They were quick to respond and were already familiar with my case during the consultation, even though I had only contacted them the day before. They gave me options and explained the risks that came with each one. Even though going through the courts could have given them more billable hours, they gave me honest feedback and recommended the option that would require the least amount of time and money. With Ashlee and Kelly, my roommate/ tenant finally left on her own accord. Without their help, she probably would have continued dragging her feet. They provided a legal way to get her out, held my hand through each step, answered all my questions, helped me get her properly served, and started the court process since my roommate/ tenant wouldn't agree to anything. Most importantly, they gave me peace of mind during an extremely uncomfortable, stressful, and overwhelming situation. I went from uncertainty and not knowing how to handle an eviction to being prepared and ready (well, as ready as one can be for this situation). Their help is worth every penny! Hopefully, I won't need to contact them again, but I can sleep easier knowing that if I ever need them, they are there to help.

We felt overwhelmed and unsure how to respond, until we met Ashlee. She was patient, reassuring, and incredibly knowledgeable. Ashlee listened closely, asked thoughtful questions, and then laid out a clear plan that protected us and kept the situation from escalating. She has a rare ability to combine legal expertise with practical common sense, and she guided us through every step with confidence and care. Her communication was excellent, her strategy was smart, and she consistently looked out for our best interests. Having her in our corner made all the difference. We also want to acknowledge Kelly Moir, who stepped in seamlessly whenever Ashlee was in court or unavailable. It was genuinely comforting to know that we had a second attorney fully up to speed and ready to jump in without missing a beat. That kind of redundancy, like getting two attorneys for the price of one, gave us peace of mind during a very tense time. Kelly was professional, responsive, and clearly part of a well‑coordinated team. Most importantly, Ashlee (and Kelly) made us feel protected. Instead of feeling bullied by someone who didn't understand the law and was trying to squeeze us for more than was reasonable, we felt supported by people who absolutely knew what they were doing. The final outcome was fair, reasonable, and far better than what we feared at the beginning. We couldn't be more grateful to Ashlee, Kelly, and the entire team at Brewer Offord & Pedersen.

When I first reached out, I was in a fragile state navigating a divorce involving domestic violence. What stood out was his willingness to go a step further--he helped me sanity-check the lawyer I was planning to hire, which gave me much-needed confidence in my next steps.
