Unfortunately, Chili's has really slipped. This location is very similar to other Chili's locations. Super underwhelming. My server was pretty good. I asked for a bev nap to put under my beer to keep it from clanking on the granite bar top. He brought me 10 meal napkins. ? If they were trained to put a bev nap under every drink, like bars and restaurants taught back in the day, they might actually cut down on napkin consumption. And, here we go. My fried cheese sticks were burned or used with old oil? Totally lame. My salad consisted of iceberg lettuce dumped in a bowl with some "Greens". The iceberg had 3-4 chunks of the stem that should have been tossed out. Obviously not a lot of chef in this food. Glorified food cooked by an algorithm. No actual human oversight it appears. Cold Old wings!!! Sent them back and received the same wings minus the one I bit. The night manager said she recooked them. They were barely warm and still dried out. SMH. Do better ASAP. I won't be back. read more

The food was alright. It took them over an hour to get our food. It looked like a normal restaurant nothing special about the inside. Don't go to this Chili's on a Thursday. It is such bad service. Only go if you are in love with Chili's. read more

I've eaten here at least 1 time a week for the last 2 years. I've never had any issues until tonight . The steak was undercooked along with my child's mini sliders . We sent both back and my steak came out first. It still wasn't cooked properly however I was hungry so I just dove in. The menu said that it came with garlic butter and yet my steak had none. The sever was amazing at dealing with all of this. The manager was totally unprofessional with everything she did. I was so disappointed as this is my favorite place to eat. Whoever that new manager is , shes not nice and her face shows every little annoyance ! read more

This was my first trip to this Chili's and I definitely think we'll be back! We ordered the 3 for me, for under $11 I got a burger, fries, salad and a soda! My wife had the chip trio instead of a salad. The kids got the mini burger bites. Hunter was our server and he was great! Our drinks came out fast and our food was shortly behind. Food was good, waitress was very friendly, however... I watched Teresa Campe, one of the managers here, rip into a hostess leaving her crying. What the hell? I was people watching and noticed it, and it made me uncomfortable enough to ask for her name. Like the restaurant service is great. Food quality is bad I have eaten there 4 times in last 4 months and have sent food back 3 of the 4 From raw burger s to cold chili to cold fries. The first 5 times we went, it was great. Good food, decent service, it was good. Last 4 times we went, we have gone to other restaurants within 5 minutes of there due to the 45 minute to hour wait. First time we were told 45 minutes, we left at an hour and 15. We were seated and ate right away at olive garden. This is pitiful and pathetic, half full restaurant is an hour wait, packed house across the street, seated right away and eat. Management needs to fix this, and lose the snarky, uncaring host who lies about wait times. read more

The service was horrible. There were multiple (4-5) open tables but they refused to seat us there. Instead they insisted my family of 6 (including a 6 and 8 year old) sit at the bar. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never be going back read more

I went there and got on the waiting list and said it was a 20 to 30 minute wait and They will text me whenever my seat was ready and 45 minutes later we went back in there to find out what was going on and they said they texted us telling us our table was ready and they never did Text so they said they were gonna put us back on the waiting list at the bottom It will be about an hour and a 1/2 before we get a seat We just left to went to applebee's Gotta A seat in 10 minutes read more

Young girl at the front attempted to seat me near the restrooms & I informed her that I'd prefer to be seated elsewhere. She proceeded to a table near the kitchen. Her demeanor was less than pleasant (not sure why she is at the front seating customers). I requested the manager..wait for it...she had the audacity to say, "I'm NOT getting the manager." A waitress went back for the manager (Evelyn) who in turn was too busy doing inventory and wouldn't come to the front. Terrible customer service. While the food was good once we got our meal the service was horrible!. Our waiter thought he was a comedian, didn't make eye contact after we ordered, forgot to check on us. We waited at least 45 minutes for our food. Then our husbands got their meals and were finished eating by the time we got our meals. And there were only four of us!!! So SLOW! I love chili's, but both times I've been to this location it's been terribly slow. Can hardly ever track down the waiters and overall food is just average. Queso dip was barely warm. Food took an hour to get to our the table. With kids at the table it was miserable because they were starving.... not impressed. Won't be back until I hear/see some better reviews. read more

The service was horrendous! The bartender was also our server, I ordered a Long Island and he checked my I.D. For about 2 minutes, looking at it and back at me. I know that I look young but I'm 26 years old. After checking my ID for so long he asked me my address and said he didn't want to pay a $5,000 fine. I respect that but why would I buy a fake Missouri drivers license and try to use it in Missouri? After taking so long looking at my ID and bringing out our drinks it then took him around 30 minutes to come back and take our actual order. He also said around 3 words the entire time and was overall in a terrible mood the whole time. The only time he was nice was when my table was getting ready to leave.
