I ordered a margarita with my food. The waitress grabbed the manager because I had a crack in my ID. I am 34 years old. The manager said they couldn't serve me because my ID was cracked. I asked him to show me their policy or find an Arkansas law stating that and he could never find one. When we left, the waitress was whispering to her coworkers, pointed at me and then they all turned around and looked at me. I walked back in and told her that I knew she was talking about me and the only reason she got a tip was because of my friend. Never had a meal here yet that has not been dry and overcooked and/or incorrect. Fries usually cold, take out service is unpredictable. When ordering online, I usually had to walk into the "carside delivery" vestibule after waiting for a prolonged time. Ultimately, I end up going inside and waiting...and waiting...and waiting, as the staff tries (successfully) to ignore my 'intrusion." This location is close to my employment, so my co-workers used to conveniently meet up here. The food and service has repeatedly been unpleasant and of poor quality. I regret having given them repeated opportunities to alter my expectations. Wondering why the management tolerates the subpar food preparation and servers' demeanor of bored indifference. Maybe it is a reflection of the typical national chain restaurants' management style of ignoring customer complaints while comfortable in the belief that they will always have an endless supply of customers. read more

Instead of sitting us in normal dining area they sat us in the bar section. The air conditioning was so low that we had to wear coats just like tables near us. Advertised special is misleading and not what shows in emails. Waitress had poor hygiene being very oily. Asked for manager and the manager refused to come out and told server what she wanted to say only. Unable to say if food was good or not due to no longer desiring to stay. Me an the wife went here Saturday feb 10th. Had a $50 gift card to use. Was seated quickly after entering. Got our drinks and placed our order promptly. Received the food. It was pretty tasty overall. But our waiter never came back to our table again until I had to flag him down to ask for a refill of my wife's tea. It was like we were ignored after receiving our food. Worst experience we've ever had at this chili's. Probably won't ever go back to this location. It's changed so much since the pandemic. Before that it was always great. Great service great good. But not so much now. . We live near this location. So it was nice that it was close to home and we didn't have to drive to N Little Rock to eat in a full service restaurant. Stopped in for lunch Thursday, July 7: I joined a couple close friends from Hot Springs about 12:30, and the dining room wasn't too busy. The three of us decided on different selections listed on the "3 for Me" menu, and were pleased we did!! The entree's and sides were hot, with lots of great flavor, and the portions were plenty!!! We were all "comfortably full!", and we each even took a to-go box. I hadn't been to this Chili's in years, but was so glad we stopped. Our server, Starla, was outstanding!! She had our entire order on the table within 10 minutes; kept our drinks full, and was attentive throughout our visit. Our server Taylor was great! Her friendly personality and efficiency made our lunch time relaxing and enjoyable. Taylor helped us log into our account and answered our menu questions without skipping a beat. The buffalo chicken salad was as yummy as it was big and the special sauce burger with corn on the cob was a delight. Servings were big enough for another meal for the two of us. No need to ask for beverage fill-ups as that was taken care of by the attentive staff. Restrooms were very clean as was the interior and exterior of this restaurant. Could have been a lot better. Chilis has gone way down hill since moving to town. For starters, where the heck is the menu? I dont want to down load a qr reader, then scan a code to see the menu on my phone. the chip salsa was horrible. It was the same consistency as taco bell taco sauce, but tasted worse. What happened to the fresh salsa or the pico de gallo? Now its just canned sauce. the floor at our table was sticky, and my sons seat was wet. the chicken in the pasta was not fresh cooked, it seemed like it was previously cooked and then just reheated. My toast was floppy, it was just buttered bread that was placed on a dirty grill for a few seconds. I say a dirty grill because there was some type of sweet sauce on the bottom of the garlic bread. any ways, I wont be back. read more

Upon being seated we had to for a waiter to show up. Long enough for us to figure out what we wanted for an appetizer and what we wanted as the main entree. Waitress was nice but not timely. When the Southwest egg rolls were delivered they were literally thrown onto the plate, some upside down and sideways. It's Chili's, I'm not expecting high class service but at least make the food presentable. While we waited for the waitress to show up, I had enough time to notice how dirty the windows, ledges, table and menus were. We had just sat down a little after 11AM, so you can't blame a large crowd or busy morning for not cleaning. The actual main entree tasted and looked good. When we got there we had to wait 15 mins to get a table and they were not busy at all. Then the cops were called on a person who fell off his stool he had so much to drink. Then we got our food in phases. There were only 4 of us and we ordered soup sandwiches and guacamole. We got the soup first then my husband got his sandwich finally got our dip then they forgot my granddaughters order we were all finished eating by the time she got hers. Then the spoon was dirty. It was by a shopping mall so ya prolly would have no problem getting truck an trailer in. But didn't want to chance it Awesome service and food was great !! Our server was Shannon... She was amazing... Didn't bother her that hubby was on the phone with his daddy an we couldn't order sooner ... She didn't rush us She had no idea at that time we were drivers... I loved the Bar Deals! They had $5 Margaritas (but I got strawberry so it was $8) and I also ordered the $5 Queso dip. The queso dip was AMAZING so was my margarita! I sat at the bar and Kenneth served me. He was GREAT and super attentive! I also ordered steak and shrimp fajitas and they were delicious! Kenneth also changed the tv to the Carolina Panthers for me and made my experience even better!! read more

Okay no joke...this is the only restaurant in Jacksonville...and I was there for a week. Jacksonville is this thing attached to the air force base...its a strip mall that developed into a town. Jacksonville is also a dry city (boo) but Chilis has a national club that allows anyone to drink there without signing up for a membership (yay). Yes there are other drinking clubs in town, but Chilis had lights and FDA approved food. We went to the bar for drinks multiple nights and had great conversations with the bar tenders and the locals, had a few lunches and dinners, and were thankful this Chilis was here. Come 4:30 PM EVERY day this is the place to be. By 5:30 there is a 30 minute wait, by 6:30 it is packed, and by 7:30 it is calming down. This place is PACKED every day. Seriously packed. What else is there to do in Jacksonville? If you are in Jacksonville go to Chilis. IF you want something else you HAVE to go to North Little Rock. read more

The servers were awesome. They looked tired, like they'd been ran ragged. We sat close to the kitchen and could over Hear the kitchen staff talking unprofessionally about servers and other topics. I am grateful for the server we had. She was fantastic. Thinking about calling corporate about the conversations we overheard. As others have mentioned, Chili's is basically the only sit down restaurant in Jacksonville. It's your basic american-chain Chili's but we've always gotten really excellent service at this location and never have had much to complain about! We usually just go to sit at the bar and enjoy margaritas and appetizers, if we're looking for a dinner spot we'll go into Little Rock but for drinks and apps Chili's is always a good choice since it's very close to our house. The brownie sundae is always a winner- YUM. read more

There was a dirty smell in the booth - you know that smell of dirty mop water that soured for a while? The bathroom had a different and equally disgusting smell of not being cleaned. I've never had service so bad it is dead empty we were one of three tables in the entire restaurant and it still took us 20 minutes to even be addressed and welcomed by the server for drinks then another 8 to get the drinks and we had to stop her from walking away to even order our food and then again when it came time to pay to even be able to address the issues with the food we sat for an entirety of 50 minutes before our food was brought out and we were very passively told it would be out soon after hearing us loudly complain about the time frame, when the food was finally brought out it was painfully obvious that it had been forgotten about and been sitting there for quite a while. We were not checked on AT ALL during the unreasonably extended eating period. And then to top it off it took complaining about one of the steaks being cardboard thin and crunchy for an incredible quality steak to be brought out as a replacement just further showing that they are completely capable of making an exceptional steak when they're being criticized, they simply did not want to.
