Staff has always been kind to me, so nothing more to say about that either. The place is located is a very strategic position, close to the metro stop Porta Venezia (Red Line M1) and various trams. The neighborhood is full of families and students who often go to this place to get pizza (or they call it over the phone to get it delivered). The place inside might look a bit better, interiors look kinda cheap and it doesn't really make you feel like you want to stay to eat. So that's a bummer. But overall this place delivers a good service and it does not charge you a lot. So go for it! ;)

You know exactly what you are going to get (if you've been to a five guys before) and then have lots of extra time to explore the city. We paid $35 USD for 2 burgers ( a little and a regular), a fry and 2 bottles of water. While may feel pricey for what it is, sadly it is not too off the prices in the US for Five Guys these days.
