New location alert!!!…read more I just had my monthly visit at their new location on Reseda Bi. and was amazed at how much they have done in such a short period of time. The new location has "Sedona vibes" with its calming and Sedona desert-like decor. There are eight rooms (4 therapy rooms, 2 aesthetician/ therapy rooms, 2 sauna rooms (male and female) and a quiet room to relax either after or before your treatment. This is a huge upgrade from their old location. Andres and Jose have out done themselves once again. Andres and Jose have been the owners of this shop for many years and they are great! It's a family owned business. They are great masseuses. They make sure to target the knots you have in your body or any type of pain you are having. I love how they have a red light sauna. Not only is it good for killing bacteria on your skin but it's also good at allowing you to relax before a massage or facial. Every time I come here I make sure to use the sauna. This place is amazing for a whole day of relaxing, you can spend a couple hours here just relaxing. Jose is also really good at facials. He is not only a masseuse but an esthetician. He is amazing and does great work! He can target acne. He uses many tools to help achieve clean acne free skin. He doesn't just do the same routine everytime you come in. If he notices your skin needs adjustments, he will change up what he does. I love his approach and not everyone is like that. Overall recommend this place! Happy I found them.

My wife and I decided to prioritize our health this year after a scare in 2025. Stepping into the…read morefitness lifestyle after 13 years of being sedentary came with many challenges, but we both wanted to do things the right way so we created sustainable, healthy habits without injuring ourselves. We locked in our sleep and recovery, our nutrition down to every vitamin and mineral, and we decided Revision would be where we lock in our fitness with a personal trainer. This was the best decision we could have made. We started with Heather, a certified physical therapist, who walked us through the first few weeks, ensuring we were ready for the training ahead. Thanks to her careful attention to my previous injuries, and ensuring we understood the basics of mobility, we transitioned to Gabe, who we've been working with since March 2026 an average of 4x per week. Gabe's a fitness nerd, with a fantastic sense of humor, and a keen attunement to his client's needs, not just for the regiment to ensure progression, but in ensuring that he motivates us in the way that we would most likely respond to. His program was difficult yet sensible, achievable, and most importantly, motivating. Every movement was discussed in thorough detail with scientific evidence backing the form with reasoning. I appreciated this attention to detail, because my goal was to be informed. We needed to understand why we were doing an exercise a certain way, why we chose to start with this exercise vs that, his thought process on how he structured the workouts, so we would be successful one day planning and executing it ourselves. It's been 7 months since we started at Revision, and together we've lost 116 lbs, I've went from 30.3% body fat to 12%, we've increased our strength by multiples, and most importantly, have gained the confidence to walk into any gym and execute on our goals. My wife would murder me if I shared her results, let alone photos, sorry ladies, but she looks amazing and feels fantastic. Anyways, as we transition to working out on our own, we're going to leverage Gabe for 1x session per week over the next couple months to continue calibrating our execution and ensure we're set up for success. This has been an extraordinary experience. I don't say that lightly. Dusty, Carolyn, Heather, Kelsey, Jules, and Gabe all contributed to our experience, and we would like to thank them, wholeheartedly, for building an ideal environment for us to find continued success.

I am incredibly sensory sensitive and had many concerns and questions. Rachel was exceptionally caring, proactive, and knowledgeable. Her care and attention to detail went far beyond the job description. My second visit was with my 14 year old daughter. We were both treated to an ionic foot bath. Sheila and Rachel welcomed myself and my daughter with superior hospitality and kindness. Neither of us have had this service before. My daughter was provided with the royal introduction to spa life thanks to Rachel and Sheila and seeing her joyful spirit is a moment I will never forget. During our service and readings, Sheila and Rachel were incredibly informative and made sure that we were beyond comfortable. My daughter was over the moon. The interior was much more open than I was expecting (not visible from outside the suite/building) but the sauna and the ice bath room had fairly large windows. I didn't mind, myself, but if others were there it could cause concern if they wanted to be naked for their sessions. I had a great time in the cold plunge area, which was kept a little warm by the heat coming off of the unit used to cool the water. The tub was large enough for most people. I wish the water was a little bit deeper or the tub a bit taller, as I was lying on my back and had to use the back of my head and my toes to hold myself underwater, it was just a more awkward position than I'd have liked for cold plunges (I'd only ever done a cold plunge in a 50F swimming pool, so being in a comparably smaller tub was new). My husband & I both booked massages and my experience was anything but pleasing!…read more We both booked 2 different services. I booked the relaxing massage & my husband booked the therapeutic/deep tissue massage. When I went into the room the lady was very rushed. She was extremely rough and would dig into my muscles. Anything but relaxing, however, everyone has different pain tolerance's so to each their own. After the massage was over she said "I'm done". Flicked all the lights on, and walked out before I got a chance to open my eyes or say thank you. I changed and walked out, helping myself out. As I was waiting for my husband to come out I was given the QR code to pay. Once my husband came out we both paid via the QR code and the lady told us to wait and verify that they received payment. After verifying, she calls me out in front of the other 4 people in the waiting room for tipping too little. I asked if it was a problem and she said "no" and walked away. She was lucky I tipped at all! Tipping is based off of how much you enjoyed the service, hospitality, and the overall experience. I didn't need to tip but I still did anyway! Calling someone out for not tipping enough is not professional. The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 is because my husband didn't mind his massage. The sole purpose of him booking it was because he wanted the deep tissue massage so the depth/pain was something he was requesting. And he said the guy would check up on him every once in a while and ask if he's okay or if the depth was okay (I didn't get that). We've been to plenty massage bars before and have never had issues. Safe to say we will not be coming back here.

I also LOVE the preferred-client rewards program Pam introduced. You receive a stamp with every visit, and after 10 stamps, you receive a complimentary organic facial. Since we come so often, those stamps added up quickly! I recently had my complimentary facial with Pam, and I was honestly so impressed. It didn't feel like a "free" service or a quick little add-on at all -- it still felt luxurious, thoughtful, and like a full experience. I have extremely sensitive skin and a lot of allergies, and Pam was so gentle and careful with my skin. I had absolutely no irritation or breakouts afterward, which is huge for me. Pam, thank you for taking something we already loved and making it even more special. You didn't change what we loved -- you simply made it shine even brighter. Six years later, we're still happy clients and now love this place more than ever!

1 star We came here…read morefor a couples massage for my fiancé's birthday, and unfortunately this was one of the strangest and most disappointing experiences we've ever had at a spa. When we booked, we specifically requested two female therapists. We were both initially given female therapists and the massage started. The massages themselves were also extremely disappointing. There was essentially no pressure or real massage technique--my therapist mostly put oil on my back and rubbed in circles. Justin said he was experiencing basically the same thing with his massage. Then, halfway through our massages, we suddenly started hearing a man's voice in the room. We realized that my fiancés facefemale therapist had apparently been replaced by a male therapist. Nobody asked us, nobody told us, and nobody explained what was happening. We had specifically requested female therapists, so having Justin's therapist changed to a man without our knowledge or consent was incredibly uncomfortable. We were not given an explanation when we questioned it. I eventually became so upset that I got dressed and walked out. A manager came in, but we still did not receive a reasonable explanation for why this happened. This was supposed to be a relaxing birthday experience for my fiancé, and instead we left feeling uncomfortable, confused, and extremely disappointed. Staffing issues happen, but you communicate with your customers and ask before making a significant change to the service they specifically requested. Changing someone's therapist halfway through a massage without saying anything is not acceptable to us. I would not return.
