With so many options to choose from, it would have been hard to narrow down who to go with, but I had heard incredible things about Dr. Grant Bailey, his partners, and staff. They did not disappoint- the staff are amazing, and they show that they really care about making your smile the way you want it- exact to the "T"eeth! Their precision and attention to detail really set them apart. After a year and a month or so, I finished my last tray of Invisalign and went in for the final polish. I am thrilled with the result! I went from having decently straight teeth- to the above beyond smile I've always wanted. They have two great office locations in Bountiful and Farmington, you can't go wrong with either or. We were referred to him by our pediatric dentist (Dr. Colleen Taylor - she's great, too), and have thanked her profusely ever since! Dr. Feller and his staff ensure our appointments are all fast and efficient, yet we never feel as though we are being rushed out the door or just another object on an assembly line, even when we have been worked into their busy schedule for a quick repair when a bracket has broken off. Dr. Feller is a fantastic communicator and I always leave his office knowing exactly what he has done that visit as well as his plans for the future with each of my boys' orthodontic treatment. Dr. Feller also does not push for extra revenue. For instance, in a preliminary (FREE) exam, while the baby teeth were still present, my youngest son's permanent teeth appeared to not be in a good position to come in properly. Since there was still the possibility that they would come in fine, Dr. Feller gave me several options and together we decided to check my son's progress every three months. By exercising this extra attention to detail with his digital x-rays and additional preliminary exams (did I mention they were FREE?), my son's permanent teeth came in just fine without any extra costs for expansion appliances, surgery, or other unnecessary services. As a single mother, I really appreciated his caring, concern, and attention to detail. There are always great Pixar movies for the patients to watch during their visits, and even the waiting room has a TV in a side room to entertain the non-patient siblings during your visit. We have also used their emergency after-hours service - they were wonderful and met us with smiles and excellent care. When I get my boys out of braces, I plan to get my teeth straightened as well (lucky for me, he's not a "just for kids" orthodontist)! Oh yes, and don't forget - there are always warm cookies for the patients to enjoy at the end of each visit, and a fun Summer party held to celebrate the patients and their fantastic smiles!!

Every six months I will get a text reminding me to come in, asking me to schedule an appointment, and they'll remind me the day before of my visit. That's extra care and I would probably forget without that. Even more than this, they texted me on my birthday! What?! Above and beyond customer service.

They couldn't figure out how to work one of the other pieces of equipment. I was so close to getting up in the middle of it and leaving. I never received an answer if Dr Wall could do my implant or look at the CT scan provided. When I canceled the appointment, they kept my $200 deposit, despite booking it with another patient shortly after. I feel that it's all about the money for them. Remarkably, he is in practice despite such unethical behavior. Beware! I am in dispute with them and my credit card company initiated the claw back for non existing service.

They spent about 5 hours examining me, gathering information about systemic health and creating a plan. ___________ Dr Wall went over his findings for almost 2 hours, I've never had such a comprehensive evaluation from any doctor ever. He also is an excellent documenter and I have so much cool health content to share from this experience to help educate! ______________ While I was sedated he preformed a removal of foreign material from the jaw of tooth 30. A cavitation removal which involves platelet-rich fibrin, ozone and laser, fitting of a bio compatible zirconian implant, a frenectomy of my tongue to help with breathing (I can't wait to share this video,) prolo therapy in bilateral tmj, prolo all along cervical spine a mix of platelet fibrin and procane, trapezius trigger point injections, and ozone injection into an upper trap lipoma! __________ During the surgery I was hooked up to a vitamin C and procane drip and afterwards immediately did laser, pemf, lymph massage, biomodulation and a few other awesome things! eternal gratitude and love for this practice and this man's dedication to excellence!! ________ thank you everyone from this office for your amazing care
