A couple weeks go by and I go pick my child up in the evening shortly before they closed, I'm then told my child is suspended for another week. I understand that breaking the rules will get a child suspended but if you ever go in there you can here dozens of kids and sounds like they just run wild. They even told me one time my child was suspended for three days for jumping on bean bags...

I wouldn't give this any stars. This place needs to get shut down. No sense of authority, no sense…read moreof security measures, and especially no sense of hygiene/cleanliness. My child was part time. 4 total days and decided to get her out and enrolled in a different location. First impression, placed had bowl movement smell. Second, they isolate white children and black children in separate tables. I asked why and they said it was by children's choices. How does a 3 year old chose?? Third, I was stressed by management that security was high, you had to put in a pin to walk in to pick up your child, or a button on the other side had to get pushed to unlock the door, sign in and out and have face to face. None of that is true. Every time I showed up doors were never locked, all kinds of people were in and out of that building and no supervisor around while my child was alone or outside in heat unsupervised jumping on a plastic drain system. I would pick her up and just walk out with her with nobody to stop me, no sign in sheet was ever in the class to sign out but one by the hallway that never had her name on it to sign her out. Ask me if they called me to see where my child was or if I had picked her up .... NO! They didn't. My child could have been kidnapped or swallowed by the drain they have in the fenced in area. I get you can't discriminate against handicapped, but mental instability shouldn't be working with children. There are about two ladies in there that are not all there and don't know how to handle children either. Cleanliness is the worst! Carpets are nasty, like they have never seen a vacuum. My child came home with LICE!!! I almost had a heart attack. Took me 4 days and $98 dollars to clean out her whole head with lice chemicals/ shampoos/bottle sprays with lice comb. Never again! Oh and the last day I picked her up which was her last day I found that the workers hang out in the very back by where the playground is and smoke and don't watch the kids. There was an older child that looked to be 5th grade cursing at the little ones so I just grabbed my daughter and left. I don't have patience for any of that shit. I was ready to just call the cops on that day I had had enough. I have already contacted the board and awaiting a response. Shut this place down!
