First off let me say, everyone was so attentive and friendly. Our waitress, Madi was perfect at making us feel at home, not to be over bearing and not leaving us waiting on anything. April, the manager, made her presence known as she too came around making sure everyone was well taken care of. (rather than sitting in the back office like a lot of managers will do). The kitchen staff brought our food out and everyone had a smile on their faces! Our food came out hot, fresh and delicious! The presentation of the plates as you'll see in my pictures with comments, well, the kitchen staff nailed it! The facility was very clean, temperature of the house was just right and very inviting, with just the right amount of lighting and no extreme loud tv or music. Overall I highly recommend visiting this, Chilis with friends and family and making it one of your regular spots to dine! I had an exceedingly disappointing experience at this Chili's. I ordered a Presidente Margarita, and it was filled with so much ice--in the shaker and the glass--that it barely amounted to a single drink. I have ordered this drink several times before and have never experienced this. For the price, that's unacceptable. I politely brought this to the attention of the server/bartender, who said she spoke with her manager. Instead of coming out to address the issue herself, the manager chose to relay a message through the server, which is extremely unprofessional. We specifically asked to speak with the manager because the situation was not handled appropriately. When the manager, Lexi, finally came out, she offered a flimsy excuse and took no accountability. When I explained that it was still ridiculous to pay full price for such a small amount of alcohol, she literally walked away while we were still talking. No attempt was made to fix the issue, offer a replacement, comp a drink, or even apologize. Walking away from customers mid-conversation is unacceptable behavior for any manager. This experience showed a complete lack of customer service and leadership. I won't be returning, and I hope corporate takes a serious look at how this location is being managed. read more

Tuesday 1/20/26 630pm Sat in the bar near hostess station. Bartender "T" was amazing and the hostess was very nice. Then it went down hill from there. 3 of the waitstaff were sitting in the booth between me and hostess station. They were being loud, using foul language till they noticed me. Then they went in kitchen and continued loud enough that I still heard every word. When they came back they sat in same booth and BS instead of cleaning or helping customers. The service was fast upon entrance from the hostess to the waiter. He was kind, and patient. The cokes were not great but there was a willingness to get it right. I stopped by after work to meet a friend. She ended up getting tied up, so I went ahead and stayed. I got a special that included a drink, soup, salad, or appetizer, and an entree. I got a tea, soup and Cajun chicken pasta. The tea came out and the soup was about a minute behind that. It looked amazing, but was barely warm. It was still good though. I haven't had cajun pasta in a minute, but it didn't taste like it used to. It wasn't bad, there just didn't seem to be a kick to it, so it really just tasted like cream, and the chicken was gristly. But it was still decent and came out really fast, which was perfect since I just wanted to eat and get back to the hotel. The server was really nice and was training someone, so she was at the table frequently to see if I needed anything. Checkout was a breeze and I wasn't overcharged for anything like I had read on a couple other reviews, so that's a good thing. The restaurant seemed pretty clean as well. First, the smell when you walk in the door. Honestly we should have turned around and walked out at that point. It's just musty and nasty and dirty smelling. This feels like a restaurant making a serious last ditch effort to stay alive. When you start with inferior ingredients you produce inferior product. The ribs were fatty, the chicken stringy and tough. We had to ask for silverware and plates, dipping sauce and water. I felt like it was understaffed, so I will give a little grace to the servers, but there is no excuse for the quality of the food presented. And seriously, who puts brandy in a margarita. I went here late at night on a weeknight to order something to go. I sat at the bar so that I could look at a menu. The bartender asked me if I was ordering something to drink and I told her no that I was just going to order something to go. She told me I couldn't sit at the bar unless I ordered something to eat or drink at the bar. She told me it was policy. I was the only one sitting at the bar! It was late at night and on a weeknight. I could understand if they were busy but there was nobody sitting at the bar. I will say this, the bartender seemed very remorseful and did not like enforcing the policy. We sat a bar area table. We ordered appetizers, that took not to long. After that we ordered food. That's a whole different story. We keep talking and talking and talking probably one hour. Do NOT sit at the bar. I was the only customer at the bar. The upsell margaritas were not fresh and watered down. The food order was wrong and when Susie brought me the correct order, it looked like the bottom of the barrel. I received no utensils or condiments, and when I asked, I scrounged some from another table myself faster than she could be bothered to find them. Don't they check B4 serving? Please note: I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER AT THE BAR AT 3:3O IN THE AFTERNOON. Definitely not crowded. I sent the food back uneaten. The best the manager could offer is to remove the charge for the food I never touched (seriously?). He still charged me for the half drank marg. Incredulous. I think it was 100% bartender fault (amateur night), but the manager should have also removed the half-drank diluted margarita or given me an offer to return. When my family picks me up at the airport, my four year old always insists upon Chili's. Secretly, I'm fine with that. I worked at Chili's in high school and still love it. Mostly, I want chips and salsa and a margarita, and my kids always leave enough food behind I often only order a cup of soup (chicken tortilla) or a side salad. I especially like eating at chains now that they legally have to tell us the calorie counts. I feel like my decision-making process is much better. My kids love the games on the ipads, and always eat their food here (maybe because it's the only way to get the ipad back?) I love that we are still treated well here when our kids do one or more of the following: 1) spill drinks 2) get too loud 3) proclaim they have to potty at an insane decibel 4) get food all over the table, bench and floor 5) demand to go on a walkabout (chaperoned) to wave and smile at all the people Even after all of that, the servers are gracious to us and sweet to our kids. I eat at a lot of very nice places, and most of them could learn a thing or two about how to treat children just by watching these servers at Chili's. read more

The staff was really great. We had 2 little ones with us and we got our food quickly and it was all pretty good. My chicken had a tough ridge running thru it that was inedible. The part I could eat was great and it wasn't a huge part of it so I didn't mention it to the server. Everyone else really liked what they ordered. My one complaint is the game computer on the table. We had to move it to keep it away from the little ones and it is really easy to accidentally press a play button and get charged $2 even though we didn't play. I sat at the bar since there was no hostess at the front, the servers, bartender and kitchen staff were congregated at the bar watching tik tok videos. The bartender eventually took my order, the ribs and sausage were both ice cold when they arrived I didn't get a chance to get it heated up, once I was done eating I went to use the bathroom to wash my hands, the bartender was under the assumption I was going to dine and dash which I would never do. I wanted to order another beer but she say the payment kiosk in front of me and walked off to go flirt with a guy that just showed up. I felt unwelcome from start to finish paid and left. Not sure if I was treated this way because I'm white or what but it was apparent that there was a difference in quality of service and food between me and the color of another patron at the bar.
