They do great activities with the kids and all of their employees are wonderful. It's unfortunate that someone gave a 1 star review just because of the fact that TLT charged a fee during Covid. They send out a very honest explanation and at the time were not being offered any special help /programs from the government as other businesses were. They were faced with a very difficult decision and instead of shutting down their doors and leaving tons of parents scrambling, they stayed opened and very transparent of their decision to charge. I was not thrilled about paying either but to me it was worth it and they really didn't have any other options. As far as the other woman that posted a bad review. It sounds like you're not going to be a "good fit" anywhere. If your child requires alone time, that's going to involve another staff member to supervise this child so that he/she can be alone. Not to mention a free space to do this in. Sounds like you should consider an at home nanny service instead of expecting a daycare to conform to your very specific, high level needs. I looked at her profile and she's given 1-2 stars to 4 other area day cares. At some point, you've got stop and think, "maybe it's not them....maybe it's me" I find the need to point this out because I don't think it's fair to TLT or inquiring parents looking at the ratings to base your decisions off two reviews that really aren't relavent to how wonderful this place truly is. Bottom line, our kids loved it here. The staff is incredibly generous and truly cared for our children. I've never felt more comfortable leaving my kids with anyone else than I have here so THANK YOU ALL!!

The classes don't have any clutter that poses falling hazards for toddlers and babies. They don't have any cameras, but they have an app that they upload every single food, entry change of diapers and nap-this keeps you involved in what's going on. They also upload pictures of every day activities. The teachers really care about the well-being of the children. At the beginning of our little one's attendance - the teacher sent a message that our baby was being extra sensitive that day, not his best day, and we were happy to go get him. (He was sick and feeling icky). We also like how caring the management team is - and how involved they are with day to day activities. We are happy to have found a spot for our baby at this organization. Highly recommended.

***OWNERS WILL KICK YOUR CHILD OUT IF THEY DO NOT NAP, FORCED NAPS ARE REQUIRED HERE***…read more When it comes time for enrollment, they will say ANYTHING for you to enroll. Make sure you get it in writing first. They told us Drop off time we had in mind would not matter at all! Now they are kicking my child out due to drop off time that they set and we followed along with not taking a nap (WHICH IS NOT REQUIRED BY THE WAY) There was a time my daughter was not fed anything inside of her lunch box and I Contacted useless Kaitlynn and she never responded. So I decided to contact the owners and they respond 4 days later stating that they didn't think it was important enough to respond because it wasn't that serious! I guess feeding my daughter in their supervision was not that important to them! New Director (Kaitlynn Strand) is as useless as they come. Owner and her husband are just as useless and arrogant/ ignorant. These clowns sent me an email 9/10/25 after I sign my daughter out and leave the parking lot that after 9/12/25, Mia is no longer allowed in the facility because she does not take naps. No other child was targeted but mine! My daughters last day there I was told by the arrogant husband that I do not know how to run a business. Clearly not knowing that I run 2 businesses. He must think he is the only businessman in Windham, NH I will reporting this to every department possible because what they are doing are so wrong in so many levels! Side note: Would love to give huge thanks to Miss Leah, Miss Danielle and the other 2 staff for giving unconditional love to Mia! I noticed it from a mile away and I thank you for that! I hope you reach your furthest point in your careers and not with this joke of a facility. As for Miss Mia, it is a shame you share the same name as my daughter. You are a complete joke along with your director and bosses. Thank you (sarcastically) for being 2 faced. When Mia's mom asked you how are things with new time drop off etc you said everything is perfect. Then go to your director and bosses complaining. Thank you for setting this all up! I Hope karma hits you in the worst way possible! Your bosses you cry to about my daughter told me everything! You would complain Mia wouldn't nap because you didn't get time to be on your phone!

There's zero communication no matter how hard you try unless you count passive aggressive e-mails days to weeks later. Teachers seem inexperienced to actually teach anything worthwhile, pre-k and k are run like a daycare just with tables labeled "art", "snacks" and so forth. Their scapegoat is to say they emphasize "learning through play" so they don't have to put in the effort. $1000 month for HALF days but nothing to show for this insane amount of tuition besides other kids families bringing in goody bags or snacks. They make you fill out novels of paperwork beforehand but don't even read the documents they make you turn in! Your child has a food allergy? They ignore it and give your child that food. My kiddo comes home saying they had a stomachache and told the teacher they felt sick, but you get no report or phone call?! - just to find out with questioning your child that they're feeding your kiddo their allergen!!
