Great service, even if it's not for me…read more The good: High quality raw food for cats and dogs. Portioned cubes in an array of mixes. They even have a first time taster-pack that I took advantage of when trying their diet with my cats. Prices were mostly reasonable but it is obviously bound to cost more to feed your pets at this quality. The bad: operating hours are minimal. Like M-F 9-6 minimal. Someone like me could never arrive during operating hours without having to take time off work. Would make sense for me if they were closed on Monday and open a few hours on the weekend instead. They do offer a delivery service, however the massive amount of packaging and styrofoam used was too wasteful for me to justify using this service as they won't accept the return of the packaging (even though a big styrofoam cooler can be reused if it was only used to transport vacuum packed product). One of my cats became ill after eating one of the mixes, however his brother was entirely fine so I have no doubt that it had nothing to do with the product quality.

I did some research and came upon Mrs Meady's and decided to give them a try, am I ever glad I did! They are responsive and can recommend a diet that suits your dog, breed and wishes. The delivery times are convenient and it's only 8$. My dog adores his food and dances as soon as he sees the bag come out of the freezer every single day. If you love your pet like a child, then why not spring for the best? His coat is shiny and soft, his teeth are in top shape and his digestion is now a breeze; a raw diet is the only way to go and Mrs Meady' s makes it so very simple plus David is a dream to deal with: highly recommend for your pooch too! (Hibou says "WOOF!")

COVID review for Animalerie Little Bear!…read more There are a LOT of things in this shop. There is a huge variety of food, treats, toys and other goodies for your four legged friend. As a result, it's very popular and has many visitors who also bring their other four legged friends. I think when we went there were at least five dogs who visited. This means that it is a little bit tight and I feel like there should be more reinforcement when it comes to the number of people in the shop. Prices were decent. Like I mentioned, they have a lot of things so pretty much everything you can think of, they likely have a product for your furry friend. The only qualm I have is some of the quality of their Christmas products weren't very good and as soon as I tried it at home for our cat, it broke. Despite this, I still liked the products. Service is also quite nice! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They also seemed very knowledgeable and eager to help you!

After being told by the OWNER that he would order the food personally , we never heard back From anyone there. You would think they would actually care a little bit given he's an old dog. NOPE! No call , no follow up, just ghosting. I called twice , they said they " forgot " to order and my husband re ordered again. - 4 weeks later, still no call back after the few messages left . Good thing there is other pet shops that are more reliable or my dog would starve. GUESS THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT LITTLE BEARS !

Animal Vert is a small little pet boutique that offers a limited selection of food, snacks, and…read moreaccessories for dogs, cats, birds, rodents, and fish. There is also a little gift section, such as pillow cushions and bags for a hardcore animal lover. The hubs and I stopped by, seeing if we could find anything for our baby pup, but the items seem to be geared more for cat owners rather than dog owners. There were some cute fish-designed water and food bowls, and I enjoyed seeing a pug-pictured cushion pillow. There were some baked snacks for pets as well, but we had to pass on those as they would have gone stale during the remainder of our trip. Staff were friendly. +more items for cat owners +friendly staff

I like that I can pop in on my way home from work to pick up a bag of food for my cat. Friendly but non intrusive service makes it a delight to shop here. They have a loyalty system in place where they take down your phone number and track your purchases. When you hit a certain amount ($100, I think) you get a discount. I'm happy with any sort of discount, and not having to tuck yet another card into my wallet is a good thing.

Both my dogs take medication and have a special diet; they take extra care to follow my directions and they treat my dogs like their owns. You can always call them whenever you want; and someone is on site 24/7. Prices are fair; and they offer numerous services. Doggy day care, boarding and training, grooming, raw food services and more! They have packages to choose from also. They have helped me train my dog Austyn. (Big American bull dog) in a manner that suits our needs. I can't give this place enough of a good rating !!

Never board your dog at Les Anges Gardiennes. They stopped having someone stay with the animals…read moreovernight over a year ago, but didn't tell customers. They just pretend nothing changed. They put the dogs in cages, stacked floor to ceiling, in a tiny room with signs banning entry, so owners don't know how badly their animals are being treated. From the time the daycare closes at 7:00pm until after 7:00am the next morning there is no one there, and the dogs are stuck in little cages for 12+ hours. There is just a camera in the room and who knows if they monitor that. They make a show of putting some cats roaming freely in an office off reception, but they won't show you where they actually stick the dogs who are boarding there: in tiny cages that are off-limits and behind closed doors. I saw the disgusting room because a lovely person in reception told me to avoid boarding there, and showed me the room even though they could have been fired. The people who work in the daycare are fabulous, but the woman who runs the place, Vanessa, is super sweet to your face and takes your money, and then shoves your dog, alone and scared, in a small room and lies to you about someone being there. Oh, also, Vanessa steals tips. The people who work there are so lovely (and you should tip them!!!) but NEVER let Vanessa see you do it, she'll take it for herself, because "they owe her." NEVER GO HERE FOR ANYTHING.
