There is space if you'd like to sit but it mainly a delivery and carry out ambiance. They get the food ready in about 15 minutes or less each time and it's pretty decent in flavor and quality. When we don't want to cook it's a family staple as the family specials are pretty good.

Outstanding Customer Service and a Restaurant That Truly Cares!…read moreI had an absolutely wonderful experience with Grand China! I was looking for authentic chow fun made with wide, flat rice noodles--not chow mei fun made with thin noodles. When I contacted the restaurant, Steve, the manager, went above and beyond to help me. Even though chow fun wasn't something they normally made, Steve offered to purchase the proper noodles so they could prepare the dish I wanted! The food was delivered right on time and arrived hot, and my friend said it was delicious. The extra effort Steve made to accommodate my request was truly exceptional. He was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and genuinely interested in making sure I had a great experience. It's rare to find this level of personal service these days. Grand China has certainly earned my appreciation, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a restaurant that genuinely cares about its customers. A special thank-you to Steve--you made my day!

This is a fried rice, plenty of protein and fried. It's consistent and always great. I've recommended this place to everyone looking for a Chinese restaurant and it will continue to be the # 1 Chinese food restaurant. I've gone here for lunch and the food came out quick and service was great. I was in and out within the hour during my break. I've tried a few dishes and have not been disappointed ever. My wife who isn't a Chinese food always says she enjoys it, the food isn't loaded with grease and taste great. Love the crunchy noodles too.

That said, this is really more of a grab-and-go spot. I wouldn't recommend dining inside since the seating area tends to fill up with people waiting for their to-go orders, which makes it feel crowded and a bit chaotic. The food itself is solid for a fast option -- hot, freshly grilled, and satisfying when you're craving something quick. It's located in a pretty sketchy shopping center off Dixie Hwy, but if you're in the area and want something fast and filling, it does the job.

The house special fried rice is also one of my faves. Fluffy rice with lots of ham, pork, egg, shrimp, bean sprouts, etc. The only reason I have to steer away from a perfect 5 star review is because like most Chinese restaurants in strip malls, the interior is dingy and not very inviting. I only do take-out or pick up if I do not want to wait. Perfect for a night in accompanied by your favorite show or movie!

No it's not the best or most authentic chinese food but it is good. Service, in a word, is efficient. All are working to help customers and keep the line moving. The service area that is visible to customers is clean as well. We have found ourselves coming here when we can't decide what to have and I have actually started to recommend this place to others as a hidden gem. It's a shame that the mall itself is in such sad shape. I hope that this and other food court tenants do not start cutting corners because of it. If there is a negative it would be that the only meat they seem to offer is chicken. Not enough to deduct a star in my opinion, but if you are craving beef or pork you would probably have to go elsewhere.
