We toured several preschools in the Healdsburg, Windsor and Santa Rosa area and we picked LPP because of the home-like environment, the 2 playgrounds and for the curriculum for kindergarten readiness. I would encorage parents to walk in and check the school anytime!

Before enrolling here, he was in an in-home daycare, and the positive change we saw in his confidence, growth, and overall happiness was almost immediate. Each morning he is genuinely excited to go to school, and it brings me so much comfort knowing he feels safe and supported by the people around him. He is a very energetic and curious boy, and the teachers have always met him with patience, understanding, and encouragement. They take the time to truly know each child, helping them grow not only academically but emotionally and socially as well. Watching him build friendships, learn new skills, and come home proud of what he has accomplished has been incredibly special for us as parents. The current staff are truly amazing. Their kindness, communication, and dedication create a warm environment that feels more like a community than just a preschool. We feel deeply grateful to have found Little Ones, and it has become such an important extension of our family. Knowing our child is cared for by people who genuinely love what they do gives us peace of mind every single day.

The kids play outside often which I believe helped my child not catch colds as easily and run around a lot. What I appreciate most about the school is that my child learned many songs, alphabets all while having great playtime with new friends and getting creative with seasonal crafts. She gets very excited to share with me what she learned and teaches me as well! There are plenty of kind teachers to watch and care for the kids, and they all know my child by name. Also what was very important for me was nutrition: the snacks they make and provide are healthy: yogurt and blueberries, nut or seed butter with crackers, fruits, veggies... From the moment my oldest daughter started attending in 2021as well with my youngest starting at 5 months old in 2023 , I felt welcomed and confident in the level of care and attention they both received each day. To now having my oldest graduate preschool. One of the things I love most is how much emphasis is placed on learning through play. The curriculum is both educational and engaging, and seen such growth in both my daughter's social skills and independence. The environment is clean, safe, and thoughtfully organized to encourage exploration and creativity. Communication with parents is also great. So grateful to have found a daycare that feels like a second home for my daughters. Watching them thrive here has given me so much peace of mind, and truly appreciate everything the staff does to create such a nurturing and stimulating environment. Highly recommend!

5 Stars - KinderCare Has Been a Blessing!…read more We came to KinderCare after a difficult experience at a previous daycare that felt unprofessional and poorly managed. My older son would come home angry and sad. He was regularly put in timeouts and had his playtime taken away for what they called "bad behavior." They even claimed he had choked another child at just three years old, which was shocking and completely out of character. He would cry and beg not to go. That's when we knew we had to make a change. From the moment we toured KinderCare, we felt a difference. The staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. They also accept 4Cs, which was a huge help. From day one, my son came home smiling. He has been happy to go every single day since. His teacher, Emily, has been especially wonderful. She's patient, kind, and really understands my strong-willed child. She works with him thoughtfully and helps him thrive in a way that feels supportive rather than punitive. She's been instrumental in helping him adjust and grow. KinderCare also recently welcomed my one-year-old, and again, the experience has been amazing. I could tell from the very first day that he had a great time with the staff and the other children. It gave me so much peace of mind to know that both my kids are happy, safe, and truly cared for. KinderCare doesn't just supervise children--they see them, understand them, and support them as individuals. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Our children were given sugar almost everyday. We followed them on Facebook and saw that they were getting donuts, cookies, and sweets several times a week. We never signed a photo release waiver (even though they sent one home to us several times) and our kids were repeatedly posted on their Facebook page. Not okay, and so disrespectful. The kids were rewarded with otter pops if they napped. More sugar. We raise our kids to listen and respect their teachers, not do things because they will be rewarded with sugar. Our kids are potty trained. They were both sent home in their pull ups from nap on more occasions than I can count. Nap time starts at 12:30, and I would pick them up at 4/430. That's way too long to be in a pull up! One of my kids had a pull up so soiled it went through her pants. As if that's not enough, both our kids were sent home with dirty underwear. Fecal matter in their underwear several times. Our kids weren't being wiped thoroughly after having a bowel movement. I'll spare posting those photos, but I have several photos of all these events as I was starting to get very frustrated. There was one occasion where I picked my children up and one of them had peed their pants and the teacher had no idea. Lastly, I strongly felt one of my kids was mistreated and her self esteem was compromised due to the way she was treated behind closed doors. Over the weekends she's said things like " I don't want to go to yellow preschool. It's closed today" (yellow preschool being little angels). One time we were reading together and she stopped the book and said, "sorry is not enough". When I asked where she heard that she said yellow preschool. Who tells a 3 year old sorry is not enough, when they are trying to apologize? Nauseating. One of my kids said that miss Jessie yelled at her sister. Teachers are never suppose to yell at their students, ever. What does that teach the children? It makes me sick to think my kids were in that environment. I'm not one to leave negative Yelp reviews. Check my profile, I've literally only left 5 stars. My concern for children attending this school is what has lead to this post. I give it two stars. One for convenience as they got them in quick and they are located 3 minutes from our home. The other star is for Mrs. Jennifer who my children enjoyed most.
