Spoke with the office manager, Becky, who runs a tight ship and they had two techs out the next morning. I got a call when they were on their way, as always and that's a nice courtesy. Both lead plumber Jacob Rhodes and his assistant Nathan were polite and friendly, completed all the work I needed done quickly and efficiently and were a pleasure to deal with. Before they wrapped up the job, I got a call from Becky to let me know that part of their service was to submit the required paper work to the water utility and that would be done. I just wish these folks did HVAC, electrical and general construction. All my frustration dealing with other disorganized service providers would vanish. I contacted Emergency No More Septic LLC for a plumbing issue in my basement. Seth Plaster, owner,…read morecame out and told me that my drain field was bad. He gave me a price of $4,432.64 to repair the drain field.He said if the repair did not work, I would need a new field. I paid him $2,216.32 to start the job. Seth told me after a few hours that I would need a complete new field. Seth gave me a price of $14,411.72 to install 300 feet of new drain field. I asked him if the $2,216.32 I already paid would go towards the new field. Seth said NO. So my new drain field would cost me $16,628.04. I needed it done and assumed this was the going rate since a new roof cost me a arm & leg. So Seth did the job. After the job was completed I showed Seth a issue with the bathtub drain, which was the start of this nightmare with the basement bathroom. He said that a pipe was cracked under the cement and it would have to be repaired. Seth gave me a price of $17,839.16 (yes you read that correctly) to repair the pipe under the concrete floor and he said it would take 1 -2 weeks to complete.I contacted my insurance guy ref this and he said I need two other quotes. I had two other plumbers come out to quote me for the basement floor plumber issue. I asked the first plumber what he would have charged me for the drain field and he said $10,000.00. He was supposed to send a quote over for the repair in the floor and never did. The second plumber I contacted did come out. I asked what he would have charged me for a new drain field and he said he just did a 250 foot field for $7,000.00 He quoted me a price of $8,000.00 to repair the pipe under the concrete. I chose him and it took 1 day! In looking into Seth and Emergency No More Septic LLC after my experience, I found reports of similar complaints involving high charges and permit issues. Based on my own experience, I believe my case raises many of the same concerns. I want to point out that Seth NEVER came back out to grade my drain field.He was paid in full also. I called his office and left several messages and texts. I did speak to his wife Candy twice. The first time she said that they where closed because of the publicity of him dumping his septic waste in the National Forest. I told her its funny that you say you are closed when you are picking up supplies at the plumbing house. The other time I spoke to her and told her to refund me $1,500.00 cause that is what I will have to pay for someone to come out. She said that she was going to consult her attorney and get back with me the next day, which she did not. I have all calls recorded and also have texts. I warn anyone that you need to stay clear of Seth Plaster from doing any work for you. I will be filing a formal complaint with the State of Tennessee

Estimates were all over the place. A friend recommended Josh. Called him Saturday and his crew was here at 9 today (Monday). Ended up costing a little more than the quote. Water heater is in the cellar of an 85 year old house. Getting the old one about and the new one in was crazy tricky. Josh and Ray were awesome guys. Got the heater in and it works like a charm. Very very happy. Have saved the number in my phone so I can call them again. Hopefully later rather than sooner

We finally received it a few weeks later and were shocked that they charged $175/hr (plus service charge and parts which we only needed a drain snaked so no materials required). Also, they fixed something with the sink that we never requested fixed. When we called them on it, they took off the service charge to show up but not the part fixed that we didn't request to be fixed. $337 to snake a drain is a bit much.

Overpriced and shoddy work. Needed a new septic field according to them. Took them over a month to…read moreinstall. Multiple excuses for the delay. After they started the work they informed me they don't do concrete work even though they knew ahead of time they would need to cut through my driveway to lay the new lines. No offer to have someone else come and fix it, just hey, that's what it is. Then they cut through two major drain pipes leading from my house to the street. Tried to hide the mistake by burying the trench back with dirt. Didn't attempt to fix it. Didn't bother to tell me they broke the pipes. Just hide and move on. In the process of digging the trench lines they cut thru power lines to my shed. Those lines also fed the street lamp in the backyard and pump for the pond. Again, not a word from them that they screwed up or an offer to fix it. There was a nice tree next to the pond and they specifically promised it would be okay after I informed them I wanted to keep it. Tore it down while I was gone and claimed it couldn't be helped. To top it off they didn't even haul off the tree or the large chunks of concert they cut out of the driveway. By the time they finished it was raining so hard they couldn't properly smooth out the yard leaving large mounds of dirt everywhere. Claimed they would come back and regrade the yard after weather improved. After calling (actually texting) as they don't answer the phone and their voice mailbox won't take any messages, it took me nearly 6 months to get them back out to finish the job. If they had been cheap then I would agree, you get what you paid for. But they were very expensive for the horrible service they provided. See attached photos.
