You feel as if they have a vested interest in your recovery and outcome which is what you want in a Physical therapy clinic. The quality of care in my opinion is exactly what I needed. I went to work on mobility and balance and in a short time I feel much stronger and I have even lost weight. I might as well have saved my money and did my exercises at home. Almost immediately, breastfeeding was a struggle, as I was dealing with cracked and bleeding nipples. Within a few days of my son's birth, I was told by my midwife that he had a posterior tongue tie. She advised us to have it revised using the laser method in order to help improve his latch. My husband and I were skeptical about having such an invasive procedure done on our days-old baby boy. We sought out a second evaluation and feedback from a local IBCLC. And, after she informed us that a revision should not be necessary, I was referred to Children's Therapy Solutions (specifically Jes Costa) for some gentler options to assist with our son's latch. We brought our 2 week old to meet with Jes Costa twice within a span of 2 weeks to receive gentle myofascial release on his upper body. Jes is incredible with babies. She uses a very gentle approach and is incredibly knowledgeable about breastfeeding. She was able to encourage me tremendously during an incredibly challenging time. I am so happy to say that by 6 weeks of age, my son was gaining weight and breastfeeding like a pro! I am no longer in pain and consider nursing to be an enjoyable experience. I accredit Jes Costa for helping us avoid a tongue tie reversal and for the overall success of my breastfeeding journey so far. One night the heat was turned off and it was one of the coldest nights of the year. Patients were freezing and this certainly didn't comply with FL law for facilities. Garbage was emptied at 5am one night/morning and the aide crashed a walker. Socks were not found for 4 days. Kleenex was not available. Lotion was not found. It seems the staff is working with a deficit of direction. Food was mostly cold, not warm, but cold. Breakfast was awful with cold eggs. There should be an internal investigation into what works and what does not. Staff should wear readable name tags. I would have liked to give a more positive review but cannot after my experience.

They are *booked so far in advance* that I cannot get in for even one more appointment for two weeks. Sadly, this seems to be the norm (one appointment here, another appointment there); it is apparent that three visits/week are not possible, so I will be researching other clinics where I can receive the care needed for the very recent TKA.
