We could not be happier with our decision to do so. The entire staff knew our daughter & family members immediately end it was evident that security at the school was top-notch. The children engage in creative play which challenges them developmentally. They also spend much time outdoors and in the gross motor room indoors. They do great activities with the kids and all of their employees are wonderful. It's unfortunate that someone gave a 1 star review just because of the fact that TLT charged a fee during Covid. They send out a very honest explanation and at the time were not being offered any special help /programs from the government as other businesses were. They were faced with a very difficult decision and instead of shutting down their doors and leaving tons of parents scrambling, they stayed opened and very transparent of their decision to charge. I was not thrilled about paying either but to me it was worth it and they really didn't have any other options. As far as the other woman that posted a bad review. It sounds like you're not going to be a "good fit" anywhere. If your child requires alone time, that's going to involve another staff member to supervise this child so that he/she can be alone. Not to mention a free space to do this in. Sounds like you should consider an at home nanny service instead of expecting a daycare to conform to your very specific, high level needs. I looked at her profile and she's given 1-2 stars to 4 other area day cares. At some point, you've got stop and think, "maybe it's not them....maybe it's me" I find the need to point this out because I don't think it's fair to TLT or inquiring parents looking at the ratings to base your decisions off two reviews that really aren't relavent to how wonderful this place truly is. Bottom line, our kids loved it here. The staff is incredibly generous and truly cared for our children. Teachers here are really nice and creative(Before our leaving, her teacher asked us if we want to have our daughter's picture. They picked all her picture out and put in a USB key for us. You can image how much extra effort they did). Ratio are very good. And compare to CA. This school does not have those winter break, spring break or summer break(Certainly this is quite common in NH). Classroom and playground are quite spacious and clean. And they have a big gym for rainy day and other activities. Although they don't have lots field trip for toddler and preschool(they do go around campus, and visit fire station and police station from time to time), they do invite others to come to perform. They have story teller, dancer, pet show... And they offers lots fun based curriculum. I missed this school very much
