The restaurant itself is pretty clean, and on the wall you can see autographs of celebrities -- even a famous soccer player (I think the Brazilian star Ronaldo?). You can definitely tell this place is well-known. That said, I do find it a bit pricey. One panini costs about 15 euros, and we asked the chef to cut it in half so the two of us could share. The ingredients definitely seem high quality, but as tourists, our palates might not be refined enough to appreciate all the subtle flavors. To me, it just tasted a bit salty, probably because of the ham (I think it was prosciutto crudo?). Overall, I'd say it's worth a try if you're curious or want to experience a place with a bit of fame, but just know that it's on the pricey side.

I was not ready since it was a menu you had to scan and view in your phone. I ordered water and it came within a few minutes but then he never came back to take my food order. I had to stop him and call him over when he was at another table. I ordered the "city" which was a hero sized bread with a slice of chicken breast, bacon and a piece of lettuce. It didn't taste bad but the bread was so toasted that I could barely bite into it. I left about 75% of the sandwich because I only at the middle which was less toasted. He never came back to check up on me and I ended up going to the counter inside to pay. Maybe this is how it's done in Italy but it was very odd. It wasn't even busy which made it very frustrating. I could understand if it was packed and a lot of tables had to be served but it wasn't at all! Definitely would not come back and would not recommend.

Really, watch out for toast sizes, very few people could handle them; I stupidly ordered The Texan: true to its name, it was larger than life. They don't have doggie/cat/people/gators bags, couldn't finish "the thing", had to drive home one handed, holding the other half to avoid sauces & cheese from dripping all over. However, ingredients were excellent and in the end "The Thing" was very tasty. They have some wonderful looking smoothies: unhealthy ones with Oreos and other junky sweets (one of the few people who detests Oreos. I discovered great tasting cookies here in Europe, no comparison) and healthy ones made with/without yogurt and fresh fruits. Value for money is excellent, despite the expensive area.
