They also kept charging my card while my son wasn't attending. Their autopay system gives them full control over your card, and once you're locked in, good luck getting anything reversed. The way they handle billing feels careless and disrespectful. Communication was a nightmare. I messaged them through Brightwheel and barely got responses. When I asked for a phone call because we were talking about my child's health, they told me they "don't do phone calls." Completely unprofessional. When I went in person to speak to someone, the staff was rude and defensive. One even tried blaming my son getting sick on us "taking him to the movies," instead of acknowledging that multiple illnesses were clearly spreading inside their center. And the day-to-day care? Also disappointing. I picked my son up with a snotty, runny nose, and they didn't wipe it until I pointed it out. If they overlook something that simple, it makes you wonder what else is being neglected. This daycare desperately needs to step up their cleaning and sanitizing. With COVID and hand, foot, and mouth going around at the same time, it's obvious the classrooms, toys, and surfaces are not being disinfected the way they should be.
