There is a system where you take a number and once it's called you will have one person complete your order. They'll call you over to pay when it's ready.

Take it from someone who lived in Tampa & ate Cuban sandwiches at LEAST once a week -- this place does them proper justice. The jalapeños are an inauthentic but totally welcome addition. The cheese is melted just right, the sandwich is pressed beautifully, & the mustard - it's just right; not too much or too little. My partner's chimmichurri steak was to die for. The thick slab of meat that any lesser cook would have undercooked or burnt was a PERFECT medium. & the relish... Delectable. I was torn between wanting to trade because it was that good, & not wanting to let him near my blissfully delicious sandwich. Well worth the price. My partner had the All Day Breakfast, which he enjoyed well enough. $3 for a side of a few pieces of chorizo seems a bit steep, but I guess that's the Newcastle premium & at least they have chorizo on the menu, so this isn't so much a complaint as a neutral sort of comment. When I said no we were then told we could sit at a reserved table until the people arrived but then we would have to move somewhere else. We left feeling disgusted and amazed at the way we were treated. The staff couldn't care less, honestly no one in their right mind would he happy sitting at the end of someone's table. Utterly disgusted at their behaviour. If you wish to be treated like crap this restaurant is perfect for you.
