I was given a window of 12-4 and they arrived at 1pm. It didn't take long. They identified a fault with the seal around the gas pipe which was not with proper material and were able to correct and seal it properly. The exterior and part of the attic they could check was checked and I was given advise on next steps along with an upgrade option for future consideration. I was also shown how to open and close the damper and I felt very comfortable asking questions.
