When they had an opportunity to clean it up they tried to blame us, the owners, because we needed to withhold payment to resolve their issue. Horrible experience with no accountability whatsoever. The fireplace insert was installed crooked and isn't secure. They didn't even wire the blower fan to work properly. In addition there were 3 boxes that came with the fireplace that were necessary for the installation we set up for them right at the opening and they didn't even open the boxes!
