When I walked in, the manager was yelling at the delivery drivers waiting to pick up orders. After he was done doing that, he accosted me about "ordering too much food"...three combo meals for three people. When I asked if he could cancel my order, he told me he couldn't and to take it up with my bank. I've contacted Church's customer service over a week ago about this location, and have heard nothing. The chicken itself wasn't bad, but it certainly didn't live up to the fanfare. It lacked real flavor and depth on its own. Crunch was ok... I tried the chicken tenders with BBQ and honey mustard sauce as well as a side of mashed potatoes. The tenders were - OK. The coating was crunchy and flavorful, but the chicken itself was super dry. Definitely not the juicy tenders that I love from places like Raising Cane's. The potatoes were also - OK. Very similar to KFC mashed potatoes and nothing too special. I also tried the peach mango pie. I forget to get a picture of that. That was probably the highlight of the meal. It had a great crispy crust - I think it's a fried pie like McDonald's used to do - with a very tasty fruit filling. Overall, this was just an "OK" experience.

I really like this place! I came here on a whim because I was craving some sort of popcorn…read morechicken/adjacent food for dinner, and found Hencredible in my search. This is very much a grab-and-go style restaurant, which is fine because the to-go bags they provide are so cute and they're reusable! The bags are like a bigger version of Molly Tea's drink bags, for reference. If you want to eat inside, they offer 2 high tables with 2-person seating. I ordered the KFC bites (mild), waffle fries, and added a Mac Salad out of curiosity since I like macaroni salad in general. The KFC bites were amazing! Perfectly crispy, not dry inside at all, and a good amount of seasoning/spice caked throughout. I would say their mild level is comparable to mild at Dave's Hot Chicken. The fries were decent--they were also nice and crispy, but they were a bit salty for my taste. Lastly, the mac salad was pretty good. It's not as savory as Hawaiian mac salad, but the subtle flavor serves as a nice palate cleanser after the chicken and fries. As a side note, their Hencredible sauce serves as a good pairing with their chicken, and I'd like to come back to try the sweet chili sauce. The portion sizes for everything were good for the price as well--I can definitely get two meals out of this. Overall, I had a great meal from here and I'll probably come back to try their version of Taiwanese popcorn chicken.

Very impressive food!…read more I stopped by this Dave's Hot Chicken as a first time customer. I'm not quite sure what I expected, but I guess I assumed something like a Popeyes or KFC. But boy oh boy was I wrong! This place has character and the food to back it up! The entire restaurant looks like a street artist lives here, and the vibes are chill. It was also kept sparkling clean! I loved being able to order from the kiosk. My order took a little longer than I expected to be made, but my guess is that they were making it super fresh, because the food was amazing! I ordered from this location a couple of times before and wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt, but today's chicken was the worst. I couldn't even chew it because it was so dry and hard! Although I have no complaints about the tenders and fries, I do find it annoying that it doesn't matter how many tenders you purchase you will still have to pay an additional fee for ranch. Which is probably the most popular dipping sauce there is for chicken wings and tenders. They do have about 25+ sauces of various flavors to choose from that come free with your meal (2 flavors). I went with the creamy garlic parmesan sauce, which was terrible in my opinion and the sweet barbecue sauce, which was OK. The other flavors didn't really appeal to me and I ended up paying an extra six bucks for a large ranch. The customer service and serve time were both adequate.
