It is obvious as soon as you walk in that this isn't what a kebab shop looks like. It's clean and airy with a large counter displaying a variety of salad items. The staff were a cut above as well. Unfortunately as well as upping the standards they have also upped the price with the result that I paid more for a standard kebab here, out of town than I would in the city. They serve an impressive array of kebabs here and I will certainly be treating myself again in the near future. I put the disorganized nature of the service down to the newness of the venture.

Best go for the Chef's mix Buffet Box for £4.50 as you won't be disappointed with the variety they cram into a box. It's just amazing & bursting out with quantity and exciting tastes. Their home made curry tastes out of this world and their home made sweet and sour is full of fruity flavour and just gorgeous! The mushroom egg omelette is beautiful and the Garlic salt & pepper Mushrooms and chicken was Mmmmm! The chips are nice too. If you don't fancy the box meals you can go for the Chinese main menu meal dishes in the foil trays. You just have to go down and try it yourself or better still they now deliver and charge just a pound for delivery service. The taste is just hard to be beaten by any chinese food place in Castleford. And I should know cuz I have tried all of the Chinese restaurants and takeaways locally including those at Xscape. Just had the Crispy aromatic duck from them and swaped the normal duck Hoi Sin sauce for their home made BBQ sauce which made it the best tasting Crispy aromatic duck I have ever had from a Chinese. I have also tried a recomended Mixed meats Japanese Udon noodle dish which was overflowing from the rim of the container that the lid wasn't even on properly as the food was piled so high and full. I can always count on getting a tasty and satisfying meal from this place. They now even have beef & chicken burger meals on the menu. My son is addicted to them as they really fill him up the cheese burger, chips and can of pop at extremely reasonable prices too.Talking of pop they do the largest selection of pop I have ever seen from any Chinese place. Shandy, Tango Apple, Tango Orange, Tango Cherry, Coke, Diet Coke, Pepsi, Rubicon Mango, Vimto, Tizer, Dr Pepper, 7Up, Irn Bru, Dandelion Burdock, Red Bull, Emerge, bottled water & even zero percect alchol cans of beer!
