For $200, you can feed over 10 people with a choice of rotisserie chicken or kabobs, sauce of your liking, choice of salad, pita and rice. It was plenty of food. The chicken and rice were still piping hot when I picked it up and the Greek salad was fresh. Loved the thick pieces of feta cheese they topped and the dressing is garlicky, citrusy and creamy too. The Honey Pita Chips with pistachio are a hit too! It served as a perfect dessert for a larger order. The staff were on top of things! The first Chicken Maison I visited was in Santa Ana and that was about 15 years ago. They used to have a garlic ginger chicken I loved but looks like they do t serve that anymore. They have some lunch specials worth looking tax they have a chicken wing or leg special I like to get with hummus and potato salad. Comes with garlic sauce and pita. They were patient and took their time going over everything with me. They also donated desserts for the staff. On the pick up day, they had everything ready for us and helped us to the car. I also got the sole fish plate. Both were absolutely delectable, but the shrimp pasta was a 10000/10! I got a spicy garlic sauce on the side that added a perfect kick to the dish! Plus I really appreciated how big the shrimp were and that they gave a good portion (6). The fish was yummy, and the sides were perfectly prepared. I finished everything off with the brownie, and it was the PERFECT brownie! Thick, moist, and gooey! I wish I ordered a second one! You had me at Falafel....Omg my friend took me here so we could get a quick meal and check out the catering menu for teacher appreciation week. WOW what an amazing option for catering and for a lovely little lunch. So my friend is an avid Chicken Maison fan but it was my first time. I got a spicy chicken sandwich with steamed veggies and fries. YUM YUM. All of it was so good. I loved the sandwich and the fries were thin and crispy how I like them. The steamed veggies could be dipped in a garlic cream sauce that definitely added flavor to healthy. We went as soon as they opened so it was pretty quiet and nice and clean. As we started eating, people started streaming in for both eat-in and take-out. The music was pumping and had a friendly nice vibe. There's a pretty big parking lot but the spaces were angled a little weird and I had to back out like really far. Not complaining just I'm not very good at backing out. Lol We spoke with Christian about the catering and he was so thorough and helpful. He didn't want us to over order and didn't try to upsell us or push for extra. In fact he was so willing to throw in this or change up that to "cater" to our needs. In fact, he let us try falafels because we were curious what they were. I've heard the name before but it didn't sound like something I would like. Boy was I wrong!! He brought us two little falafels that we cheered and took bites of. We looked at each other and I swear my mommy friend and were like whaaaaat this is soooo gooood. We ended up booking it on the spot. We ordered trays of chicken, rice, fettuccine pasta, steamed veggies, chinese chicken salad, and of course falafels!! And guess what -- he even threw in dessert. (Even from an actual Italian restaurant). Additionally, the portion sizes are huge. We have leftovers for at least two days and are going home happy and full. The customer service is great. Friendly staff and Christian the manager is awesome. We never tried one of the sides and he even offered a sample. The food came out quickly and the music they play is great too.
