We came to the amazing Chih for help with purchasing our first home on recommendation of a friend. We met her after having bad experiences, firing two prior agents. Chih is an angel in disguise! She stepped in at a time when my wife and I were facing a very significant family emergency 300 miles away that necessitated us selling our home in San Leandro and moving our lives from the Bay to live close to family. To top it off; this was all happening during the holiday season. Chih came to the rescue as she told us that the only thing that we had to do was pack and she would take care of everything else. Chih advised us on work that really should be put into the house to increase the value of the home. So while I was juggling the daunting task of moving our lives and possessions 300 miles away, Chih was acting as a project manager with various contractors. Chih is truly amazing to work with and I'm incredibly fortunate to have found her by chance! She has been my agent twice, once for buying and once for selling, and both times, her service has been excellent. I think what stands out most about Chih are the following: 1) Integrity. Chih is very honest and up-front about everything and is not out to make a quick buck at your expense. While selling my property, a buyer asked her to be their agent but she refused as that would have been a conflict of interest. 2) Hard-working and detail-oriented. Chih helped me a lot with the remodeling and staging of my place and getting it ready to sell. Chih really took the time to explain the whole process of selling to my family on both occasions. I can't emphasize how important this was especially because my family, being first generation immigrants to this country, felt very insecure about the whole process of selling a home.
