Teachers don't wear shoes nor do they have any clue as to what is going on. Teachers have stated the owner Mrs. Ham does not respect them, tells them to shut up but due to the pay in the area, they quit and come back or stay because they need a job. When brought to the owner's attention about my child's scratches on their face or my concerns about the teacher not resolving conflict, her response "what is it you want me to do about it" YOUR JOB MAAM!!! Depending on a teacher your child has, your child is more than likely to not have their diaper, pull up, or underwear to change if it has been soiled until the end of day. There have been other parents concerned about why their child has had rashes and has broken out on their bottom, because the lack and or negligence of monitoring the children going to the bathroom. let's not mention, they have cameras, however, none of the cameras work in the classroom. So if you have a concern about your child, the answer is always "oh... I don't know, you have to ask Mrs. Ham" or "I dont know." Also, please be aware the clothes you send with your children are more than likely to end up on another child's body and you would never see the clothes you sent with them. When it comes to the "learning Academy" your child would not learn anything. Once again, it really depends upon the teacher that is assigned to your child if they stay and or last more than three months. Other than that, you are better off, teaching your child at home. Don't believe me, ask some of the moms, and or dads that come out every single morning or every single evening. Enroll your child at your own risk. So much potential but very lackluster.

Unfortunately, she was placed in Ms. Winn and Mr. Robert's class, and from the very beginning, she became fearful and distressed. Each morning on the way to school, she would cry, and at home, she expressed that her teachers were unkind. She shared that when she cried, Ms. Winn yelled directly in her face, saying, "Stop crying, you're annoying me," and even smacked her hand once. There were multiple occasions where I picked her up, and she looked completely defeated and unhappy. When I asked how her day went, she would respond with only "okay," offering no details. After sitting her down to talk, she admitted, "My teachers are just really mean and yell at us all the time. I don't like going to school." As a parent, this was heartbreaking. School should not only be a place to learn and grow but also a safe environment where children feel nurtured and cared for. Parents place tremendous trust in teachers, and when that trust is broken, it has lasting effects. No one should take on the responsibility of teaching if they do not have the patience, compassion, and genuine care required to guide young children. My daughter was terrified to start Kindergarten because of this experience. Thankfully, she quickly realized not all teachers are the same. She now has a wonderful teacher who shows kindness, encouragement, and patience--everything a young child deserves. She wakes up excited every morning, eager to learn and share about her day, and it has completely restored her love for school. These are the educators who deserve recognition and appreciation--not those who treat children as an inconvenience or are "just there for a paycheck."

They are little unorganized in the office but the prices for the service they give is the very acceptable. I went to other care centers that were name brand and they seem cold not personable at all. My 2 year loves all the teachers she has had, my family is there everyday and they are very interactive.
