At imperial you get just the right amount of food, so its not like your eating what seems to be a never ending plate of food which happens in a lot of places!! That being said, I could have eaten that meal til i was sick, it was just beautiful! Beautifully seasoned with just the right amount of sweet and sour. And who could really argue with the fact you get free prawn crackers and a fortune cookie and mints at the end?! Not me!! The staff are also really friendly and really helpful. I've converted quite a few people into fans. I tend to use this place as a takeaway more than an eat in place as its not too far to go and it's cheaper to take it home and eat it. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the food is a very good standard, far better than most chinese takeaways I've been to but I think that's due to it being a restaurant too which pushes the standard higher. This is a popular place on a weekend so if you're eating in it's probably a good idea to book a table, if you can't get booked in then just order a takeaway. The only downside is they don't do delivery as they are very busy so you have to get it yourself.

It is based on a side street on thornton road near to the old odeon and is quite hard to find. There are 2 floors so there is ample seating but it does still get very busy. Although the price is pricey it is very good for it's value. I've been to alot of Chinese buffets as I love Chinese food and I tend to find that most buffets get very greasy and grizzly. However I have never been disappointed with BC buffet at all. My cousin had her 21st birthday there and there was 62 ppl altogether, and not once could i fault their service or food.
