next two months. Throughout this process, Mr. Padilla was patient and accommodating. During our consultations he broke down the many pieces of the trust into small digestible pieces. The product was a clear and precise legal document that stated what I wanted to be done with my estate and me when I am not in a position to tell people in person. I'd be lying if I said that it was a fun process. But Mr. Padilla got me through it quickly once I was really ready to do the work. So if you need a trust or similar legal service, Mr. Padilla is to see.
