    Tortilla soup

Best value for lunch, hands-down. We haven't been to a Chili's in a long time, but have always liked them for their value priced multi course meals (e.g. 2 for 25, 3 for 10). They tend to change them around a bit, so took a look after receiving a reminder that I had a rewards I could use (they will send out ads to loyalty members that haven't been back in a while). We were heading north into Lake County so this location made sense for us. Stopping in around 11, the restaurant wasn't very busy and we were seated right away. Charles was our waiter and he was excellent throughout. We got waters immediately, and was given time to look over the large menus. We focused on the back which had the value items. The LunchBreak combos are $10, and consists of a starter and entree. I took advantage of this by getting a bowl of baked potato soup and double stack cheeseburger with fries. The soup (which I've had many times in the past) was especially good today. Not too chunky, not over heated, just right amount of green onions and bacon bits on top. The burger was good....not too many toppings...it's their version of a double cheeseburger. The natural cut fries were really good today...just the right amount of time in the deep fryer. My wife got a ramekin of buffalo wing sauce which is a great fry dipper. My MIL and wife got choices from the 3ForMe: Just Bacon Burger ($14.99) and Crispy Chicken Sandwich ($10.99). Both came with those same excellent fries and soup (wife got the other choice of chicken tortilla, which too was especially good today...I get that these probably come in a big plastic bag and reheated up, but this location has got soup figured out). It also includes a beverage (Coke for Mom and a Classic Marguerita on the rocks for $4.99 upcharge ). Chili was one of the first restaurants to use tableside payment kiosks at each table, and it will automatically apply any pending discounts tied to your loyalty account. The total before tax was $35...for 3 people, full entrees and soup and beverages...what a bargain). Oh did I mention that they gave a free bowl of tortilla chips with salsa...they used to give this to only loyalty members but it seems like it's for everyone now. It did end up filling us up, so we only finished half of our meal...but getting to-go containers was a snap and will make a great lunch for tomorrow.

Came here just for the dessert and it was amazing! We ordered the lava cake and loved the combination. The cake was a great consistency and the ice cream and chocolate sauce in top was really good! But not really any good vegetarian entree options that I would I recommend so I'm not sure how it is for a full dinner. Overall really nice vibe and a great place for dessert!

Horrible service! Took an hour for server to take order and only did because she was chatting with hostess and asked her too. Didn't bring or entered incorrectly and grandson never got his food until 1.5 hours after we arrived. Orders received was not what was ordered but didn't want to complain as much as much as we should have because the server was on another planet.

Sad order of fries from Chili's literally it came Together with the corn and space left in the container lol

Placed an order for curbside pick on Friday 10/11. Anytime I've ordered from this chili's, orders were good never really had any issues. This particular order; however, was slightly different. Usually, an order of fries would come with a decent amount of fries and if you're lucky sometimes you even have some leftover fries. Our order of fries this time around was what I thought a joke but no it was in fact our order lol I can't help but laugh.

My brother and I decided to visit Chili's for dinner. It was Tuesday around 6pm and we were seated right away. I had the beef enchiladas and he had the prime rib fresh Mex bowl. Both were very tasty. Service was great. The video kiosk at our table was not working but the server quickly handled the credit card for us.

Chicken was dry in my Cajun pasta and the enchilada soup was mush and lacked texture.

Food hot and prepared correctly. I suggest greeting someone at the counter and having utensils in the bag.

The deal is half off apps, but if you enjoy an adult beverage, the house-brewed drafts are also half off. M-Th 3-6pm, dine-in only. At least that's what it is right now. I feel like it changes, so maybe call beforehand to confirm. I only got pics of the nachos this time, which really doesn't do it full justice because they're bigger than they look in the photo. Food is always good and consistent, there's nothing really to complain about regarding service or prices, and parking has always been really easy, though that could be because we typically go on Tuesdays. I imagine weekends could be a little bit busier, but the place is pretty big, so even if you have to wait, I don't think that you'd be waiting that long. The vibe is also casual and low-key.

I had been here with my daughter about 12 years ago and remembered enjoying it then. We all had burgers and craft beer. My friends went with the Mad Max (burger of the month) and I went with a peppercorn and blue cheese burger. It was thumbs up for all of us on the burgers as well as the beer, which was unique and delicious. I took no pictures that day and just enjoyed the outing with friends, but I was especially impressed with the taste of my burger. I abstained from adding any of my usual condiments, and decided to try it as is, with just their sauce. Best decision ever! The sauce was amazing and the burger was cooked a perfect medium. Like many restaurants, Luck Monk offers their regular menu, plus flyers on their specials, including beers and cocktails. Four days later, I went right back there again on my own, to formally review it with photos. I had to go with that same peppercorn burger, because it was just so good, and to make sure the first time was a fluke. It wasn't. I tried out their chili as well, which was also good. This chef knows what he is doing. This stand alone restaurant is easy to get to, and has ample parking. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful and looks high end, though I found the pricing to be reasonable. It would be a great spot to take clients for a business lunch. It's elegant looking , but unpretentious. The hostess and servers are wonderful. I highly recommend the Lucky Monk!

For a place that markets itself as a higher-end restaurant, it felt more like a glorified Chili's than anything close to a true steakhouse. The prices suggest quality and refinement, but the reality does not match that expectation at all. We went here for a date night, expecting a nice, relaxed atmosphere, but instead were met with a loud, chaotic environment that completely killed the vibe. It was way too noisy--definitely not what you want when you're trying to enjoy a conversation and a good meal. It felt more like a crowded chain restaurant than a place you'd choose for a special night. The food was the biggest letdown. My girlfriend ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, and I got the ribeye steak--both dishes were shockingly bland. No depth of flavor, no seasoning that stood out, just completely underwhelming across the board. For the price point, you expect something memorable, but this was forgettable in the worst way. Service didn't help either. Our waitress barely checked on us and only refilled drinks maybe once the entire time. It felt like we were an afterthought rather than paying customers. When you combine poor service, tasteless food, and an overly loud environment, it makes for a pretty terrible overall experience. At the end of the day, it just doesn't justify the cost. There are far better places to spend your money if you're looking for a quality meal or a proper date night. I would strongly recommend skipping Cooper's Hawk and going somewhere that actually delivers on what it promises.
