I go to Chili's probably once a month for their 3 For Me menu. The restaurant is clean with nice service. I usually start with the chips and salsa. And get the guacamole. The guacamole portion is big, tasty and reasonably priced. The chips and salsa are addictively good! The smash burger is large, loaded with toppings, cooked perfectly, and delicious. The fries are yummy and seasoned well. You cannot beat the deal. Great food and way better and usually cheaper than fast food. Just like the commercial says :) Also good the Guiltless Margarita Grilled Chicken. Real chicken with plenty of rice and black beans. If you haven't been to a Chili's in a while, check them out. We have not been here in a long time because we were not happy with the menu options. Today we saw the commercial and decided to dine here tonight! We tried to check in on the app for yelp because it says that there is a waitlist option however it showed zero minutes and we were not able to add our self to the waitlist. When we arrived at the restaurant the hostess asked us for our name and told us we had to sit and wait for 15 minutes. That is when they added us to the Yelp waiting list. The restaurant had the lights dimmed and it was very relaxing. We looked over the menu while we were waiting. We ordered the three for me for $10.99. My husband and I both picked the chicken sandwich option and instead of fries we substituted broccoli for no additional charge. We also picked the salad for our appetizer. We have a Chili's reward card and we picked the free chips and salsa too. (The other option is one free non-alcoholic beverage) The salad is served in a very small bowl, if it was served on a plate, it would look a lot bigger. I was pleased with the size of the salad and the amount of the dressing received. The chicken sandwich was huge! It was way bigger than the bun! So crispy hot and delicious! We went here about three weeks ago for the first time. We were very pleased with our visit. The service was very good and what impressed us a lot is how they all worked together including our server, the expediter, the manager, hostess, etc. The food was great so that means the cook must be very good too. We both got the hamburger lunch special. The hamburgers were really good and it came with a choice of sides plus fries and a drink - a great value especially based on high prices right now. There is something about Chilli's nacho chips that I really like, plus ours were made fresh and still warm. Their fries are also very good and this location provided a very nice portion of them. First time at a chilis and because of my server Emma, I'll definitely be back. I came in solo on a Sunday evening at the start of dinner - it was quiet yet busy. She had a large party but made eye contact to let me know she'd seen me be seated. We chatted and shared some background. Very personable. I got the dragon berry marg and a triple dipper. The marg was really good, a little sour heavy but good enough that I definitely had a second one!! The mozz sticks, chicken tenders were great. The mini burgers were burnt and my bacon was like border line raw. So I didn't really eat much of the food! But what I did eat was good! Best value for lunch, hands-down. We haven't been to a Chili's in a long time, but have always liked them for their value priced multi course meals (e.g. 2 for 25, 3 for 10). They tend to change them around a bit, so took a look after receiving a reminder that I had a rewards I could use (they will send out ads to loyalty members that haven't been back in a while). We were heading north into Lake County so this location made sense for us. Stopping in around 11, the restaurant wasn't very busy and we were seated right away. Charles was our waiter and he was excellent throughout. We got waters immediately, and was given time to look over the large menus. We focused on the back which had the value items. The LunchBreak combos are $10, and consists of a starter and entree. I took advantage of this by getting a bowl of baked potato soup and double stack cheeseburger with fries. The soup (which I've had many times in the past) was especially good today. Not too chunky, not over heated, just right amount of green onions and bacon bits on top. The burger was good....not too many toppings...it's their version of a double cheeseburger. The natural cut fries were really good today...just the right amount of time in the deep fryer. My wife got a ramekin of buffalo wing sauce which is a great fry dipper. My MIL and wife got choices from the 3ForMe: Just Bacon Burger ($14.99) and Crispy Chicken Sandwich ($10.99). Both came with those same excellent fries and soup (wife got the other choice of chicken tortilla, which too was especially good today...I get that these probably come in a big plastic bag and reheated up, but this location has got soup figured out). It also includes a beverage (Coke for Mom and a Classic Marguerita on the rocks for $4.99 upcharge ). Chili was one of the first restaurants to use tableside payment kiosks at each table, and it will automatically apply any pending discounts tied to your loyalty account. The total before tax was $35...for 3 people, full entrees and soup and beverages...what a bargain). Oh did I mention that they gave a free bowl of tortilla chips with salsa...they used to give this to only loyalty members but it seems like it's for everyone now. Came here just for the dessert and it was amazing! We ordered the lava cake and loved the combination. The cake was a great consistency and the ice cream and chocolate sauce in top was really good! During our visit, we experienced swift service with the credit going to our hostess who promptly refilled our drinks even before we finished them, making it the highlight of the evening. The strawberry lemonade stood out as a delightful choice, might be one of the best I had. And the kids menu was reasonable priced (under $7) -- comes with entree, drink and a side so that part was plus. We ordered two kids meals: chicken tenders (2 piece, with fries side, and lemonade), and also a pizza (about 6" with side of fruits, and lemonade) and it didn't break the bank. However, the food part was disappointing as nearly everything tasted excessively salty! From the chili to the fries, which were surprisingly over salted, even for the kids' menu, and the Cajun shrimp pasta (of which we had ordered two portions via the pick 3 option), the saltiness just overwhelmed any flavors. I was craving a chili and I couldn't bend finish it. The husband opted for the slab of ribs, which he found it satisfactory but his coleslaw was bland and lacked any flavor. In terms of pricing, we found the food to be reasonably priced, especially with the menu special. However, the taste did not live up to our expectations, resulting in a lackluster dining experience. Maybe it was our dish choices and also that the ambiance felt a bit off with our table being very close to the next one where the back of my chair almost touched the next table's chair. Our hostess looked tired and sad but she was so good at refilling our drinks before asking so I appreciated her for taking care of us. Placed an order for curbside pick on Friday 10/11. Anytime I've ordered from this chili's, orders were good never really had any issues. This particular order; however, was slightly different. Usually, an order of fries would come with a decent amount of fries and if you're lucky sometimes you even have some leftover fries. 'Stopped in for a lunch meeting and was pleasantly surprised by the new menu, which was thankfully simple with all of their staple items. Yes fajitas, ribs, burgers, salads, and most of all their tasty appetizers. I wish there were more Fast Casual options in Streamwood. The Chili's on Sutton Rd (Rte. 59) had a GM Change a few months prior to COVID-19 hitting and the service, food quality and accuracy of Take-Out Orders dropped like a rock. At least when there is dine-in and the order is not right you can get it corrected at the table! Over the last 6 months we have done carry out at least 6 times and they have never gotten it right. We FINALLY have quit saying one more chance and now drive past it to get out carry out from other restaurants in Bartlett..... we might try again when dine-in is an option. The new manager should have learned how to apply the saying "if it ain't broke.. don't fix it" because they did something, employee turnover is high, morale is low and the quality and accuracy of orders is terrible. read more

Pre- kids, I was not a Chili's fan. Post- kids, I am a sort of Chili's fan. They seem to be family friendly. I don't feel bad when my 15 month old acts like a 15 month old here, because there are usually so many other families with kids. Food is decent and there are a lot of choices. The 3 for 10 deal is really the way to go though. It almost doesn't make sense to order straight from the menu as the same items will cost you more to order a la carte. I really enjoy their drinks, especially for the prices. My biggest gripe is that every time we go, it takes FOREVER. My 15 month old can only last so long. (About an hour max). The last two times we have gone, I have had to take her to the car and/or walk around the restaurant because the wait got so long. read more

Ordered carryout last minute from them tonight. We ordered the 2 for $25 meals. Mango Chile chicken, chicken fajitas, Caesar salads, and ordered the ice cream cookie for dessert. Once we got there, the gentleman let us know that they did not have the ice cream cookie available, but offered the chocolate molten cake. We accepted. Everything was delicious and hot. I used to love chillies and this was my first time eating here in a few months. Definitely not the experience I used to have. The 2 for $20 has gone up to $25 AND I no longer received rice and beans with my quesadillas. How can you charge more money and provide less food!? Also the recipe for the Bacon Ranch Quesadillas has changed. They used to be great and came with this delicious southwestern ranch dipping sauce but now that is gone too. They tasted alright but not like they used too. I could have made better ones at home. Also our server was not very attentive and charged us the wrong price for our drinks, which then took another 10 mins to get fixed before we could pay. We popped into Chili's for a quick dinner and had a rather enjoyable meal. Look, we've all been to Chili's so I don't think I have to go into the usual details here. What I will say is that the staff at this location does a decent job (expected, but they don't over-deliver) and the food all tasted really good. I will point out that the rack of ribs I had was very tender at one end and a bit overcooked at the other, however the sauce I choose (the Dr. Pepper one) was VERY tasty! Additionally, they have some kind of ribs meal deal going on and I loved every bit of it: salad + ribs + dessert for cheap. I've always been a fan of Chili's and will always speak highly of it. The staff was very friendly. I asked to put me in front of the tv to watch the u20 worldcup final and they did they even tilted the tv towards us more. If you are up for an appetizer the classic nachos are a must make sure you say yes when they ask you if you want guacamole I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and guacamole sandwich. My friend and I came here at 8pm last night and there was only two of us and they sat us at a 6 top table. If I would've known I would've brought 4 other friends as well. We had to wait five minutes for a server to come by us. When we ordered our appetizer it should've came out at 740pm but it came out at 8 came with no plates and finally a nice gentleman man came by us and I got his attention. I visited this Chili's yesterday and it was a filty mess. There was at least five talbles filled with dirty dishes and glasses. There was dirty food on the floor under a booth that was being occupied. We sat at the bar and ordered a couple of drinks and were served while that last persons crumbs were under our drinks. The waiter only said they were short help. I started taking pictures of this tragedy and the manager just asked us to leave. No problem! This place is walking distance from my house, so you will find me there on a few occasions. To be honest, I personally prefer going to TGIF further down the street. I find the food quality and the choice of options does not compare to that of TGIF. Also, whenever my friend and I eat here, we get the runs the next day. I don't know what it is, but maybe the food seems much more greasy The last few times my friends and I were here was after 9pm on a weeknight as they have their 50% off appetizers (valid only after 9pm Monday through Thursdays). Hell for 50% off, we don't mind having to deal with the runs the next day. For this price, we don't mind stocking up on greasy appetizers and beer. I decided to join my family for quick dinner at Chili's after a long day of moving. Now, I used to visit this location weekly about three years ago, when I lived in Streamwood. Back then, it used to be very good. I am aware of the company wide revamp of the menu and I think it has pros and cons. Anyway, we got a table in the bar area and ordered a round of drinks. The drinks came out quickly and we started off with the table side guacamole. After a good fifteen minutes, a young fellow comes out to make the guacamole. I'm not sure if he was new or just wasn't sure how to make it, but he took forever to make the guac. The guacamole was excellent, as were the salsa and warm chips served with it. The fresh lime juice really gave it a nice flavor. Unfortunately, that was the only good part of the meal. I ordered the boneless buffalo wings, my father the Wings over Buffalo, and my mother the 10 ounce Sirloin. My boneless wings came out soggy and covered in way too much vinegar based buffalo sauce. I'm not sure if the guy messed up mixing the sauce, but it had way too much vinegar to it. I mean a ton, to the point it made you pucker and twitch. My father's bone-in wings were the same way, he also said they were extremely over cooked. The meat was very dry and it was obvious watching him swig it down with a glass of vino. My mom's sirloin was ordered medium rare, it came out very close to rare. We all managed to eat the food, as there is nowhere else in Streamwood to grab a bite at 9PM on a Sunday! I think the food needs a serious improvement before I'd give it another shot. The server was definitely nice and accommodating, so no issue there! I also like the ease of paying the bill from the on-table tablet! It makes getting out of there much quicker. I don't like to post harsh reviews, but this was not a good meal.
