Went here this past weekend. It was just okay. I ordered the triple dipper with honey chipotle chicken strips and mozzarella sticks and burger bites. I was so disappointed in the mozzarella sticks. This is my second time getting them and I never get a cheese pull. I know I ordered honey chipotle but these seemed extra spicy. I know for sure never to order the mozzarella sticks again. The crispers were good as well as the burger bites. The chips and salsa was good. This is my holiday go to spot in 2025 for Veterans Day. I met cool people. This location was my 1st restaurant of 2026 too. Run in the New Year being served by the expert and top tier Asya S. I've been to over 20 Chilis across the US and this is hands down the best location I've ever been to. The food is hot, fresh, and comes out timely. The bartenders are quick and friendly. Hostesses' seat quickly even on a busy night, and the staff all seem to genuinely enjoy working together which results in a better experience overall. Our server was new but absolutely phenomenal. Didn't even know she was new til the end! Jorden with an 'E'! We continue to drive further to the Midwest City store over multiple closer locations. I met a friend for dinner on a Monday night. The restaurant was busy. We were seated immediately. We had a wonderful wait staff (Tina). She was friendly, helpful and very attentive. We both had the chicken strip dinner and it was delicious. The atmosphere was a bit quieter than I have experienced when a restaurant was as busy as this one was but that was good. The box with the tenders was all the way shut, with another box on top. They had STEAMED so much... you can practically if not literally squeeze the excess water out of the breading. It's one of the most disgusting things I've eaten. If this box had been on top and vented it would have saved it chicken. It is just a sponge, squishy mess now and was not able to eat it. There is literally so much water in it ... I couldn't even re-crisp them in an oven. Corn and mashed potatoes were my sides. The mashed were in their own container. That was nice, my locations puts in the corner of the Togo box. Haven't eaten the corn. Got a free dessert, also haven't eaten it. Did eat the ice cream that came with the dessert... it was standard for chilis ice cream. Staff was friendly. To-go girl was out instantly when I checked in and very friendly. Lot of Togo parking. Not my choice Friend wanted 2 for 25. So we start with the friend pickles. They weren't crispy enough. They were hot, but there's a technique to friend pickles. Then we got our pasta. Cajun chicken sliced and diced, other than it being luke warm, it was really good. Really good. But it wasn't hot. How??? Our waitress seemed to pass us up a lot. We have 2 picky eater so this is an easy fix because they serve Kraft Mac and cheese which most do but my kids love it because they get so much. They also like the chicken crispers. My husband loves the buffalo chicken sandwich and gets it every time and I love the baby back ribs and loaded mashed potatoes. The guiltless menu is really good as well. If they'd let me sub a strip or two for Southwest Eggrolls it would be perfection. The salsa is more watery here than at other Chili's but I like their tortilla chips -- thin, extra crispy, made fresh(-ish). They came room temp, I prefer fresher, still hot.
