So Ive probably been going here once every couple of months for the last 2 years with my boyfriend and his family. The other day we ordered our food, one of those items being chilli beef. We got home and opened up the box and realised they had given us beef in chilli sauce so we called them. This is not the first time it's happened with this particular dish but it's fine, we're a short walk away so usually we just walk back and swap it over. This time the girl on the phone decided to argue with us and tell us we was wrong (we write down the menu numbers and keep them aside because we're boring and order the same thing every time without fail). They refused to help us out when they messed up and have done so many times before. Speaking to my boyfriends family who get it more often there they said there's been numerous times where they have got home and there's items missing as well.
In general just such poor customer service, rudeness and constant slacking of quality control has lost them any business from me or his family sad to say. read more
