They have a rewards program for the children so they can earn points for great prizes. The staff was wonderful, and worked with my insurance and payment plan. His bedside manner is tremendous and he was so, so great with my little (who's 4). He was great at making them feel comfortable and explained everything to both of us as he went along. This place may look super, super clean and sterile (in a good way) but it has such a nice family feel. Kids get a nice little goodie bag at the end with a toothbrush, toothpaste and a small toy. Even though visits are usually twice a year she always asks about how things are going in school and remembers particular things about her patients. She is good at what she does and actually handles typical things like brushing. Other dentist may have a hygienist to do the basics. She is very nice and will be straight forward with the child and parent when she sees a problem.
