The decor is lively and unique, Donimique's art decorating throughout, and the staff are always very friendly (they even convinced me to dance on my birthday). I can't say enough about how warm and hospitable everyone at Classyco has been each of the many times I've returned. The menu allows you to combine a variety of proteins (octopus, chicken, scallops, shrimps, squid, fish, beef, or a vegetarian melange) with a variety of preparations (Indian curry,Cajun, creole, coco seychellois, to name a few), along with available soup, salad, and deserts. My personal recommendation is to ask Toussaint to cook whatever he's feeling at the time-- the curried octopus was very tender and extremely tasty- but I have never gone wrong. They have a patio for when the weather is good, and BYOW is also a nice option, though not uncommon in these parts. With a combination of great people, wholesome quality food, and nothing but very fond memories, this was definitely my favourite place to eat while in the townships.
