On phone you told that you do F&B for 20 year and never before have situation like that. I don't believe you because I working in this infustry 15 year. Im manager, I was GM, Projekt manager, Coach and I know that sometimes happen many bad sytuation and mistakes. Your hospitality and reaction for accident is ridiculous. Is not point for back money, the point is your reaction to not belive me. The point is my helth and life because I dont know how many parts of glass was be inside... My friend send you photos and your driver take bloody napkin and rest of food with glass to you proof. No answer... You want to give me compensation with free food but... Sorry I dont need your $hitty quality when your staff serve food with suprises. Just take care for your bussines! It isint apolagise, It was like ,,take free food and f*** off". Very good buffet. You choose either a small plate @4.90€ or a large plate @6.90€ and fill it up…read morebefore paying at the register. The sweet and sour chicken fritters are the best I've ever had! Very good and very reasonable. We'll definitely come back!
