In this case, both fried and white just barely reached the top of their respective containers. No big deal, right? It's just a few cents worth of rice, right? No. Repeat business is about exceeding expectations based on what is customary in your market segment, not just barely meeting them. A few cents of rice is trivial, but it did cost them a mulligan on the General Tso's and a possible future visit to try something else.
